Drying food
Only use the Drying Special application or the Combi mode| Combi Fan Plus
function to dry food so that moisture can be dissipated.
Cut the food into similar sized pieces.
Place the pieces on the rack covered with baking paper.
Useful tip: Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying.
