MINDFULNESS TRAINING
o Deep breathing practice draws more oxygen in to our lungs, which increases our
cardiovascular capacity. It also triggers our parasympathetic nervous system,
neutralizes stress and elicits a calming feeling.
o To do deep breath exercise, tap “Mindfulness Training” on the device:
