Using your cooker hood
o Make sure that it has been installed by a suitably qualified
person, as per the information contained in Baumatic’s
installation instructions.
o When you initially connect the cooker hood to the electricity
supply, the backlight will turn on and the hood will enter stand-
by mode. If no buttons are pressed the backlight will turn off
again after 30 seconds.
Setting the time of day
o Press the timer button for about 5 seconds to enter the time
setting mode. The hour digits will begin flashing.
o Use the speed selection button to increase the number of hours
and the lamp button to decrease the number of hours shown.
o Press the timer button again to confirm the hour setting. The
minute digits will being flashing.
o Again, use the speed selection button to increase the number of
minutes and the lamp button to decrease the number of minutes
shown.
o Press the timer button once again to confirm the minute setting.
The time of day will then be set and the hood will automatically
exit the time setting mode.
o If you wish to change the time of day in the future, press and
hold the timer button for about 5 seconds to enter the time
setting mode and follow the above procedure.
Light control
o Press the lamp button once to turn the hood lights on. If you
press this button again they will turn back off.
