Automatic Steam Exhaust

warming, steam is automatically released.
Pressure Weight
Always keep the pressure weight horizontal.
It stabilizes steam inside the oven. When the
pressure weight is twisted it releases steam.

Lock/Unlock Handle (Set the
handle to lock when cooking or

The handle has to turn to ‘Lock’ for operation.
