Mixing aachment Usage (Example)
Whisk
The whisk is used mainly for food, where air
needs to be mixed into the mixture, such as:
Mayonnaise, biscuit dough, whipped cream
(ideally with high fat content and stored in cold
condion), egg, egg white
Cauon! Use the whisk only for light dough
and liquids!
Examples of use: Sauces, drinks, frothy liquids
(e.g for desserts), cream, egg whites
Kneader
The kneader is mainly used for preparing yeast
dough for bread, rolls and pizza dough.
Cauon! Do not exceed speed level 2 when
kneading yeast dough!
Examples of use: Buer, mashed potatoes,
dough (e.g. for cake)
