#1 How easy is the brush assembly to take apart to clean? Do I have to remove screws or does it just snap together?

The brushroll is very easy to remove because SmartWash has a one-step removable nozzle. No screws at all!

#2 How many amps is this cleaner?

This unit features a 10amp motor

#3 What is cleanup like after i finish shampooing the carpet? how is the smartwash emptied?

Cleanup is really easy! The nozzle pops right out and you can remove the brushrolls to rinse. Also, the whole lid comes off of the dirty water tank so that it is easy to empty and rinse.

#4 Does it use hot water to clean with?

We recommend filling the Clean Water Tank with warm water before use!

#5 I'm having a problem with the hose attachment, it's spitting the solution out the sides all over so it's making a bigger area wet &hard tocleanNormal?

When attaching the tool to the end of the hose, please ensure that the tool is fully attached - you should hear a click when the latch on the tool is secure on the end of the hose. The trigger on the hose, underneath the tool attachment, allows you to control the output flow.
