GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
American Mutt Tools TH106-102 is designed to allow screwdriver access in hard-
to-reach places.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning: Clean the screwdriver with a clean, dry lint-free cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners or solvents.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Attaching the flexible bit: Insert the flexible bit into the screwdriver
handle. The flexible bit is attached to the handle with magnets. These
magnets are powerful enough to keep the flexible bit in place even when
hanging upside down.
• Inserting the bit storage into the handle: Unscrew the cap of the
screwdriver handle. The bit storage attached to the underside of the cap.
Fasten the cap back onto the handle.
• How to remove bits: Use your fingers to push the screwdriver bits out of
the holder.
• How to use the flexible bit: Insert the desired screwdriver bit into the
flexible bit. Use your fingers to hold onto the top collar of the flexible bit
when tightening or loosening screws.
• How to use the ratchet function: The ratchet mechanism has three
settings (Left, Center and Right). Rotate the ratchet mechanism to the left
or right to engage the ratchet function. Keep the ratchet mechanism in
the center to disengage the ratchet function.
POINTS FOR ATTENTION AND TIPS
• Keep the screwdriver away from water or corrosive liquids to avoid
damage.
• The flexible screwdriver will not maintain its shape without outside
force. The flex bit will spring back straight when not in use.
• Do not use with flexible bit with a power drill. This will damage the
flexible bit.
• The lower collar of the flexible bit is not intended to sit flush with the
screwdriver handle. As the flexible bit bends, the lower collar will move
down towards the handle which enables the bit to bend.
• There are no user-serviceable parts inside this screwdriver.
