When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety
precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. To protect against risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury, do not put the machine in water or
other liquid.
3. This machine is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory,
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely
supervised and instructed concerning the use of the machine by a person responsible for
their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any machine is used by or near children/
babies. Children/babies should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
machine.
4. Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling
or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the
outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
5. Do not operate any machine with a damaged cord or plug or after the machine
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the manufacturer at their
customer service telephone number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
6. Household and indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
7. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of tables or counters.
8. Do not place the machine on or near a hot gas or electric burner, heat-generating
appliances, uneven surfaces, non-waterproof surfaces, or edges.
9. Do not use the machine for other than its intended use.
10. Any maintenance servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
The machine has no user serviceable parts.
11. Check that the voltage rating of the machine matches that of your electrical system. Any
connection error will void the warranty. Avoid using other devices in the same power socket
to avoid overheating of the circuit. If you need to connect multiple power plugs, please
confirm that the total power does not exceed the rated power of the power plug.
12. Do not immerse or splash the machine, the power cord, or the plug in water or in any
other liquid.
13. If the power cord or the plug is damaged, do not use the machine. To avoid any risk, these
must be replaced by an approved service center.
14. This machine shall not be used by children or babies. Keep the machine and its cord out of
the reach of children and babies.
15. There is a potential for injury from misuse. Please handle with care.
16. Do not attempt to repair or make any modifications to the machine without authorization.
17. Do not insert or remove the power cord with wet hands—only use dry hands.

18. Do not allow foreign objects or dust to adhere to the power cord and socket.
19. Make sure the power plug is fully inserted into the socket before operating the machine.
20. Do not use the machine if the Glass Carafe, Water Chamber, and Filter Basket are not
properly assembled.
21. Do not make any modifications by using other parts not included in the package.
22. If the machine operates abnormally, stop use immediately and pull out the power cord.
Stop use if the motor becomes abnormally hot, has a damaged power cord, or the body is
deformed or damaged.
23. Do not pour hot water into the Water Chamber. Only use cold or room temperature drinking
water under 104°F (40°C).
24. Use the Cleaning Brush to remove the coffee grounds on the mesh screens of the Filter
Basket.
25. Do not remove the Glass Carafe or open the Water Chamber as your cold brew is being
released.
26. Do not open the Chamber Lid of the Water Chamber during the brewing process to avoid
malfunction.
27. Do not use an external timer. This machine cannot be connected to an external timer or
independent remote controller to operate under a control system.
28. Do not pour liquids (such as milk, juice, or hot water) other than cold water into the Water
Chamber.
29. Do not place the parts into any heat source or a microwave.
30. Do not make cold brew when the Water Chamber is empty.
31. Do not wrap the power cord around the Main Body.
32. When not in use, place the fully-dried machine in a cool, dry place and prevent it from
getting wet.
33. Do not attempt to defeat the interlock.
34. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock or injury.
35. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk
of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do
not modify the plug in any way.

Disposal / Recycling:
At the end of its service life, this product may not be disposed of in the normal household
waste, but rather must be disposed of at a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic
devices. The materials are recyclable according to their labelling. Please ask the municipal
administration where the appropriate disposal facility is located.

2. PARTS

STEP 1:
Plug in the power cord to an electrical outlet.
Before you begin, make sure the RELEASE
LEVER is in the locked position
, otherwise
the WATER CHAMBER will not properly slide
into place in the next step.
STEP 3:
Use the MEASURING SCOOP to pour your
coffee grounds or tea into the FILTER
BASKET. Then twist on the FILTER CAP
clockwise and tighten to the locked position.
STEP 2:
Press the button located on the side of the
CHAMBER LID to lift it up. Fill the WATER
CHAMBER with water to the desired fill
line and seat the WATER CHAMBER in the
CHAMBER BASE securely.
STEP 4:
Place the assembled FILTER BASKET into the
WATER CHAMBER by inserting the VACUUM
STEM into the port on top of the MAIN BODY.
Push the FILTER BASKET all the way down.
Then close the CHAMBER LID.
TIPS & TRICKS BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
• Use cold or room temperature drinking water under 104°F (40°C) for best results.
• Use 1 scoop of coffee or tea per serving of water. For example, use 5 scoops if your water
has been filled up to fill line for 5 servings.
• Duration: Light 10 mins | Medium 15 mins | Strong 20 mins | Extra 45 mins
• You can stop a cycle at any time by pressing and holding down the button.

STEP 5:
Select your desired strength and let the
Vacuum Extraction Brewing begin.
NOTE: The first time you press a button,
the machine will power on and the lights
surrounding the buttons will blink. A second
press will start the operation of the machine.
STEP 6:
Once finished, move the RELEASE LEVER
to the unlocked position
to release your
freshly-made cold brew, which filters into
the GLASS CARAFE.

Always switch off and unplug the Shine Cold Brew Machine before disassembling or cleaning.
1. Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean and wipe down the MAIN BODY after use if necessary.
Never submerge or use running water over the MAIN BODY.
2. Wash and rinse the parts shown below with soap and running water. Use the CLEANING
BRUSH to thoroughly brush the mesh areas on the FILTER BASKET and CARAFE FILTER.
Then thoroughly dry all parts with a cloth before putting them away for storage.

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE / SOLUTION
The machine will not
turn on or is not fully
operating.
The power plug may be loose. Replug the power cord into the
electrical outlet to reset the machine.
The coffee or tea is
overflowing.
The WATER CHAMBER contains too much water. Only fill up to the
fill lines printed on the WATER CHAMBER. Do not exceed the 5
serving line.
The Vacuum Extraction is
not working properly.
• The silicone VACUUM VALVE (located below the hinge of the
CHAMBER LID) is clogged. Thoroughly clean the valve with a
cotton swab, removing debris and deposits from inside the hole
and the surrounding area.
• The WATER CHAMBER is not filled with the minimum amount
of water required. Fill to the printed fill lines (3, 4, or 5) on the
WATER CHAMBER.
Coffee or tea particles
are spilling out from the
FILTER BASKET.
• The FILTER BASKET is not properly assembled. Make sure to
twist on the FILTER CAP all the way and tighten to the locked
position—the embossed vertical line on the FILTER CAP should
align with the small line on the edge of the FILTER BASKET.
• The FILTER CAP SEAL is loose. Make sure the silicone seal is
properly seated in the FILTER CAP all the way along the edge.
• Too much coffee grounds or tea leaves have been loaded. The
maximum amount that can be poured into the FILTER BASKET
is 8 scoops.
The coffee or tea cannot
be released.
• The RELEASE LEVER is still in the locked position. Move the
RELEASE LEVER to the unlocked position
.
• The drip port at the base of the WATER CHAMBER is clogged
or blocked. Use the CLEANING BRUSH to clean and unclog the
drip port.
The WATER CHAMBER is
stuck in place or cannot
be removed.
The RELEASE LEVER is in the unlocked position. Simply move the
RELEASE LEVER to the locked position
to remove the WATER
CHAMBER from the CHAMBER BASE.

ÉTAPE 1:
Branchez le cordon d’alimentation dans une prise
de courant. Avant de commencer, assurez-vous
que le LEVIER D’EXTRACTION est en position
verrouillée , sinon le RÉSERVOIR D’EAU ne
pourra pas se mettre en place correctement à
l’étape suivante.
ÉTAPE 3:
Servez-vous de la CUILLÈRE DE DOSAGE pour
placer les grains de café ou le thé dans le PANIER
FILTRE. Tournez ensuite le CAPUCHON DU FILTRE
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre et serrez
jusqu’à la position verrouillée.
ÉTAPE 2:
Appuyez sur le bouton situé sur le côté du
COUVERCLE DU RÉSERVOIR pour le soulever.
Remplissez le RÉSERVOIR D’EAU avec de
l’eau jusqu’au niveau souhaité, puis placez-le
correctement sur la BASE DU RÉSERVOIR.
ÉTAPE 4:
Placez le PANIER FILTRE assemblé dans le
RÉSERVOIR D’EAU en insérant la TIGE DE
DÉPRESSION dans la port se trouvant au sommet
du BLOC MOTEUR. Poussez le PANIER FILTRE au
maximum vers le bas.
CONSEILS ET ASTUCES AVANT DE COMMENCER :
• Utilisez de l’eau potable froide ou à température ambiante (>104°F / 40°C) pour de meilleurs
résultats.
• Utilisez une (1) cuillère de thé ou de café par portion d’eau. Par exemple, utilisez cinq cuillères si
l’eau arrive au niveau de cinq portions.
• Durée : Léger 10 min | Moyen 15 min | Fort 20 min | Extra 45 min
• Vous pouvez arrêter le cycle à tout moment en appuyant et en maintenant le bouton vers le bas
enfoncé.

ÉTAPE 5:
Sélectionnez la force souhaitée et commencez
l’infusion pas aspiration.
REMARQUE : Lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton
une première fois, l’appareil s’allumera et les
lumières commenceront à clignoter. En appuyant
une seconde fois, l’appareil sera prêt à l’emploi.
ÉTAPE 6:
Une fois terminé, placez le LEVIER D’EXTRACTION
en position déverrouillée pour faire couler
votre infusion froide fraîche dans le filtre de la
CARAFE EN VERRE.

dégustez-la !

Éteignez et débranchez toujours votre machine à infusion à froid Shine avant de la démonter et
de la nettoyer.
1. Nettoyez le BLOC MOTEUR avec un chiffon ou une éponge humide après usage, si
nécessaire. Ne jamais immerger le BLOC MOTEUR, ne pas laver sous l’eau courante.
2. Lavez et rincez les pièces indiquées ci-dessous à l’eau courante et au savon. Utilisez la
BROSSE DE NETTOYAGE pour enlever la moulure de café coincée dans les mailles du
PANIER FILTRE et du FILTRE DE LA CARAFE. Séchez ensuite soigneusement toutes les
pièces avec un chiffon avant de les ranger.

cordon d’alimentation pour réinitialiser l’appareil.

Le RÉSERVOIR D’EAU est trop plein. Lorsque vous versez l’eau

Drücken Sie die Taste an der Seite des
KAMMERDECKELS, um ihn anzuheben. Füllen
Sie die WASSERKAMMER bis zur gewünschten
Messlinie mit Wasser und befestigen Sie diese
fest im KAMMERSOCKEL.

Setzen Sie den gesamten FILTERKORB in
die WASSERKAMMER ein und fügen Sie den

am HAUPTGEHÄUSE ein. Drücken Sie den
FILTERKORB ganz nach unten. Schließen Sie

Vor dem Auseinandernehmen oder Reinigen die Kaltbrühmaschine von Shine schalten Sie diese bitte
immer aus und ziehen den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
1. Reinigen Sie bei Bedarf das HAUPTGEHÄUSE nach dem Gebrauch mit einem feuchten Tuch oder
Schwamm und wischen Sie es dazu aus. Tauchen Sie das HAUPTGEHÄUSE niemals in Wasser
und lassen Sie auch kein fließendes Wasser darüber laufen.
2. Waschen und spülen Sie die unten abgebildeten Teile mit Seife und fließendem Wasser ab.
Verwenden Sie die REINIGUNGSBÜRSTE, um die Gitterbereiche des FILTERKORBS und dem
KARAFFENFILTER gründlich zu säubern. Trocknen Sie anschließend alle Teile sorgfältig mit einem
Tuch ab, bevor Sie sie zur Aufbewahrung verstauen.

Die WASSERKAMMER enthält zu viel Wasser. Füllen Sie die

PASO 1:
Enchufar el cable de alimentación a la toma de
corriente. Antes de empezar, comprobar que la
PALANCA DE DESBLOQUEO está en posición
cerrada de lo contrario el RECIPIENTE DE AGUA
no se ajustará bien en el paso siguiente.
PASO 3:
Utilizar la CUCHARA DE MEDIR para echar los
granos de café o el té en el CESTO DEL FILTRO.
Enroscar la TAPA DEL FILTRO en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj y apretar hasta que quede cerrada.
PASO 2:
Pulsar el botón situado en el lateral de la TAPA
DEL RECIPIENTE para levantarla. Llenar de agua
el RECIPIENTE DE AGUA hasta la línea deseada y
ajustar bien el RECIPIENTE DE AGUA en la BASE
del RECIPIENTE.
PASO 4:
Colocar el CESTO DEL FILTRO ya montado en el
RECIPIENTE DE AGUA introduciendo el VÁSTAGO
AL VACÍO en el conducto encima del CUERPO
PRINCIPAL. Empujar el CESTO DEL FILTRO hasta
abajo. Luego, cerrar la TAPADERA del RECIPIENTE.
CONSEJOS & TRUCOS ANTES DE EMPEZAR:
• Utilizar agua potable fría o a temperatura ambiente por debajo de 104ºF (40ºC) para obtener los
mejores resultados.
• Utilizar una cucharada de café o té por taza de agua. For ejemplo, utilizar 5 cucharadas si ha llenado
de agua hasta la marca para 5 tazas.
• Duración: Ligero 10 mins | Normal 15 mins | Fuerte 20 mins | Extra 45 mins
• Puede detener el proceso en cualquier momento pulsando y sujetando el botón.

PASO 5:

comience la preparación por extracción al vapor.
NOTA: Al pulsar por primera vez el botón, se
enciende la máquina y las luces alrededor de los

Apagar y desenchufar siempre la Máquina de Infusiones Frías Shine antes de desmontarla o
limpiarla.
1. Utilizar un paño o esponja húmedos para limpiar el CUERPO PRINCIPAL después de cada
uso, si es necesario. No sumergir o arrojar agua sobre el CUERPO PRINCIPAL.
2. Lavar y enjuagar las piezas que se muestran abajo con jabón y agua corriente. Utilizar el
CEPILLO DE LIMPIEZA para cepillar bien la zona de la malla en el CESTO DEL FILTRO Y el
FILTRO DE LA JARRA. A continuación, secar por completo con un paño todas las piezas
antes de guardarlas.

PROBLEMA POSIBLE CAUSA / SOLUCIÓN
La máquina no se
enciende o no funciona
bien del todo.
El cable de alimentación puede estar flojo. Volver a introducir el
cable de alimentación en la toma de corriente para reiniciar la
máquina.
Se desborda el café
o el té.
El RECIPIENTE DE AGUA contiene demasiada agua. Llenar solo
hasta las marcas impresas en el RECIPIENTE DE AGUA. No
sobrepasar la marca de 5 tazas.
La Extracción al Vacío
no funciona bien.
• La VÁLVULA DE VACÍO de silicona (situada debajo de la bisagra
de la TAPA DEL RECIPIENTE ) está obstruida. Limpiar bien la
válvula con un bastoncillo, eliminar los restos y depósitos dentro
del agujero y en la zona de alrededor.
• El RECIPIENTE DE AGUA no se ha llenado con la mínima
cantidad de agua necesaria. Llenar hasta las lineas impresas (3,
4, o 5) en el RECIPIENTE DE AGUA.
Salen partículas de
café o té del CESTO DEL
FILTRO.
• EL CESTO DEL FILTRO no está bien montado. Enroscar la TAPA
DEL FILTRO a tope y apretar hasta que se quede cerrada—la
línea vertical en relieve en la TAPA DEL FILTRO debe coincidir
con la línea pequeña en el borde del CESTO DEL FILTRO.
• La JUNTA de la TAPA DEL FILTRO está floja. Comprobar que la
junta de silicona ajusta bien al borde de la TAPA DEL FILTRO.
• Se han echado demasiados granos de café u hojas de té. La
cantidad máxima que se puede echar al CESTO DEL FILTRO es
de 8 cucharadas.
No sale el café o el té.
• La PALANCA DE DESBLOQUEO sigue en la posición cerrada.
Mover la PALANCA DE DESBLOQUEO a la posición abierta

• El conducto de goteo en la base del RECIPIENTE DE AGUA está
