7.1 Preparation Before Network Setu
Before conguring AIYA’s network connection, conrm the following
The AIYABOT App or WeChat Mini Program has been downloaded to your phone, and you have
registered and logged in to your account
AIYA is powered on and has entered network setup mode. The device will play a network setup voice
notication, and the blue light on top will continue ashing
Silent mode is disabled on your phone, any wired or Bluetooth earphones are disconnected, and the
media volume is turned up
The surrounding environment is quiet to prevent noise from interfering with network setup
Important Note
AIYA supports only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It is compatible with combined 2.4 GHz/5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi
networks
A mobile hotspot can be used for network setup. On an Android phone, enable the hotspot’s 2.4
GHz band. On an iPhone, make sureMaximize Compatibilityis enabled
Do not use spaces, special symbols, or emojis in the Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot name. Avoid special
characters in the password whenever possible, as they may cause network setup to fail.
