7 Insert the pressurized lter holder into the brewing unit from the bottom (g. 10).
8 Turn the lter holder from left to right as much as possible and release the lter holder handle. The
handle will automatically return leftwards again (g. 11).
9 Place a container under the lter holder (g. 12).
10 Turn the selection knob up to the coee position (g. 7).
- Let the machine dispense water until the water tank is empty.
Note: To empty the container when full, turn the selection knob to stand-by (g. 8) to stop
dispensing.
11 Once the water tank is empty, move the selection knob back to the standby position (g. 8).
12 Fill the water tank with fresh water up to the MAX level graduation mark and wait until the
“machine ready” indicator light comes on.
13 Turn the lter holder from right to left to remove it from the coee brewing unit and rinse it using
fresh water (g. 13).
The machine is ready for use.
How to use the machine
Brewing coee using pre-ground coee
Warning: In order to avoid the risk of burns, do not turn the pressurized lter holder to remove it
while dispensing is in progress.
1 Pre-heat the pressurized lter holder before brewing coee for the rst time.
2 Insert the lter holder into the coee brewing unit from the bottom (g. 10).
3 Turn the lter holder from left to right in position and release the lter holder handle (g. 11). The
handle will turn slightly to the left.
4 Turn the selection knob to the coee position (g. 7) until water ows out from the coee brewing
spouts.
5 Let the machine dispense one cup of water. Turn the selection knob to the standby position (g. 8)
to stop dispensing.
6 Turn the lter holder from right to left to remove it from the machine and pour the residual water
(g. 14).
Note: remove any coee residue from the edge of the lter holder.
7 Ensure that the the pre-ground coee lter is inserted into the pressurized lter holder (g.16).
When using the machine for the rst time, it comes with the pre-ground coee lter already inserted.
8 Use the measuring scoop found under the water tank lid, to add pre-ground coee into the
pressurized lter holder.
- To dispense one cup of coee, add 1-1.5 measuring scoops of pre-ground coee.
- To dispense two cups of coee, add 2 measuring scoops of pre-ground coee (g. 15).
Note: The pre-ground coee is pressed automatically. However, for better performance we
recommend to press the coee using the rear side of the measuring scoop.
9 Insert the lter holder into the coee brewing unit.
10 Turn the lter holder from left to right in position and release the lter holder handle (g. 11). The
handle will turn slightly to the left.
