DIRECTIONS
1 Stir together the double cream and
evaporated milk. Pour into ice cube
trays and freeze for 8 hours
or overnight.
2 Place peppermint candies, icing sugar,
peppermint extract, milk, and frozen
cream cubes into the jug
3 Select DESSERT.
4 While program is running, use the
tamper to push ingredients towards
the blade.
5 Remove ice cream from jug and place
in the freezer for at least 15 minutes
before serving.
