BROIL CHART
SETTING/FOOD AMOUNT PROCEDURE
1. Hamburger 1 - 8 pieces
1/4 lb each
2. Chicken Pieces 0.5 - 2.0 lb
3. Steak 0.5 - 2.0 lb
4. Fish 0.5 - 2.0 lb
Use this setting to broil hamburger patties. Place on low rack.
Arrange pieces on low rack. After cooking, let stand, 3-5 minutes. Dark
meatshouldbe180˚F,andwhitemeatshouldbe170˚F.
Use this setting to broil steak from 3/4” to 1” thick. Individual boneless
steak broil evenly. Place steak on low rack. For well done, touch Power
Level once; for rare, touch Power Level twice, in step 3 above.
Usethissettingtobroilshwhichis3/4”to1”thick.Placeonlowrack.
