Note: For Separate Feed wiring, the break-off-fin located between the dark-colored screws should be removed before
wiring. Use a Flat Head to bend the fin until it breaks off.

Break-off-fin should only be removed for Separate Feed (2 circuit) installation.
1. Shut off power to switch box and loads. See WARNING.
2. Remove insulation from wires (approximately 3/8" to 5/8"). The HOT terminals have the dark colored
screws. Loop each wire around their respective terminal screw per the diagram below.

Fasten Screws securely. Terminal screws accept up to #12AWG copper or copper clad wire

Mount the switch using the long mounting screws provided. Attach wall plate.
5. Restore power at the circuit breaker or fuse. See Warning.
