If you experience the following issues while using the product, please perform several checks, as they may not be
malfunctions.

LG WOWCAST
does not work
properly
• Check if the TV is properly connected to the LG WOWCAST with a cable..
• Check if the TV sound output is set to [HDMI ARC].
• Reset the LG WOWCAST and the sound bar and connect them again. ([ See
“Connecting LG WOWCAST manually” on page 8.)
