12.3.5 Dangers due to electrical power
Mortal danger due to electrical power!
Mortal danger exists when coming into contact with live wires or
subassemblies! Observe the following safety notices to avoid
dangers due to electrical power:
► Do not open the housing on the device under any
circumstances. There is a danger of an electrical shock if live
connections are touched and the electrical or mechanical
structure is altered. In addition, functional faults on the device
can also occur.
► Do not operate this device if it has a damaged cord or plug, if
it is not working properly or if it has been damaged or
dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
Caution: It is dangerous to repair or maintain the device by
anyone other than a specialist because under these
circumstances the cover would have to be removed which
ensures protection against microwave radiation. This applies
to changing the power cord or the lighting as well. Send the
device in these cases to our service center.
