PROBLEM WHAT TO DO
Poor sound quality
Play audio from a dierent application or music service.
Play audio from content stored directly on your device.
Connect another mobile device (see page 26).
Move the device closer to the earbuds and away from any
interference or obstructions.
Turn o any audio enhancement features on your device or your
audio/streaming app.
Microphone isn’t picking
up sound
Make sure the microphone isn’t muted on your mobile device.
Make sure the microphones aren’t blocked.
Try another phone call.
Try another compatible device.
On your device:
• Turn the Bluetooth feature o and then on.
• Delete the earbuds from the Bluetooth list on your device.
Connect again (see page 26).
Can’t adjust volume
with volume tap control
• Make sure volume tap control is enabled using the Bose Music
app (see page 19).
• Make sure you’re tapping the correct tap control surface, in the
center of the earbud (see page 19).
• Try pausing between taps.
• Reset the earbuds (see page 37).
