1 Unpacking the Product

• Remove everything from the box and identify the parts using Figure 1.1. (not to scale)

A: highchair,B:traywithtrayinsert,anddocuments(notshown).

• Discard all packaging materials properly including plastic coverings.

• DO NOT allow children to play with any packaging materials.

WARNING

Adult assembly is required for this product. No tools required.

2 Unfolding the High Chair

• Keep children away from high chair while unfolding.

• Standtothesideofthefoldedhighchairandwhileholdingthehandle,pullupwardontheseatbackuntilthehighchairisfullyerectand

locked into position. See Figure 2.1.

• Withonefootontherearcrosstube,pushforwardontherearoftheseatbacktoensurethehighchairisfullylockedintoposition.

3 Installing/Removing and Operating the Tray

The tray can be adjusted into 4 positions.

•Toinstallthetray,inserttheleftalignerintotheleftpostofthehighchair.See Figure 3.1. Make sure the tray position of the left aligner is

the same as the right aligner.

NOTE: The right aligner will come pre-attached to the high chair.

• Inserttherightsideofthetrayintotherightalignerofthehighchairuntilitrmlysnapsintoplace.See Figure 3.2.

• Gently pull upward on the tray to ensure it is installed properly.

• Toadjustthetrayposition,pressinthetabsoneithersideofthehighchairalignersandeitherpushorpullthetrayintothedesired

position. See Figure 3.3. The tabs will indicate which position the tray is currently in. Ensure BOTH tabs are in the same position.

• Toswingthetrayopen,squeezethebuttonontherightundersideofthetrayandpullthetrayawayfromtheseat.See Figure 3.4.

NOTE: The swing tray will not work properly if both aligners are not in the same tray position.

• Tocompletelyremovethetray,pressinthetabsoneithersideofthehighchairalignersandpullthetrayawayfromtheseat.

• Use caution when closing the tray with the child seated inside the high chair and always ensure that the crotch restraint below the tray is

positionedbetweenthechild’slegs.

4 Using the Tray Insert

The tray insert is removable and dishwasher safe.

• Toremovethetrayinsert,pulloutwardandupwardonthehookattachmentsonbothsidesofthetrayinsert.See Figure 4.1. Be sure to lift

straight up to avoid spilling anything on the tray insert.

• Toattachthetrayinsert,tthetrayinsertintothetrayuntilbothsidessnapintoplace.

5 Securing the Child in the Seat

Thereare2heightadjustmentpositionsfortheshoulderharness.Adjusttheheighttotheclosestheightaboveyourchild’sshoulders.

• Toremovetheshoulderharness,liftupthefabricoftheseatback.See Figure 5.1.

• Turn the plastic ends sideways and push them through the slots in the seatback. Re-attach the harness at the proper height by reinserting

the plastic ends through the slots. See Figure 5.2. Ensure both straps are the same height.

• Reattach the Velcro® of the seatback fabric. See Figure 5.3.

• Tounlatchthebuckle,pressthecenterbuttonandremovethemaleendsofeachbuckle.See Figure 5.4.

• Carefully place the child in the seat with the shoulder straps over their shoulders and chest. Then place the crotch strap between the

child’slegs.

• Push the shoulder/waist latch posts into the crotch buckle until all parts snap into place. See Figure 5.5.

• Tightenthewaistbelttoasnugtaroundthechild’swaist.

• Theshoulder,waist,andcrotchstrapsmaybeadjustedbyslidingtheadjustmentringsontheharness.

6 Folding the High Chair

NOTE:Thehighchaircanbefoldedwiththetrayandtrayinsertattached.Becarefultokeepyourngersfrombeingpinchedbymovingparts.

• Keep children away from high chair while folding.

• Orient the high chair diagonally in front of you.

• Firstslidethesecondarylockallthewayup,thenliftuponthefoldingmechanismbehindthetopoftheseatback.See Figure 6.1.

• Rotate the seatback down towards the ground until the high chair is completely folded. Note that the high chair does not lock into the

folded position.

• Tocarrythehighchair,grabthehandleontherearoftheseatbottomandgo.

Maintenance

Allofthettings,snaps,locks,rivets,andotherhardwareandplasticpartsonthehighchairshouldbeinspectedperiodicallytoensure

thattheyaresecuredproperlyandnotdamagedormalfunctioning.Therestraintsystem,aswellasallotherfabricitemsandtheirstitching

shouldalsobeinspectedperiodicallytoensurethattheyaresecuredproperlyandnotloose,tornorotherwisedamaged.Allmovingparts,

such as the tray and hinges should also be checked periodically to ensure they are operating properly.

Anymissing,broken,orworncomponentsshouldbereplacedimmediately,andthehighchairshouldnotbeuseduntiltheyarereplaced.

Cleaning

The fabric material on the high chair can be cleaned using mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.

Always allow the fabric to completely air dry before using or storing the high chair.

2 Pour ouvrir la chaise haute

complètementouverteetverrouilléedanscetteposition.Voir Figure 2.1.

• Enmettantlepiedsurletubetransversalarrière,pousserledossierversl’avantpours’assurerquelachaisehauteestverrouilléeen

position ouverte.

3 Pour ouvrir, enlever ou installer le plateau

Leplateaupeutêtreajustéen4positions.

• Pourinstallerleplateau,insérezl’alignementgauchesurlemontantgauchedelachaisehaute.Voir Figure 3.1. Assurez-vous que la

positionduplateauauniveaudel’alignementgaucheestlemêmequeceluidel’alignementdroit.

NOTE:L’alignementdroitestfournidéjàinstallésurlachaisehaute.

• Insérezlecôtédroitduplateaudansl’alignementdroitdelachaisehautejusqu’àcequ’ilss’enclenchebienenplace.Voir Figure 3.2.

• Soulevezdoucementleplateauverslehautpourvousassurerqu’ilestbieninstallé.

• Pourajusterlapositionduplateau,appuyersurlesongletsdechaquecôtédesalignementsdelachaisehauteetpoussezoutirezsurle

plateaupourleplacerenpositionsouhaitée.Voir Figure 3.3. Les onglets vous indiqueront la position actuelle du plateau. Assurez-vous

quelesDEUXongletssontdanslamêmeposition.

• Pourfairebasculerleplateau,appuyezsurleboutonsetrouvantdanslapartieinférieuredroiteduplateauettirezsurleplateaupourle

retirerdusiège.Voir Figure 3.4.

• Pourcomplètementretirerleplateau,appuyezsurlesongletsdechaquecôtédesalignementsdelachaisehauteettirezsurleplateau

• Lorsqu’unenfantestdanslachaisehaute,fermerleplateauavecprécautionettoujourss’assurerquelasangled’entrejambepasseentre

lesjambesdel’enfant.

4 Pour utiliser le couvre-plateau

Le couvre-plateau est amovible et va au lave-vaisselle.

• Pourenleverlecouvre-plateau,tirerversl’extérieuretsouleverlesdeuxpattesdexationsituéesdechaquecôtéduplateau.Voir Figure

4.1.Enenlevantlecouvre-plateau,s’assurerdeleteniràl’horizontalepouréviterd’enrenverserlecontenu.

• Pourinstallerlecouvre-plateau,appuyerjusqu’àcequelespattesdexations’enclenchentdechaquecôtéduplateauavecundéclic.

5 Pour attacher l’enfant sur le siège

Ilexistedeuxhauteursderéglagepourlesbretellesduharnais.Réglerlesbretellesàlapositionsituéejusteau-dessusdesépaulesde

l’enfant.

• Pourretirerleharnaisd’épaule,soulevezletissusetrouvantsurledossierdusiège.Voir Figure 5.1.

• Tournezlezextrémitésdeplastiquesurlescôtésetpoussez-lesàtraverslesfentessetrouvantdansledossierdusiège.Posezde

nouveauleharnaisàlabonnehauteurenréinsérantlesextrémitésdeplastiquesàtraverslesfentes.Voir Figure 5.2. Assurez-vous que

lesdeuxsanglessontàlamêmehauteur.

• PosezdenouveauleVelcro®surletissududossierdusiège.Voir Figure 5.3.

• Insérerensuitelesfourchesdelaceinture(auxquellessontxéeslesbretelles)danslaboucledelasangled’entrejambeetappuyer

jusqu’àcequelespiècess’emboîtentavecundéclic.Voir Figure 5.5.

• Serrerlaceintureétroitementautourdelatailledel’enfant.

• Lessanglesd’épaule,detailleetd’entrejambedoiventêtreajustéesenglissantlesanneauxd’ajustementsurleharnais.

6 Pour fermer la chaise haute

REMARQUE:Ilestpossibledefermerlachaisehautelorsqueleplateauetlecouvre-plateausontinstallés.Éviterdesepincerlesdoigts

danslespiècesmobilesdelachaisehaute.

• Garder tout enfant à bonne distance de la chaise haute pendant la fermeture.

• Placer la chaise haute en diagonale devant soi.

• Glissezd’abordlesystèmedeverrouillagesecondairecomplètementverslehaut,puissoulevezlemécanismedepliagesetrouvant

derrièrelehautdudossierdusiège.Voir Figure 6.1.

• Fairepivoterledossierverslesoljusqu’àcequelachaisehautesoitcomplètementfermée.Remarque,lachaisehauteneseverrouille

pasenpositionfermée.

• Transporterlachaisehauteenlatenantparlapoignéesituéedanslapartieinférieurearrièredusiège.

Entretien

Lesglissières,lesboutons-pression,lesverrous,lesrivetsetlesautrespiècesdequincaillerieouenplastiquedelachaisehautedoivent

êtreinspectésrégulièrementpourvérierleursolidité,leurétatetleurfonctionnement.Leharnaisdesécurité,ainsiquelesautressangles,

lespiècesentissuetleurscouturesdoiventégalementêtreinspectéespériodiquementpourvérierleursoliditéets’assurerqu’ellesnesont

pasdéchiréesouendommagées.Deplus,lefonctionnementdetouteslespiècesmobiles–roues,freins,articulations,etc.–doitaussifaire

l’objetd’unevéricationrégulière.

Touteslespiècesmanquantes,briséesouuséesdoiventêtreremplacéesleplusrapidementpossible;lachaisehautenedoitpas

1 Desembalaje del producto

2 Cómo abrir la silla alta

• Mantenga a los niños alejados de la silla al abrirla.

• Páreseaunladodelasillaaltaplegaday,sosteniendoelmanillar,tiredelrespaldodelasientohaciaarribahastaquelasillaquede

completamenteerguidayjaensuposición.Ver Figura 2.1.

• Conunpieeneltubotransversaltrasero,empujelapartetraseradelrespaldodelasientohaciaadelanteparaasegurarsedequelasilla

altaestécompletamentejaensuposición.

3 Instalación/Remoción y Funcionamiento de la Bandeja

La bandeja se puede ajustar en 4 posiciones.

• Parainstalarlabandeja,inserteelalineadorizquierdoenelposteizquierdodelasilla.Ver Figura 3.1. Asegúrese de que la posición de la

bandejadelalineadorizquierdoestéigualqueelalineadorderecho.

NOTA:Elalineadorderechovendrápre-jadoalasilla.

• Inserteelladoderechodelabandejaenelalineadorderechodelasillahastaqueencajermementeensulugar.Ver Figura 3.2.

• Tire suavemente hacia arriba en la bandeja para asegurarse de que está instalado correctamente.

• Paraajustarlaposicióndelabandeja,presionelaslengüetasencadaladodelosalineadoresdelasillaytireoempujelabandejaa

la posición deseada. Ver Figura 3.3.Laslengüetasindicaránenquéposiciónseencuentraactualmentelabandeja.Asegúresedeque

AMBAS pestañas están en la misma posición.

• Paraabatirlabandejaalaposiciónabierta,aprieteelbotónenlapartederechainferiordelabandejaytirelejosdelasilla.Ver Figura

3.4.

NOTA: La bandeja de oscilación no funcionará correctamente si ambos alineadores no están en la misma posición de la bandeja.

4 Uso de la bandeja

La bandeja es desmontable y puede lavarse en el lavaplatos.

• Pararetirarlabandeja,tiredelastrabasqueseencuentranaambosladosdelabandejahaciaafuerayhaciaarriba.Ver Figura 4.1.

Asegúrese de levantarla en línea recta para evitar derramar lo que haya sobre ella.

• Paravolveracolocarlabandeja,encájelaapresiónsobrelamesahastaquesetrabeporamboslados.

5 Sujeción del niño en el asiento

Hay2posicionesdeajustedealturaparaelarnésdehombros.Ajustelaalturaalamáscercanasobreloshombrosdesuniño.

• Pararetirarelarnésdehombro,levantelateladelrespaldo.Ver Figura 5.1.

• Girelosextremosplásticoshacialosladosyluegopresiónelosatravésdelasranurasenelrespaldodelasiento.Vuelvaacolocarel

arnésalaalturaadecuada,insertandodenuevolosextremosplásticosatravésdelasranuras.Ver Figura 5.2. Asegúrese de que ambas

correas están en la misma altura.

• Vuelva a colocar el Velcro® de la tela del respaldo. Ver Figura 5.3.

• Para quitar las hebillas presione el botón central y retire el extremo macho de cada una de ellas. Ver Figura 5.4.

• Cuidadosamente coloque al niño en el asiento con las correas de los hombros sobre sus hombros y su pecho. Luego coloque la correa

de la entrepierna entre las piernas del niño.

• Presione las puntas de los pestillos de los hombros/cintura hacia la hebilla de la entrepierna hasta que todas las partes encajen en su

lugar. Ver Figura 5.5.

• Ajuste el cinturón de la cintura para que quede ceñido alrededor de la cintura del niño.

• Lascorreasdehombro,cinturayentrepiernapuedenajustarsedeslizandolosanillosdeajustedelarnés.

ADVERTENCIA

Evite que el niño sufra lesiones graves o muera por caerse o deslizarse.

Sujete siempre al niño con el sistema de sujeción.

6 Cómo cerrar la silla alta

NOTA: La silla puede cerrarse con la mesa y la bandeja instaladas. Tenga cuidado de no pellizcarse los dedos con las piezas móviles.

• Mantenga a los niños alejados de la silla al cerrarla.

• Oriente la silla alta en forma diagonal frente a usted.
