ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach left and right hand wheel carriers to main chassis using 3/4” × 8”pin. Secure with cotter pin.
2. Install four wheel/tire assemblies onto wheel carrier. Secure with 1”flat washer and cotter pin.
3. Install tongue assembly by, first attaching tongue rear to main chassis using the 1/2× 4-1/2” bolt, lock washer, and
nuts.
4. Install tongue jack by removing clip ring from tongue, positioning jack swivel plate, and reinstalling the clip ring to
secure the jack.
5. Secure the bed to the main chassis rear pivot pipe using the 3/4”×21-1/2” clevis pin. Secure with a 3/4” washer and
cotter pin.
6. Install tailgate and front panel supports by securing to rear and front of bed frame using 3/8” × 1” bolts, washers, and
nuts.
7. Insert three each 1×6 side boards and two each side support stakes on each side. Install tailgate and front panel.

SAFE USE AND OPERATION RULES
-Make sure vehicle is capable of towing the load.
-Excess speed is the second most important cause of car-trailer accidents.
-The recommended maximum speed for all passenger cars towing trailers is 20 mph.
-Check that the hitch on the towing vehicle is capable of towing the trailer. The towing capability of the hitch is normally
stamped on hitch drawbar.
-Make sure the coupler and ball are properly matched in size and are rated for a load equal to or greater than the intended
load.
-Never attach anything other than the proper size coupler to the ball for towing.
-Check lighting before each use and every 100 miles to be sure stop tail and turn signals are working properly. Replace
any broken lenses, reflectors or bulbs.
-Check wires for good connections and possible fraying or wearing of insulation.
-Bulbs supplied with this trailer are for 12 volt system.
- Press the “ UP” button to lift up the carrier and press the “DN” button to move down the carrier.
- Don’t forget to check the Hydraulic oil and add it when it is at a low level.
- Provide the system enough power (DC12V), please recharge the battery for the proper time.
- Make sure there are no people inside the trailer before turning on.
- Keep distance from the trailer when it works.
-Do not tow this trailer on highways or on public thoroughfares
-Remember the loaded weight of the trailer will increase your braking and stopping distances appreciably.
-When towing a trailer over long distances stop and check tightness of all connections lights and running gear every 100
miles.
-Carry emergency flares, and fire extinguisher if required for operation in your state.

-Never overload trailer. Maximum load is 4400 lbs.
-Load trailer evenly from side to side with 60% of the load forward to the axle. It is important that the tongue be pressing
down on the hitch, But not exceeding a downward force of 500 pounds.
-Reduce weight in car trunk and rear seat areas by amount of tongue weight of your trailer.
-It is against the law to carry passengers in the back of any trailer.

-Check tires for wear and proper inflation before each use and every 100 miles.
-Tire pressure should be kept at 22 PSI.
-Check and tighten lug nuts. Torque to 85-90 FT-LBS.
-Re torque after first 50 miles.

-Check and maintain the trailer, Coupler, Ball and hitch before each use and every 200 miles.
-Inspect hitch and ball in every day use.
-Ball or hitch can be damaged in parking, hitting curbs, dragging when crossing ditches or railroad tracks.
-To prevent bearing damage, disassemble and repack wheel bearing with a good grade of wheel bearing grease every
2000-3000 miles or yearly.
The purposes of the following notices are to give you tips on safe use and operation of your trailer.
1. Never allow children to operate the tractor or the trailer attachment.
2. Please read the instructions carefully and follow them step-by-step for easy assembly. Please keep the instructions
handy for no less than 1 year.
3. Please double check the assembly step-by-step, be sure each is followed.
4. Before using, please inspect your trailer.
Re-grease bearing after every 3000 miles of use.
Keep tire pressure at 22 P.S.I. cold.
Make sure to provide DC 12V power to the Hydraulic compact power unit.
Add the hydraulic oil when oil level is low.
Please ensure you comply with the following before using your trailer.
Attention: Before using the trailer for the first time, please prepare the hydraulic oil by yourself,
this is not provided. We do not provide a spare wheel or battery charger. It is necessary for you
to provide them.

1. Tighten U-bolt.
2. Tighten lug nut.
3. Tighten trigger lock on coupler.
4. Trailer load should not exceed its 4400 lbs capacity and should be properly secured.
5. Trailer load size should not exceed trailer’s bed board size.
