SAFETY WARNINGS
Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in
injury and/or property damage. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The warning and safety instructions in this manual are not meant to cover all possible conditions and
situations that may occur. Common sense, caution and care must be exercised when operating or
cleaning tools and equipment. Always contact your dealer, distributor, service agent or manufacturer
about problems or conditions you do not understand before operating the product.
Keep the work area clean and well lit. A cluttered work area may cause accidents. Never allow children to
use this product. When operating this product, keep children and animals at a safe distance from the work
area.
When not in use, store product in a secure, dry and safe place. The storage area should be out of the reach
of children. Never use the hose for anything other than its intended purpose. Maintain this product with care.
Observe appropriate work area conditions. Do not use the pump in damp or wet locations. Don’t expose to
rain. Keep work area well lit.
Use proper eye protection when assembling and using the hose reel.
Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not let them handle the pump.
Locate the pump in an area out of reach of children.
Store idle equipment. When not in use, the pump must be stored in a dry location to inhibit rust. Always lock
up the pump and keep out of reach of children.
Use the right tool for the job. Do not attempt to force a small pump or attachment to do the work of a larger
industrial pump. There are certain applications for which this pump was designed. It will do the job better
and more safely at the rate for which it was intended. Do not modify this pump and do not use this tool for a
purpose for which it was not intended.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in moving parts. Protective,
electrically non-conductive clothes and non-skid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive
hair covering to contain long hair.

Maintain pump with care. Keep the pump clean for better and safer performance. The handle must be kept
clean, dry, and free from oil and grease at all times.
Check for damaged parts. Before using any pump, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked
to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of
moving parts, any broken parts or mounting xtures and any other condition that may aect proper operation.
Any part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualied technician.
Do not operate pump if under the inuence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels if taking prescription
medicine to determine if your judgement or reexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do
not operate the pump.
Maintenance. For your safety, maintenance should be performed regularly by a qualied technician.

OPERATING THE PUMP
1. Check that the pump has not been damaged during transport and storage.
2. Clean the inlets and outlets of the pump and remove all packaging and dust.
3. Connect all spare parts correctly and ensure outlet connections are In proper placement (Remark: oil-suction
pipe, nozzle, delivery hose prepaired by the user)
4. Apply power to the motor by plugging the power cord into a power source. Turn on the pump by use of the
on/o switch.
5. Open the fueling nozzle to fuel equipment.
6. When fueling is complete, return the nozzle to its storage, then turn o the pump
1. The power source voltage should be conrmed to match the power input of the pump prior to connecting to
the pump.
2. Voltage tolerance of +/-5%.
3. Oil transfer is in the direction of the arrow as indicated on the pump.
4. Be sure to have an air-tight seal on the suction hose so proper ow can be achieved. The lter screen should
be installed on the end of the suction hose to prevent debris from damaging the pump.
5. The duty cycle of this pump is 30 minutes under normal usage, The pump has thermal protection and may
shut o if the maximum operating temperature of the pump is achieved.
