Yes. I believe there was a bag inside when it arrived. Very simple to put together. Took 60 seconds to slide the handle in. Battery doesn't last more than 30-40 minutes, so I had to invest in a second battery in order to cover my house at one time. I primarily use the low setting as most of my home is hard surfaces. I have approximately 2500 square feet. I have a dog and can't stand cleaning out bagless vacuums. So far, I have been happy with this vacuum. Of course. As it says, you have two settings. Carpet and hard floor.

As of this writing, Oreck only makes one Elevate Cordless Vacuum. The Oreck Elevate Vacuum uses HEPA filtration. So, you might just be seeing the vacuum titled differently, where they added the HEPA word. But again, it truly is the same vacuum. I have owned mine for about a year now. It has held up well. I am glad I bought it.

You cannot buy any attachments for this vacuum. No attachments will work with this vacuum. This is a floor and carpet vacuum only.
