Hinweise zum Umgang mit Akkus

4. Zum Kenne nlern en
Was sind Faszien?
Faszien sind feine, zähe bindegewebige Häute, die wie ein dreidimensionales Netz
unseren gesamten Körper durchziehen. Die menschlichen Faszien umhüllen alle
Muskeln, Knochen, Organe und Nervenzellen im Körper und sorgen somit dafür,
dass bei jeder Bewegung die einzelnen Körperteile aneinander vorbeigleiten und
an ihrem Platz bleiben.
Zusätzlich fungieren Faszien als Boten zwischen den Muskelfasern und sorgen da-
für, dass wir die Muskelkraft überhaupt erst nutzen können. Dabei wird die Span-
nungsenergie zwischen den Sehnen und Knochen gespeichert und bei Entspan-
nung schlagartig wieder freigegeben.
Faszien verkürzen und verhärten sich, wenn Sie nicht regelmäßig gefordert wer
-
den (ähnlich wie bei Muskeln). Die Strukturen der Faszien verkleben und verdicken
miteinander, werden dadurch porös und verlieren an Elastizität. Kleine Risse und
Entzündungen sind die Folge, wodurch auch die Kraftübertragung und Koordination
in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wird. Verdickte Faszien können in einzelnen Fällen auch
auf Nerven drücken und zu Beschwerden führen. Eine Verkürzung und Verklebung
der Faszien kann vielfältige Gründe wie z.B. Bewegungsmangel, Schonhaltungen
oder auch psychischer Stress haben.
Wie funktioniert der Fascia-ReleaZer
®
?
Verklebtes und verhärtetes Fasziengewebe kann durch abwechselnde Druck- und
Zugbelastungen wieder an Geschmeidigkeit und Elastizität gewinnen. Mittels des
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
als Selbsthilfeinstrument werden diese Rezeptoren in unserem
Gewebe positiv stimuliert. Dies erhöht und beschleunigt die Regenerationsfähig-
keit des Gewebes.
Des Weiteren wird die Blutversorgung optimiert und die Nervenleitbahnen funkti
-
onieren besser. Durch den vom Fascia-ReleaZer
®
ausgeübten Reiz gelangen neue
Nährstoe in die Zellen und Abfälle können besser abtransportiert werden. Auf

diese Weise erneuert sich das Gewebe und sorgt für eine verbesserte Elastizität
und Belastbarkeit in dem behandelten Bereich.
Zusätzlich verleiht die Vibrationsmassage dem Gewebe Elastizität, wodurch die
Muskulatur gelockert wird. Die dadurch erzielte Reduzierung der Steifigkeit führt
zu einer Verbesserung der Beweglichkeit.

Wie funktionieren die Deep-ReleaZer Aufsätze?
Verspannungen im Rückenbereich werden dank der unterschiedlichen Aufsätze
gelindert. Zusätzlich wird die Muskulatur im Rücken- und Nackenbereich, sowie
an Hüfte und Schenkel gelockert.
Der Fascia-ReleaZer
®
kann mit oder ohne Aufsätze verwendet werden.
Die Massagebehandlung muss zu jeder Zeit als angenehm empfunden wer-
den. Das Auftreten von leichten Hämatomen ist ein positiver Therapieeekt
und durchaus möglich, da durch die Anwendung des Fascia-ReleaZer
®
die
Durchblutung gezielt gefördert werden kann. Es können auch vereinzelt Haut-
rötungen auftreten. Sollten bei Ihnen übermäßige Hautirritationen auftreten, been-
den Sie die Anwendung mit dem Fascia-ReleaZer
®
und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt.
Wann wird welcher Aufsatz verwendet?
Der „weiche“ Aufsatz wird angebracht, um die Anwendung zu starten und bei leich-
ten Muskelschmerzen. Nach einigen Anwendung kann auf den „mittleren“ Aufsatz
übergegangen werden. Dieser stärkt die Muskulatur.

Als nächste Stufe kann der „harte“ Aufsatz verwendet werden um die Anwendung
zu intensivieren.
Um eine individuelle und angenehme Anwendung gewährleisten zu können, emp-
fehlen wir Ihnen, die Empfindungsskala/Schmerzskala anzuwenden. Diese hilft Ihnen
dabei, die optimale Druckstärke für Sie zu finden. Da jeder Anwender Schmerz un-
terschiedlich empfindet, empfehlen wir eine Massagebehandlung innerhalb des
empfohlenen Bereichs (2-8). Bei einer Empfindung zwischen 0-2 ist die Anwendung
nicht sehr wirksam, da die Wir-

und die Aufsätze sind keine medizinischen Geräte, sondern
Massagebehandlungsinstrumente.
Das Gerät darf nur für den Zweck verwendet werden, für den es entwickelt wurde
und auf der in der Gebrauchsanweisung angegebene Art und Weise. Jeder unsach-
gemäße Gebrauch kann gefährlich sein. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die
durch unsachgemäßen oder falschen Gebrauch verursacht wurden.

Körperregion (z.B. Bandscheibenvorfall, oene Wunde),

•
nie während Sie schlafen,

nicht im Kraftfahrzeug,
•
nicht bei Tieren,
•
nicht bei Tätigkeiten, bei denen eine unvorhergesehene Reaktion gefährlich wer-
den kann,

nicht nach der Einnahme von Substanzen, die zu einer eingeschränkten Wahrneh-
mungsfähigkeit führen (z.B. schmerzlindernde Medikamente, Alkohol),
•
nie länger als 15 Minuten (Überhitzungsgefahr) und lassen Sie das Gerät vor
erneuter Benutzung mindestens 15 Minuten abkühlen.
Falls Sie unsicher sind, ob das Massagegerät für Sie geeignet ist, befragen Sie

7. Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis
Bevor Sie den Fascia-ReleaZer
®
das erste Mal in Betrieb nehmen, müssen Sie ihn
zuerst für mindestens 2,5 Stunden aufladen. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:

Verbinden Sie das Ladekabel mit dem Netzadapter und dem Fascia-ReleaZer
®
.
(Abbildung 1). Stecken Sie anschließend den Netzadapter in eine geeignete Steck-
dose. Alternativ können Sie den Fascia-ReleaZer
®
auch mit dem Ladekabel über
den USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers/Laptops aufladen (Abbildung 2).

Während des Ladevorgangs blinkt die Funktionsleuchte gelb. Sobald der Fascia-Re-
leaZer
®
vollständig aufgeladen ist, leuchtet die Funktionsleuchte gelb. Eine vollstän-
dige Akkuladung reicht für ca. 11 Stunden Betrieb aus. Sobald die Funktionsleuch-
te während des Betriebs rot blinkt, müssen Sie den Fascia-ReleaZer
®
aufladen.

8. Anw endun g
8.1 Anwendung vorbereiten
Wahlweise empfehlen wir eine Anwendung mit oder ohne pflanzlichem Massageöl.
Bei starker Körperbehaarung empfehlen wir eine Anwendung mit pflanzlichem
Massageöl. Jedoch raten wir Ihnen generell zu einer Anwendung auf glatter und
haarfreier Haut.
Verwenden Sie keine Öle bzw. Cremes, die eine stark kühlende oder erhitzende
Wirkung haben, da diese zu Hautirritationen führen können.

Anwendung ohne Massageöl: (Empfohlen bei geringer bzw. kei-
ner Körperbehaarung)
Durch eine Masssagebehandlung ohne Massageöl, wird eine oberflächliche Mas-
sage erzielt. Diese Massagebehandlung aktiviert die Reflexzonen und behandelt
die Oberfläche des Gewebes.
Anwendung mit Massageöl: (Empfohlen bei starker Körperbe-
haarung und für eine tiefenwirksame Massagebehandlung)
Die Verwendung von Massageölen führt zu einer Wirkung bis tief in das Gewebe.
Die Durchblutung wird dadurch stark gefördert.
ACHTUNG
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich pflanzliche Öle, da andere Öle die Holzoberfläche
des Fascia-ReleaZer
®
verfärben oder beschädigen könnten.
1. Geben Sie ein paar Tropfen des pflanzlichen Öls auf Ihre Handfläche.
2. Verreiben Sie nun das pflanzliche Öl gleichmäßig auf der zu massierenden Kör
-
perstelle. Wischen Sie vor der Massagebehandlung Ihre Hände mit einem kleinen
Handtuch ab, um während der Anwendung nicht zu verrutschen und die Siliko-
noberfläche der Handgrie nicht zu beschädigen.
3. Nach der Massagebehandlung muss die Holzoberfläche des Fascia-ReleaZer
®
,
die Aufsätze und die massierte Körperstelle mit einem Handtuch abgewischt
werden.
Die Menge des verwendeten Öls hängt ganz von der Wunschwirkung ab. Mehr Öl
führt zu einer schnelleren Bewegung und somit zu einer intensiveren Hautdurch
-
blutung und Reflextätigkeit.
Weniger Öl führt zu einer tiefergehenden und langsameren Behandlungswirkung,
die besonders intensiv entkrampfend und entklebend wirkt.
Eine Kombination aus beidem ist auch möglich. Tragen Sie hierzu eine größere
Menge an Öl auf die zu behandelnde Körperstelle auf und führen Sie schnelle

durch. Wischen Sie danach etwas Öl mit
einem kleinen Handtuch ab und behandeln Sie dieselbe Körperstelle weiter, dieses
Mal jedoch mit langsamen Bewegungen.
8.2 Fascia-ReleaZer
®
einschalten / Vibrationsstufe wählen
Um den Fascia-ReleaZer
®
einzuschalten, drücken Sie die EIN/AUS-Taste. Die Funk-
tionsleuchte leuchtet nun grün und die erste Vibrationsstufe wird aktiviert.

kann statisch (punktuelle Anwendung) oder dynamisch (be-
wegende Anwendung) angewendet werden.
Statische Anwendung:
Diese Technik löst punktuelle Verhärtungen. Hierzu einen gleichmäßigen Druck ca.
3 Mal hintereinander auf derselben Stelle ausüben.
Dynamische Anwendung:
Durch die Bewegung werden die Faszien geglättet. Eine schnelle Bewegung bzw.
Vor- und Zurückbewegung führt zu einer oberflächlichen Massagewirkung im obe-
ren Gewebebereich. Eine langsamere Bewegung führt zu einer tiefenwirksameren
Massagewirkung.

Vermeiden Sie stoßartigen Druck da dieser zu Hämatomen führen kann.
Behandlungsflächen:
Wir empfehlen die Massagebehandlung mit einer der zwei unterschiedlich gewölb-
ten Behandlungsflächen zu beginnen. Nach ca. einer Woche kann die Massagebe-
handlung mit den beiden Kanten fortgesetzt werden. Die Kanten wirken bis tief ins
Gewebe und sorgen für eine tiefenwirksame Massagebehandlung.
8.3 Anbringen der Aufsätze
Befestigen Sie die von Ihnen gewünschten Aufsätze (weich-mittel-hart) an die Hal-
terung. Hierzu drehen Sie diese im Uhrzeigersinn auf die Halterung. Önen Sie dann
den Klettverschluss und ziehen Sie die Halterung über das Faszien-Massagegerät.
Der Aufsatz sollte mittig auf das Gerät platziert werden. Schließen Sie danach den
Klettverschluss.
8.4 Übungen
Hinweis
Wir empfehlen jeden Bereich (Unterkörper, Mittelkörper und Oberkörper) dreimal
die Woche für jeweils 15 Minuten zu behandeln.
Wir empfehlen bei einer Übungseinheit alle drei Bereiche zu trainieren, jedoch
können auch persönliche Schwerpunkte auf einen der oberen Bereiche gelegt
werden.
Nach jeder Massagebehandlung muss der Fascia-ReleaZer
®
und die Aufsätze mit
einem trockenen Tuch oder Handtuch abgewischt werden. Es dürfen keine Öl-
spuren auf dem Gerät verbleiben da diese die Oberfläche angreifen können.

oder unserer Übungsübersicht entnehmen.

Reinigen Sie den Fascia-ReleaZer
®

4. Getting to know your device
What are fascia?
Fasciae are fine, tough connective tissue fibres that pass through our entire body
like a three-dimensional network. Human fasciae surround all muscles, bones,
organs and nerve cells in the body and ensure that when we move, the individual
parts of our body glide past one another and remain in place.
Fasciae also act as links between the muscle fibres and ensure that we are able
to use our muscle strength. The strain energy between the tendons and bones is
stored and then suddenly released upon relaxing.
Fasciae shorten and harden if they are not used on a regular basis (similarly to mu-
scles). The structures of the fasciae stick together and thicken, which causes them

to become porous and lose their elasticity. This results in small tears and inflamma-
tion, which also aects the transmission of force and your coordination. In isolated
cases, thickened fasciae may also press down on the nerves and cause discom-
fort. There may be a variety of reasons as to why fasciae have shortened or stuck
together, such as a lack of movement, protective postures or psychological stress.
How does the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
work?
If fascia tissue has become stuck together or hardened, you can improve its sup-
pleness and elasticity by alternately applying pressure and tension. By using the
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
as a self-help device, you can positively stimulate these receptors
in our tissue. This will increase and speed up the regenerative capacity of the tissue.
Your blood supply will also be improved and your nerves will function better. The
stimulation from the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
allows new nutrients to reach the cells and
makes it easier to transport away waste. In this way, the tissue is replaced and the
elasticity and resilience of the tissue in the treated area are improved.

How do the Deep-ReleaZer attachments work?
The various attachments help to relieve tension in the back region. They also relax
the muscles in the back and neck area, as well as the hips and thighs. The Fas
-
cia-ReleaZer
®
can be used with or without attachments.
Another way to boost the elasticity of the tissue is with the vibration massage, which
relaxes the muscles. This reduces stiness, which in turn improves your movement.

The massage treatment must feel pleasant at all times. A slight haematoma may
well occur – this is a positive therapeutic eect as the use of the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
can selectively encourage your blood flow. In isolated cases areas of redness may
also occur on the skin. If you experience excessive skin irritation, stop using the
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
and consult a doctor.
When are the dierent attachments used?
The ”soft” attachment is used to start the application and for slight muscle pain.
After a few uses, you can move
on to the ”medium” attachment.
This strengthens the muscles.
At the next level, the ”hard” at-
tachment can be used to inten-
sify application.
To ensure that the treatment is
pleasant and tailored to you, we
recommend the use of the sensation/pain scale. This will help you to find the ideal
level of pressure for you. Since each person has a dierent perception of pain, we
recommend a massage treatment in the recommended range (2-8). If the sensation
rating lies between 0 and 2, the treatment will not be particularly eective as the
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
incl. attachments is unable to penetrate deep into the tissue. We
would advise against a massage treatment in the critical range (more than 8), since
excessive pressure is exerted on the tissue in this range.

7. Initial use
Note
Before using the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
for the first time, let it charge for a minimum of
2.5 hours. Proceed as follows:
•
Connect the charging cable to the mains adapter and the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
(Figure
1). Then insert the mains adapter into a suitable socket. Alternatively, you can al-
so charge the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
with the charging cable via the USB port on your
computer or laptop (Figure 2).
Whilst charging, the function light flashes yellow. When the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
is fully
charged, the function light shows steady yellow. The battery will last for approx.
11 hours of operation when fully charged. Charge the Fascia- ReleaZer
®
again as
soon as the function light flashes red during operation.

8. Use
8.1 Preparing for the application
We recommend treatment with or without plant-based massage oil.
If you have thick body hair, we recommend treatment with plant-based massage oil.
However, we generally advise using the device on smooth, hair-free skin.
Do not use any oils or creams with a strong cooling or heating eect, as they may
cause skin irritation.
Treatment without massage oil: (recommended if you have no
or little body hair)
A massage treatment without massage oil provides a surface massage. This mas-
sage treatment activates the reflex zones and treats the surface of the tissue.
Treatment with massage oil: (recommended if you have thick
body hair or if you would like a deep massage)
If you opt for massage oils, the massage will penetrate deep into the tissue. This
will strongly promote your circulation.

Only use plant-based oils as other oils may stain or damage the wood surface
of the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
.

The amount of oil to be used depends on the eect you wish to achieve. More oil
causes a faster movement and therefore a more intensive reflex action and circu
-
lation of blood to the skin.
Less oil causes a slower treatment that penetrates deeper, with a very relaxing
eect that loosens the tissue.
It is also possible to combine the two. To do so, apply a larger amount of oil onto
the area to be treated and move the
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
over the area quickly. Then
wipe o some of the oil with a cloth and treat the same area again, but this time
with slow movements.

Static application:
This method loosens specific areas of hardness. Press down evenly on the same
spot approx. 3 times in succession.
Dynamic application:
The movement smooths out the fasciae. Moving the device quickly forwards and
backwards provides a surface massage for the upper tissue. Moving the device
more slowly allows the massage eect to penetrate deeper.
Avoid striking the device against the treatment area as this may result in hae-
matoma.
Treatment surfaces:
We recommend starting the massage treatment with one of the two dierent con-
vex treatment surfaces. After approx. one week, the massage treatment can be
continued with both edges. The edges penetrate deep into the tissue and provide
a deep massage treatment.
8.3 Mounting the attachments
Secure the attachments you wish to use (soft/medium/hard) to the holder. To do
so, twist them in a clockwise direction onto the holder. Then open the hook-and-
loop fastener and pull the holder over the fasciae massager. The attachment should
be placed in the middle of the device. Then close the hook-and-loop fastener.

8.4 Exercises
Note
We recommend treating each area (lower body, mid-body and upper body) three
times a week for 15 minutes each time.
When carrying out a session, we recommend training all three areas. However,
you may also choose to focus on one of the above areas.
After each massage treatment, wipe down the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
and the attach-
ments with a dry cloth or hand towel. Ensure that no traces of oil that could attack
the surface are left on the device.

4. Familiarisation avec l’appareil
Qu’est-ce que le fascia?
Le fascia est une membrane conjonctive fine et solide qui recouvre notre corps
entier, comme dans un réseau tridimensionnel. Le fascia humain recouvre tous les
muscles, les os, les organes et les cellules nerveuses du corps et garantit ainsi,

lors de chaque mouvement, que les parties du corps glissent les unes avec les
autres et qu’elles restent en place.
De plus, les fascias servent de messagers entre les fibres musculaires et font que
nous puissions utiliser la force musculaire. La tension est stockée entre les tendons
et les os et soudainement libérée à nouveau lors de la relaxation.
Les fascias se contractent et durcissent lorsqu’ils ne sont pas stimulés de façon
régulière (tout comme les muscles). Les structures des fascias s’agglutinent et
s’épaississent, deviennent donc poreuses et perdent de leur élasticité. Il en résulte
de petites déchirures et des inflammations qui aectent la transmission d’énergie
et la coordination. Dans certains cas, les fascias ayant pris de l’épaisseur exercent
une pression sur les nerfs, qui peut être source de douleurs. La rétractation et l’ag-
glutination des fascias peuvent avoir plusieurs raisons: par exemple, le manque
d’exercice, les postures ou encore le stress psychologique.
Comment fonctionne le Fascia-ReleaZer
®
?
La membrane agglutinée et durcie peut regagner de sa souplesse et de son élas-
ticité grâce à une alternance de charges de pression et de traction. Le Fascia-Re-
leaZer
®
, un appareil d’aide personnelle, stimule ces récepteurs dans nos tissus
de façon positive. Cette stimulation améliore et accélère la régénération du tissu.
De plus, le massage stimule la circulation sanguine et optimise le fonctionnement
des vaisseaux sanguins. Les stimulis causés par le Fascia-ReleaZer
®
permettent
à de nouveaux nutriments de parvenir aux cellules et aux déchets de mieux être
évacués. De cette façon, les tissus sont renouvelés et l’élasticité et la résistance
sont améliorées sur les zones traitées.
Le massage par vibrations améliore également l’élasticité des tissus, ce qui per-
met de détendre les muscles. Cette réduction de la rigidité se traduit alors par une

À chaque fois, le massage doit être ressenti comme agréable. L’apparition de lé-

sionnellement, l’application peut également causer des rougeurs. Si vous consta-

Quel embout utiliser?
L’embout «doux» est idéal pour commencer l’utilisation et en cas de légère douleur
musculaire. Après quelques utilisations de l’embout «doux», vous pouvez ensuite
passer à l’embout «moyen». Celui-là permet de renforcer la musculature.
Vous pouvez ensuite utiliser l’embout «dur» pour intensifier l’utilisation.
Afin de garantir une utilisation personnelle et agréable, nous vous recommandons
d’appliquer l’échelle de sensation/de douleur. Elle vous permettra de trouver le ni
-
veau de pression idéal pour vous. Comme chaque utilisateur ressent la douleur
diéremment, nous recommandons d’eectuer les massages dans la plage recom-
mandée (2-8). Lorsque la sensation se situe entre 0 et 2, l’application n’est pas très

7. Mise en service
Remarque
Avant de mettre le Fascia-ReleaZer

en service pour la première fois, vous devez
le charger pendant au moins 2,5heures. Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit:

Branchez le câble de charge à l’adaptateur secteur et au Fascia-ReleaZer

1). Branchez ensuite l’adaptateur secteur sur une prise secteur adaptée. Vous

Le voyant de fonctionnement clignote en jaune pendant la charge. Dès que le
Fascia-ReleaZer

est complètement rechargé, le voyant de fonctionnement s’al-
lume en jaune. Une charge complète permet d’utiliser l’appareil pendant environ
11heures. Dès que le voyant de fonctionnement commence à clignoter en rouge,
vous devez charger le Fascia-ReleaZer

8. Uti lisat ion
8.1 Préparer l’utilisation
Nous recommandons une application avec ou sans huile de massage végétale,
comme vous le préférez.
Si une zone est très poilue, nous vous recommandons d’appliquer de l’huile vé
-
gétale. Cependant, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser l’appareil sur une peau lisse
et sans poils.
N’utilisez pas d’huiles ou de crèmes à eet chaud ou froid, car elles peuvent en
-
traîner des irritations de la peau.
Application sans huile de massage: (recommandée pour les
peaux très peu ou pas poilues)
Une application sans huile de massage résulte en un massage superficiel. Ce mas-
sage active les zones réflexes et traite la surface des tissus.

Application avec huile de massage: (recommandée pour les
peaux très poilues ou pour un traitement profond)
L’utilisation d’huile de massage apporte un eet plus en profondeur dans les tissus.
Elle permet également de stimuler la circulation sanguine.
ATTENTION
Utilisez uniquement des huiles végétales, car d’autres huiles pourraient décolorer
ou endommager la surface en bois du Fascia-ReleaZer
®
.

Faites couler une ou deux gouttes d’huile végétale dans les paumes de vos mains.
2.
Étalez ensuite l’huile végétale de façon uniforme sur l’ensemble des zones à
masser. Avant le massage, essuyez-vous les mains avec une serviette pour ne
pas qu’elles glissent pendant l’utilisation et éviter d’endommager le revêtement
des poignées en silicone.
3. Après le massage, essuyez les surfaces en bois du Fascia-ReleaZer®, les em
-
bouts et les zones massées avec une serviette.
La quantité d’huile à appliquer dépend de l’eet désiré. Davantage d’huile accélère
le mouvement et intensifie donc la circulation cutanée et la réflexivité.
Moins d’huile entraîne un massage plus lent et donc plus profond, avec un eet
décrispant et relaxant intense.
Il est également possible de faire une combinaison des deux. Pour cela, appli-
quez une plus grande quantité d’huile sur les zones du corps à masser et eec-
tuez des mouvements rapides avec le
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
. Essuyez l’huile à l’aide
d’une serviette et traitez à nouveau la même partie du corps, cette fois avec des
mouvements lents.

Cette technique soulage les raidissements localisés. Pour cela, vous devez appli-
quer une pression uniforme environ 3fois d’alée sur la même zone.
Application dynamique:
Le mouvement défroisse les fascias. Un mouvement rapide ou un mouvement
d’avant en arrière entraîne un massage superficiel de la zone de tissu supérieure.
Un mouvement plus lent apporte un massage en profondeur.
Évitez d’appliquer des pressions par à-coup, cela pourrait entraîner des héma-
tomes.

Surfaces de traitement:
Nous recommandons de commencer le massage par l’une des deux surfaces de
traitement courbées diérentes. Après environ une semaine, vous pouvez pour-
suivre le massage avec les deux bords. Les bords ont un eet profond dans le
tissu et orent un massage plus en profondeur.
8.3 Fixation des embouts
Fixez l’embout souhaité (doux, moyen, dur) sur le support. Pour cela, tournez
l’embout sur le support, dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Ouvrez ensuite
la fermeture auto-agrippante et placez le support sur l’appareil de massage des
fascias. L’embout doit être placé au centre de l’appareil. Fixez ensuite la ferme
-
ture auto-agrippante.
8.4 Exercices
Remarque
Nous vous recommandons de traiter chaque zone (partie inférieure, centrale
et supérieure du corps) trois fois par semaine pendant 15minutes chacune.
Lors d’une série d’exercices, nous vous recommandons d’entraîner les trois
zones, mais vous pouvez également mettre l’accent sur une zone en particulier
si vous le souhaitez.
Après chaque massage, essuyez le Fascia-ReleaZer® et les embouts avec une
serviette ou un chion sec. Il ne doit rester aucune trace d’huile sur l’appareil
car cela pourrait endommager sa surface.

¿Qué son las fascias?
Las fascias son tejidos fibrosos y resistentes que se extienden por todo nuestro
cuerpo como si de una red tridimensional se tratara. Las fascias humanas envuelven
todos los músculos, huesos, órganos y nervios del cuerpo y permiten que, al mover-
nos, las distintas estructuras corporales se deslicen y permanezcan en su posición.
Además, las fascias funcionan como mensajeros entre las fibras de los músculos
y se encargan de que podamos utilizar la fuerza muscular. La energía de la tensión
que se produce entre los tendones y los huesos se almacena y se libera de forma
instantánea cuando se produce la relajación.
Las fascias tienden a retraerse y endurecerse si no se las ejercita de forma perió
-
dica (algo similar a lo que ocurre con los músculos). Las estructuras de las fascias
se adhieren entre sí y se engrosan, lo que hace que aumente su porosidad y que
pierdan elasticidad. Como resultado se forman pequeñas grietas e inflamaciones
que afectan negativamente a la transmisión de fuerza y a la coordinación. En al
-
gunos casos el aumento del grosor de las fascias puede ejercer presión sobre los
nervios y provocar distintas afecciones. El hecho de que las fascias se retraigan
y se adhieran entre sí puede deberse a múltiples motivos, como la falta de movi
-
miento, posturas inducidas por el dolor e incluso estrés psíquico.

Los tejidos de las fascias que se han retraído y adherido entre sí pueden recuperar

¿Cómo funcionan los accesorios Deep-ReleaZer?
Las tensiones musculares en la zona de la espalda se alivian gracias a los distintos
accesorios. Además, se relaja la musculatura de la zona de la espalda y el cuello, así
como caderas y muslos. El Fascia-ReleaZer

se puede utilizar con o sin accesorios.
Además, el masaje vibratorio confiere al tejido elasticidad, lo que hace que los
músculos se relajen. La reducción de la rigidez que se consigue hace que mejore
la movilidad.
El tratamiento con masaje debe resultar agradable en todo momento. El hecho de
que se formen hematomas ligeros es un efecto positivo del tratamiento y bastante
habitual, ya que la utilización de Fascia-ReleaZer
®
puede promover localmente la
circulación sanguínea. También pueden producirse enrojecimientos aislados de
la piel. Si la piel presenta irritaciones excesivas, ponga fin al tratamiento con Fas-
cia-ReleaZer

y consulte a su médico.
¿Dónde se utiliza cada uno de los accesorios?
El accesorio “suave” se utiliza para iniciar la aplicación y en caso de dolores mus-
culares ligeros. Tras algunas aplicaciones se puede pasar al accesorio “medio”, que
refuerza la musculatura.
Como siguiente nivel puede utilizarse el accesorio “duro” para intensificar la apli-
cación.

Para garantizar un uso personal agradable le recomendamos que utilice la escala de
sensibilidad/dolor, que le ayudará a encontrar la presión que mejor se adapte a su
constitución. Dado que cada usuario tiene una percepción distinta del dolor, reco

mendamos un tratamiento con masaje que quede dentro del rango recomendado
(2-8). Si la sensibilidad queda entre 0 y 2, el tratamiento no será muy efectivo, porque
el efecto del Fascia-ReleaZer

7. Puesta en funcionamiento
Nota
Antes de utilizar por primera vez Fascia-ReleaZer
®
, deberá recargarlo como mínimo
durante 2,5 horas. Proceda para ello de la siguiente manera:

Enchufe el cable de carga al adaptador de red y a Fascia-ReleaZer
® .

Durante el proceso de carga el piloto de funcionamiento parpadea en amarillo. En
cuanto Fascia-ReleaZer

está completamente cargado el piloto luce en amarillo.
Una carga completa es suficiente para aprox. 11 horas de servicio. Fascia-Re-
leaZer
®
deberá recargarse en cuanto el piloto empiece a parpadear en rojo du-
rante el servicio.

8. Apl icaci ón
8.1 Preparación para el uso
El aparato puede utilizarse con o sin aceite vegetal para masaje.
Recomendamos utilizar aceite vegetal cuando hay mucho vello corporal. Sin em
-
bargo, en general recomendamos utilizar el aparato sobre piel lisa y sin vello.
No utilice aceites ni cremas que tengan un fuerte efecto refrescante o térmico, ya
que podrían irritar la piel.
Utilización sin aceite de masaje: (recomendada cuando la piel
tenga poco o nada de vello)
Aplicando un tratamiento sin aceite se consigue un masaje superficial. Este trata-
miento activa las zonas reflejas y trata la capa superficial del tejido.
Utilización con aceite de masaje: (recomendada cuando la piel
tenga mucho vello y para un efecto profundo del tratamiento)
La utilización de aceites de masaje hace que el efecto llegue hasta lo más profundo
del tejido. Este tratamiento favorece la circulación sanguínea.
ATENCIÓN
Utilice únicamente aceites vegetales, ya que otros aceites podrían teñir o dañar
la superficie de madera del Fascia-ReleaZer
®
.
1. Póngase unas gotas del aceite vegetal en la palma de la mano.
2.
Extienda el aceite frotándolo homogéneamente sobre la zona del cuerpo que
vaya a masajear. Antes de realizar el masaje límpiese las manos con una pequeña
toalla para que no resbalen durante el tratamiento y para no dañar la superficie
de silicona de los mangos.
3. Tras el masaje la superficie de madera del Fascia-ReleaZer
®
, los accesorios y la
zona del cuerpo masajeada deberán limpiarse con un toalla.

La cantidad de aceite utilizado dependerá del efecto que se desee alcanzar. Una
mayor cantidad de aceite acelera el movimiento, lo que intensifica la circulación
cutánea y el efecto reflexológico.
Una menor cantidad de aceite produce un efecto más profundo y lento que ayuda
a eliminar contracciones y separar las fascias de manera particularmente eficaz.
También es posible combinar ambas posibilidades. Aplique para ello una cantidad
considerable de aceite a la zona del cuerpo que se va a tratar y realice movimientos
rápidos con
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
. Elimine después algo de aceite con una pequeña
toalla y continúe con el tratamiento ralentizando los movimientos.

Utilización estática:
Esta técnica libera endurecimientos puntuales. Para ello aplique una presión ho-
mogénea aprox. 3 veces seguidas en el mismo lugar.
Utilización dinámica:
El movimiento alisa las fascias. Un movimiento rápido o un movimiento de avance
o retroceso produce un efecto de masaje superficial en la capa superior del tejido.
Un movimiento más lento produce un efecto de masaje más profundo.
Evite aplicar presión bruscamente, ya que pueden producirse hematomas.
Superficies de tratamiento:
Recomendamos comenzar el tratamiento con una de las dos superficies curva-
das. Después de aproximadamente una semana puede continuarse el tratamiento
con los dos bordes. Los bordes actúan profundamente en el tejido y consiguen
un masaje de efecto profundo.
8.3 Colocación de los accesorios
Fije los accesorios que desee (suave-medio-duro) en el soporte. Gírelos para ello
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj. Abra después el cierre autoadherente y tire del
soporte sobre el aparato de masaje para fascias. El accesorio debe quedar situado
en el centro del aparato. Cierre después el cierre autoadherente.

8.4 Ejercicios
Nota
Recomendamos tratar cada zona del cuerpo (parte inferior, central y superior)
tres veces por semana, en sesiones de 15 minutos.
Si bien se recomienda tratar las tres áreas en cada sesión, el usuario puede con-
centrarse solo en determinadas zonas, en función de sus necesidades.
Después de cada tratamiento el Fascia-ReleaZer
®
y sus accesorios deben lim-
piarse con un paño seco o con una toalla. No deje restos de aceite en el aparato,
ya que dichos restos podrían atacar su superficie.

Che cosa sono le fasce?
Le fasce sono tessuti sottili con funzione connettivale, che, come una rete tridi-
mensionale, percorrono tutto il nostro corpo. Le fasce avvolgono tutti i muscoli,
le ossa, gli organi e le cellule nervose del corpo umano e fanno in modo che du-

rante ogni movimento le singole parti del corpo si spostino l’una accanto all’altra
e mantengano la loro posizione.
Inoltre, le fasce fungono da messaggeri tra le fibre muscolari e ci consentono di
utilizzare la forza muscolare. In esse si concentra la tensione tra tendini e ossa,
che viene rilasciata di colpo durante la distensione.
Le fasce si accorciano e si irrigidiscono se non vengono stimolate regolarmente
(analogamente ai muscoli). Le strutture delle fasce aderiscono le une alle altre e
si ispessiscono, diventando così porose e perdendo elasticità. Ne conseguono
piccoli strappi e infiammazioni che danneggiano anche la trasmissione della for-
za e la coordinazione. In alcuni casi, le fasce ispessite possono anche esercitare
pressione sui nervi e causare disturbi. L’accorciamento e l’adesione delle fasce
possono avere molteplici cause, ad esempio, mancanza di movimento, posizioni
antalgiche o anche stress psichico.

Come funzionano gli accessori Deep-ReleaZer?
Grazie ai diversi accessori le tensioni nella zona della schiena vengono alleviati. Inol-

Il massaggio deve sempre essere percepito come piacevole. Il manifestarsi di
leggeri ematomi è un eetto positivo della terapia ed è molto probabile, in quanto
utilizzando Fascia-ReleaZer

si può stimolare in modo mirato la circolazione san-
guigna. Potrebbero anche verificarsi sporadici arrossamenti della pelle. Se insor-
gono eccessive irritazioni cutanee, interrompere l’utilizzo di Fascia-ReleaZer

Quando utilizzare quale accessorio?
L’accessorio “Morbido” viene applicato per iniziare il trattamento e in caso di
dolori muscolari di lieve entità.
Dopo alcune sedute si può
passare all’accessorio “Medio”.
Esso raorza la muscolatura.
Al livello successivo utilizzare
l’accessorio “Duro” per intensi-

Per un utilizzo piacevole e per

accesa in giallo. Una carica completa della batteria consente ca. 11 ore di eserci-
zio. Quando la spia di funzionamento lampeggia in rosso, è necessario ricaricare

8.1 Preparazione prima dell’uso
È possibile scegliere se utilizzare o meno un olio da massaggio vegetale.
In presenza di molti peli si consiglia di applicare l’olio da massaggio vegetale. Tuttavia,
si consiglia in generale di utilizzare l’apparecchio su pelle liscia e depilata.
Non utilizzare oli o creme con un intenso eetto rareddante o riscaldante, in quanto
possono comportare irritazioni cutanee.
Utilizzo senza olio da massaggio: (consigliato in caso di assenza
o ridotta quantità di peli)
Senza olio da massaggio viene praticato un massaggio superficiale, che attiva le
zone riflesse e tratta la superficie del tessuto.

quantità di peli e per un massaggio che agisce in profondità)
L’utilizzo di oli da massaggio consente un’azione in profondità nel tessuto. La cir-
colazione viene stimolata intensamente.

Utilizzare esclusivamente oli vegetali, in quanto altri oli potrebbero danneggiare
o alterare il colore della superficie in legno di Fascia-ReleaZer

1. Versare un paio di gocce di olio vegetale sulle palme delle mani.

Distribuire quindi l’olio vegetale uniformemente sulla parte del corpo da mas-
saggiare. Prima del massaggio, pulire le mani con un asciugamano per evitare
che l’apparecchio scivoli durante l’utilizzo e che la superficie in silicone delle
impugnature venga danneggiata.
3. Dopo il massaggio, è necessario asciugare la superficie in legno di
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
, gli accessori e la parte massaggiata con un asciugamano.
La quantità di olio utilizzata dipende dall’azione che si desidera ottenere. Maggiore
è la quantità di olio, più rapido è il movimento e più intense sono la circolazione
nella pelle e la capacità di riflesso.
Una quantità di olio inferiore consente un trattamento più profondo e più lento,
con un’azione particolarmente intensa di alleviamento dei crampi e scioglimento.
È inoltre possibile combinare entrambe le azioni. Applicare una maggiore quantità
di olio sulla parte da trattare e compiere movimenti rapidi con
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
.
In seguito, rimuovere un po’ di olio con un asciugamano e continuare a trattare la
stessa parte, questa volta con movimenti lenti.

Utilizzo dinamico:
Le fasce vengono distese attraverso il movimento. Un movimento rapido oppure
un movimento in avanti e indietro consentono il massaggio superficiale della zona
superiore del tessuto. Un movimento più lento agisce più in profondità.
Evitare una pressione simile a un colpo, in quanto può causare ematomi.

Superfici di trattamento:
Si consiglia di iniziare il massaggio con una delle due diverse superfici di tratta-
mento curve. Dopo ca. una settimana è possibile passare al massaggio con i due
bordi. I bordi agiscono in profondità nel tessuto e consentono un massaggio ad
azione profonda.
8.3 Applicazione degli accessori
Fissare gli accessori desiderati (morbido-medio-duro) al supporto. A tal fine farli
ruotare in senso orario sul supporto. Aprire la chiusura a strappo e posizionare il
supporto sopra all’apparecchio per il massaggio fasciale. L’accessorio dovrebbe
essere posizionato al centro dell’apparecchio. Serrare quindi la chiusura a strappo.
8.4 Esercizi
Nota
Si consiglia di trattare ogni zona (parte inferiore, parte centrale e parte superiore
del corpo) tre volte alla settimana per 15 minuti.
Si consiglia di allenare tutte le tre zone con la stessa unità di esercizi; tuttavia, è
possibile anche stabilire una personale priorità per una delle tre zone di cui sopra.
Dopo ogni massaggio, è necessario pulire Fascia-ReleaZer
®
e gli accessori con
un panno o un asciugamano asciutto. Non devono rimanere residui di olio sull'ap-
parecchio, in quanto potrebbero intaccare la superficie.

Nel caso in cui il prodotto, durante il periodo di garanzia, si dimostrasse incom

pleto o presentasse difetti di funzionamento in linea con le seguenti disposizioni,
Beurer provvederà a sostituire o riparare gratuitamente il prodotto in base alle
presenti condizioni di garanzia.
Per segnalare un caso di garanzia, l‘acquirente deve rivolgersi innanzitutto
al proprio rivenditore locale: vedere l‘elenco „Service International“ in cui
sono riportati gli indirizzi dei centri di assistenza.
L‘acquirente riceverà quindi informazioni più dettagliate sulla gestione del caso
di garanzia, ad esempio dove deve inviare il prodotto e quali documenti sono
necessari.
L‘attivazione della garanzia viene presa in considerazione solo se l‘acquirente
può presentare
– una copia della fattura/prova d‘acquisto e
– il prodotto originale
a Beurer o a un partner Beurer autorizzato.

e rimontati dall‘acquirente o da un centro di assistenza non autorizzato da

– i danni occorsi nel trasporto dal produttore al cliente o tra il centro di assi

– i prodotti acquistati come articoli di seconda scelta o usati;
– i danni conseguenti che dipendono da un difetto del prodotto (in questo caso
possono tuttavia esistere diritti derivanti dalla responsabilità per i prodotti o
da altre disposizioni di legge obbligatorie in materia di responsabilità).
Le riparazioni o la sostituzione completa non prolungano in alcun caso il periodo

cihazını ilk kez çalıştırmadan önce en az 2,5 saat süreyle cihazı
şarj etmeniz gerekir. Bunun için aşağıdaki şekilde ilerleyin:

8. Kull anım
8.1 Uygulama hazırlığı
Cihazı tercihinize göre bitkisel bir masaj yağı ile veya yağsız şekilde kullanabilirsiniz.
Vücut kıllarının yoğun olması durumunda, uygulama sırasında bitkisel bir masaj yağı
kullanmanızı tavsiye ederiz. Ancak genel olarak yine de cihazı tüysüz ve pürüzsüz
bir cilt üzerinde kullanmanızı tavsiye ederiz.
Yoğun soğutma veya ısıtma etkisi olan yağlar veya kremler kullanmayın, bunlar
cildinizde tahrişe neden olabilir.
Masaj yağı olmadan kullanım: (Vücut kılı yoksa veya yoğunluğu
düşükse tavsiye ediyoruz)
Masaj uygulaması masaj yağı olmadan yapıldığında, yüzeysel bir masaj elde edil-
miş olur. Bu masaj uygulaması refleks bölgelerini harekete geçirir ve dokunun yü-
zeyinde bütünüyle etkili olur.

ve refleks hareketlerinde yoğun bir artışın elde edilebilmesi sağlanır.
Daha az yağ ile yapılan uygulamada ise daha derine inen ağır bir hareket etkisinin
elde edilmesi ve dolayısıyla özellikle kramplarda ve kasılmalarda düzelme olması
sağlanır.
İkisini birlikte uygulamak da mümkündür. Bunun için fazla miktarda yağı alın ve uy-
gulamayı yapacağınız bölgeye sürdükten sonra

İstediğiniz (yumuşak-orta-sert) başlığı tutucuya yakın. Bunun için başlığı tutucu
üzerinde saat dönüş yönüne doğru döndürün. Daha sonra cırt cırt bandı açın ve
tutucuyu bağdoku masaj cihazının üzerine doğru çekin. Başlığın cihazın ortasına
yerleşmesi gerekir. Ardından cırt cırt bandı kapatın.

Фасциями называют тонкие, жесткие мембраны соединительной ткани, про-
низывающие все наше тело подобно трехмерной сети. Фасции человека окру-
жают все мышцы, кости, органы инервные клетки тела испособствуют тому,
чтобы при каждом движении отдельных частей тела они скользили друг по
другу иоставались на своих местах.
Кроме того, фасции действуют как передаточное звено между волокнами
мышц итолько благодаря им мы вообще можем пользоваться силой мышц.
При этом энергия напряжения между сухожилиями икостями накапливается
ипри расслаблении снова мгновенно расходуется.

8.1 Подготовка кприменению
Прибор можно применять как смассажным маслом на растительной осно-
ве, так ибез масла.
При сильном волосяном покрове на теле мы рекомендуем применять прибор
смассажным маслом на растительной основе. Вцелом мы рекомендуем при-
менение прибора на гладкой коже, свободной от волос.
Не применяйте масла или кремы, которые обладают сильным охлаждающим
или разогревающим эффектом, так как они могут привести краздражению
кожи.
Применение без массажного масла (рекомендуется при ма-
лом волосяном покрове на теле или при его отсутствии)
Процедура массажа без массажного масла оказывает поверхностное воз-
действие. Такой массаж активирует рефлекторные зоны ивоздействует на
поверхность тканей.

Применение смассажным маслом (рекомендуется при силь-
ном оволосении тела или для глубокого массажного воз-
действия)
Применение массажных масел приводит кболее глубокому воздействию
на ткани. Благодаря этому происходит сильная стимуляция процесса кро-

1. Капните на руку несколько капель растительного масла.
2. Равномерно вотрите масло вмассируемый участок тела. Перед процедурой
массажа вытрите руки полотенцем, чтобы во время применения прибора

3. После процедуры массажа необходимо вытереть полотенцем деревянную

Насадка должна располагаться поцентру прибора. Затем застегните за-

Мы рекомендуем проводить процедуру на каждой части тела (нижней, сред-
ней и верхней части туловища) три раза внеделю по 15 минут на каждую.
Мы рекомендуем при каждом подходе тренировать все три области, но
