Troubleshooting Tips
Save time and money! Review the charts on the following pages
first and you may not need to call for service.
Display - Status Indicators
Indicates washer failed to fill. Ensure wall faucets are on and fill hose is
not clogged or kinked. See Inlet Water Valve Screen(s) in the Care and
Cleaning section.
Indicates water has not drained from washer. Ensure the drain hose is
not kinked or connected improperly.
Make sure the pump filter and housing are not clogged and clean.
See the Pump Filter and Housing section in the Care and Cleaning.
Indicates the laundry load is unbalanced. Reposition laundry evenly in
basket, and ensure washer is level.
Indicates the lid is open. Close the lid.
Press Power and call service.
Indicates water has overflowed. Restart after spinning.
