Note: If more than one heating zone has timer
setting, the timer indicator will show the lowest time.
The red dot next to power level indicator will ash.

cooking zone will be switch off automatically.
Notes on Using the Timer
• The default setting of minute reminder and timer is 30 minutes.
• After adjusting, the setting in timer indicator will ash for 5 seconds and then stop
ashing, then the setting will be conrmed.
• The minute reminder and timer can be used at the same time. The timer indicator
shows the lowest time setting. If the lowest setting is minute minder, the red dot next
to the timer indicator will ash. If the lowest setting is timer setting, the red dot of
corresponding cooking zone power level indicator will ash.
• When the timer display shows the time of the timer with cooking zone selection, you
can display the time of the minute minder by touching the timer button .
SAFETY FUNCTIONS
Automatic Detection of Pan and Small Articles (Induction Hobs)
For an induction hob, if the indicator ashes alternately with heat setting; this may
mean:
• You have not placed a pan on the correct cooking zone.
• The pan you are using is not suitable for induction cooking.
• The pan is too small or not properly centered on the cooking zone.
Notes on automatic pan detection:
1. No heating takes place unless there is a suitable pan on the cooking zone.
