2. Pressure Caution: When using hydraulic expansion pliers, ensure not to exceed
the rated pressure to avoid damage or hazards.
3. Avoid Over-Expansion: When separating objects, gradually increase pressure to
prevent excessive expansion at once, which could cause flange deformation or
other damage.
4. Seal Inspection: Before each use, check if the seals of the expansion pliers are
intact. Promptly replace them if worn or aged.
2.Product Introduction
The punching machine is a tool used for debugging, replacing, and disassembling
flanges. It can separate the flange through hydraulic force and is suitable for various
occasions where objects need to be expanded and separated. To achieve a balanced
separation force, it is better to use a paired flange separator.
It is used for pipeline maintenance, pipeline construction, testing the flange or used for
replacing flanges, maintaining the gasket, opening the cylinder head, power station,
bearing removal, oil-electric drilling, disassembling motor rotor. It is also used in the
shipbuilding industry, fire protection, door-open, and other industries.

4.Main Features

5.Operation Procedure
1. Installation: Insert the spreader head of the extension
clamp into the socket of the flange, ensuring that the
insertion depth is sufficient, and then connect the
handle of the extension clamp to the pump.
2. Expansion: Turn on the switch of the pump and
manually pump pressure to push the expansion head
of the expansion clamp outward to separate the flange.
When the required separation distance is reached, turn
off the pump switch and stop pump pressure.
2. Disassembly: Open the exhaust valve of the pump,
retract the expansion head of the expansion clamp,
take out the expansion clamp from the flange, and complete the disassembly.
(Note: Rotate to "ON", and use the handle to generate the pressure, pushing the
wedge iron to separate objects. Rotate to "OFF", relieve the pressure.)

6.Maintenance
After use, please clean, dry, and apply anti-rust oil, then store in a ventilated and dry
place to avoid moisture or rust. Regularly check the screws, springs, sealing rings and
other parts of the extension pliers. If they are damaged or loose, they should be
replaced or tightened in time.

2. Produkteinführung

oder zum Ersetzen von Flanschen, zur Wartung von Dichtungen, zum Öffnen von
Zylinderköpfen, in Kraftwerken, zum Entfernen von Lagern, für Öl- und
Elektrobohrungen und zum Zerlegen von Motorrotoren verwendet. Es wird auch in der
Schiffbauindustrie, im Brandschutz, beim Öffnen von Türen und in anderen Branchen
verwendet.

5.Betriebsablauf
1. Montage: Den Spreizerkopf der
Verlängerungsschelle unter ausreichender Einstecktiefe
in die Aufnahme des Flansches einführen und
anschließend den Griff der Verlängerungsschelle mit

der Pumpe verbinden.
2. Expansion: Schalten Sie den Schalter der Pumpe
ein und pumpen Sie manuell Druck, um den
Expansionskopf der Expansionsklemme nach außen
zu drücken und den Flansch zu trennen. Wenn der
erforderliche Trennungsabstand erreicht ist, schalten
Sie den Pumpenschalter aus und stoppen Sie den
Pumpendruck.
2. Demontage: Öffnen Sie das Auslassventil der Pumpe, ziehen Sie den
Expansionskopf der Expansionsklemme zurück, nehmen Sie die Expansionsklemme
vom Flansch ab und schließen Sie die Demontage ab.
(Hinweis: Auf „ON“ drehen und mit dem Griff Druck erzeugen, indem man das
Keileisen nach oben drückt, um die Objekte zu trennen. Auf „OFF“ drehen und den
Druck ablassen.)
6. Wartung
Nach Gebrauch bitte reinigen, trocknen und Rostschutzöl auftragen. Anschließend an
einem belüfteten und trockenen Ort aufbewahren, um Feuchtigkeit oder Rost zu
vermeiden. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Schrauben, Federn, Dichtungsringe und

5. Procédure d'opération
1. Installation : insérez la tête d'écartement de la pince
d'extension dans la douille de la bride, en vous

pompe.
2. Expansion : Allumez l'interrupteur de la pompe et

d'expansion vers l'extérieur afin de séparer la bride. Lorsque la distance de séparation
requise est atteinte, éteignez l'interrupteur de la pompe et arrêtez la pression de la
pompe.
2. Démontage : Ouvrir la soupape d'échappement de la pompe, rétracter la tête
d'expansion de la pince d'expansion, retirer la pince d'expansion de la bride et terminer
le démontage.
(Remarque : tournez sur « ON » et utilisez la poignée pour générer la pression, en
poussant le coin en fer pour séparer les objets. Tournez sur « OFF » pour relâcher la
pression.)
6. Entretien
Après utilisation, veuillez nettoyer, sécher et appliquer de l'huile antirouille, puis stocker
dans un endroit aéré et sec pour éviter l'humidité ou la rouille. Vérifiez régulièrement
les vis, les ressorts, les bagues d'étanchéité et les autres pièces de la pince rallonge.

2. Productintroductie

5. Bedieningsprocedure
1. Installatie: Plaats de spreidkop van de verlengklem in

hendel van de verlengklem aan op de pomp.
2. Uitbreiding: Zet de schakelaar van de pomp aan en

bereikt, zet u de pompschakelaar uit en stopt u de
pompdruk.

6. Onderhoud

5. Driftsprocedur

5. Procedimiento de operación

6. Mantenimiento

5. Procedura operativa
1. Installazione: inserire la testa divaricatrice del

2. Espansione: accendere l'interruttore della pompa e

completare lo smontaggio.
(Nota: ruotare su "ON" e utilizzare la maniglia per generare pressione, spingendo il

6. Manutenzione
