compact powerhouse designed for a dynamic, on-the-move lifestyle, proving you
don’t need a bulky system to get studio-worthy sound. Whether you are on a road trip,
a weekend camping trip, or hosting a backyard cookout, this speaker is built to be the
audio heartbeat of every moment.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and keep these instructions. Heed all warnings and follow all directions.
General Safety
• Environment: This equipment is designed for use in moderate climates and in
domestic locations.
• Servicing: Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required if
the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as damage to the charging port,
exposure to rain or moisture, or if it has been dropped.
• Obstructions: Take care that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled into the
enclosure through any openings. The equipment shall not be exposed to dripping or
splashing.
• Cleaning: Before cleaning, ensure the unit is disconnected from any power source.
The case should only require a wipe with a lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical
solvents for cleaning. Avoid using furniture cleaning sprays or polishes as they can
cause permanent marks.
Battery & Charging Safety
• Compatibility: Use only the manufacturer-specified charger and power cord.
• Temperature: Do not charge the product in extremely hot or humid environments.
• Operational Safety: Stop charging immediately if the product or charger becomes
excessively hot, smokes, or emits a strange odor.
• Avoid Use During Charge: Avoid using the product while it is charging, unless
specifically permitted by the manufacturer, as this may affect battery life and
performance.
• Emergency: If an abnormal smell or smoke is detected, turn the power off
immediately and disconnect from the power source. Contact your dealer and do not
attempt to reconnect.
A warning that batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to
excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the light.
Replacement of a battery with an incorrect type that can defeat a safeguard;
Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a
battery, that can result in an explosion;
Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can
result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas;
A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the
leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

USA WARRANTY INFORMATION
Cerwin-Vega, Inc offers a 1-year warranty on the VEGA163 under the following conditions.
The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable. To be eligible for
warranty coverage, the product must be registered within 15 days from the date shown on the sales
receipt.

To obtain warranty repair work:
1. Contact Cerwin-Vega customer service at 1-844-844-1339 and provide them with the
product's serial number and proof of purchase (your purchased receipt from an authorized
dealer).
2. If the product is determined to be covered under warranty by Cerwin-Vega, Inc then
Cerwin-Vega will issue an authorized RMA number.
3. Customer must ship the product to the authorized Cerwin-Vega service center at the address
provided by customer service representative.
4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
5. Cerwin-Vega will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
6. If the product is repaired, it will be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
7. If the product is replaced, the customer will be responsible for shipping the old product
back to Cerwin-Vega before the replacement product will be sent to the customer.
Please note that any non-authorized returns sent to Cerwin-Vega, Inc will be refused. This means
that you must contact Cerwin-Vega customer service first to seek any potential warranty work and
get an authorized RMA number before you attempt to ship the product to the address provided by
the Cerwin-Vega, Inc customer service representative. Shipping the product is the customers
responsibility.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when filing a warranty claim:
1. You must have registered your product within 15 days from the sales receipt date.
2. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase once registered
3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, or neglect,
unauthorized modifications or repairs made outside the authorized customer service repair
centers.
4. You must provide proof of purchase (copy of original sales receipt) to make a warranty
claim.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Cerwin-Vega does not offer a warranty of any kind for products sold outside the USA.
Please contact your dealer from whom you purchased the product for all warranty claims and service
or other inquires.
