Notifications
Change the notification settings.
On the Settings screen, tap

Show phone notifications on watch
: Set the conditions for checking the smartphone’s
notification on your Watch while wearing it.
•
Mute notifications on phone
: Set to mute the smartphone when it receives notifications
while wearing your Watch.
•
Do not disturb
: Incoming calls will be muted and the screen will not turn on when
receiving incoming calls. Also, all notifications will be muted, except for alarms, and the
screen will not turn on when notifications are received.
•
Notification indicator
: Set the Watch to display a notification indicator on the Watch
screen to alert you to notifications that you have not checked.
•
Read notifications aloud
: Set the Watch to provide a verbal cue when you receive a
notification. However, you can listen to the audio only through the connected Bluetooth
headset.
•
Turn on screen
: Set the Watch to turn its screen on when it receives notifications.
•
Turn on for new apps
: Set the Watch to receive notifications from newly installed apps
automatically without any additional settings.
•
Wireless emergency alerts
: Change the emergency alert settings.
Some features may not be available depending on the region, service provider, or
model.
