If you place the kele on the base plate, the LED display now shows the current

ACTUAL temperature of the water in the kele (display min. >= 0°C ). If the device

is not used for 5 minutes, the display switches o automacally. The display can be

reacvated by pressing any key, or by simply liing and placing the kele from the

base. A control panel is located at the top of the handle. Press the „+“ and „-“ but-

tons and select your desired temperature. Alternavely, you can directly select the

temperatures 40/60/80/100°C with the „SET“ buon and correct it with the „+“ and

„-“ buons. Press the „Start“ buon in order to start up the device (a short beep will

sound) and it is indicated by the dot above the temperature display on the display.

Once the water reaches the set temperature, you will hear a long beep signal. The

heang element switches o automacally and the boiling process is stopped. The

appliance can now be lied and the water can be used. If you want to stop the

boiling process early on, you can press the "start" buon at any me.

Before reaching the target temperature, the kele interrupts the heang process

in order to carry out an intermediate measurement. Please wait unl the boiling

process has been completed. An acousc signal sounds at the end if the signal

tones are acvated.

Note: If you press the „START“ buon directly when the display is switched on, the

device is started with the last set temperature!

5.1 Keep-warm funcon

The "KEEP WARM" funcon is intended to keep the boiled water warm for a long

period of me. Set your desired temperature with the “+” and “-” buons. Press

the “KEEP WARM” buon in order to start. The kele acvates the keep-warm

funcon for 30 minutes and maintains the set temperature. It is indicated by the

three dots above the temperature display on the display. Please note that the ket-

tle temperature heats up to temperatures above 90 °C, but that it can not keep

temperatures above 90°C while in keep-warm funcon.

5.2 Switching key signals on and o

You have the possibility to switch o the signal tones o the device or to reduce

them to the most necessary key tones. To do this, press the “Keep warm” and

“Set” buons together. A short beep appears and means that the beeps are

switched on. If a long beep appears when the “keep warm” and “set” buons are

pressed, the beeps of the device are switched o.

Press the “Keep warm” and “Set” buons together, to switch the key signals on

and o.
