Brand Automotive Electricals website www.premiergear.com for installation procedures for your
vehicle.
Premier Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical Products Covered By This Warranty
• Premier Gear® Alternators
• Premier Gear® Starters
• Premier Gear® Distributors
• Premier Gear® Coils
• Premier Gear® Wiper Motors
• Premier Gear® Stators
What This Warranty Covers
Premier Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship, from date of purchase by the original verified purchaser from an authorized installer
or retailer for two years after the date of purchase, when receipt of purchase accompanies the alleged
defective return for testing. If the Premier Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical Product is found to be
defective in material or workmanship, the Premier Gear® defective product will be replaced with
another Premier Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical Product.
This warranty is not transferable. New car and equipment warranties remain in effect when Premier
Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical Products are used. The Premier Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical
Products warranty does not cover any loss due to misuse, alteration, accident, abuse, neglect, normal
wear or improper installation of the products. This warranty only applies to Premier Gear® Brand
Automotive Electrical Products installed on passenger cars, vans and light trucks.
This warranty is not applicable to Fleets or Vehicles used for the following:
• Commercial
• Government
• Municipality
• off-highway competition
• Racing
• Towing
The warranty does not cover any loss or liability for incidental or consequential damages. No other
warranty is express or implied.
This warranty is exclusive of any other warranty, express or implied. PREMIER GEAR® EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The foregoing states PREMIER GEAR® ’s entire and exclusive liability and the buyer’s exclusive and sole
remedy for any damages or claims made in connection with the sale of a Premier Gear® Brand
Automotive Electrical Product.
PREMIER GEAR® shall in no event be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages
whatsoever, except those specifically provided for in this warranty.
NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY WAY.
The Foregoing states the final, complete, and exclusive statement on warranty terms related to Premier
Gear® Brand Automotive Electrical Products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
