STEP 1: PREPARE ASSEMBLY
Turn the cart bed (1) upside down.
Use the cardboard from the carton to keep from
scratching or damaging the finish.

STEP 2:
Align the Rear Axle(4) with one end of the bed
and loosely fasten using two M8*20mm Carriage
Bolt Sets(13) two washers M8(17)and two lock
nuts M8(18)

STEP 3:
Ensuring the small mounting hole will be flush
with the garden bed ,place the Rear Axle Braces
(10)on the rear axle(4)
Install two M8*20mm Carriage Bolt Set (13) through
the underside of each Axle Brace (10) using two
washers M8(17)and two lock nuts M8 (18)

STEP 4:
Installd M8*150mm CarriageBolt Sets(14) from center
of the front Axle(3),Ensure all components are installed
in the correct direction,refer to photo shown.
Align the round tube of Yoke (2) on the insideof the
bracket on Front Axle (3).
Place Front Strut (12) onto the bolt, and using one
washers M8(17)and one lock nuts M8 (18),as shown,
NoTE: If bolt seems to short, check that the bolt head
is fully inserted into the square mounting hole on the axle.

STEP 5:
Ensuring the yoke is facing the front of the bed
(not the center), secure the front axle to the bed
using three M8x20mm Carriage Bolt Sets (13). and
using three washers M8(17)and three lock nuts M8 (18)

STEP 6:
Ensuring the yoke is facing the front of the bed
Place Steering Connector (11) over the cotter
pin (21)peg on the yoke. Align the front axle pivoting
spindles with the steering connector and loosely
fasten using two M8x20mm Hex Bolt Sets (15) and using
two washers M8(17)and two lock nuts M8 (18),as shown,

STEP 7:
Ensuring the valve stem is facing outward, place
Wheel (8) onto the axle and secure using one M12
Washer (19) and M12 Lock Nut (20). Repeat until
all wheels have been securely fastened.
