Warranty Information
KeyLine Chargers warrants its Battery Isolator for a period of up to 1 year from the date of purchase against defective
material or workmanship only. For defects reported during the Warranty Period, KeyLine Chargers will, at its discretion,
and subject to KeyLine Chargers’ technical support analysis, either repair or replace the Battery Isolator. It is the
obligation of the original purchaser to forward the Battery Isolator product, with the proof of purchase, prepaid, to
KeyLine Chargers Attn: Warranty Department 16211 N Scottsdale Rd A6A #489 Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Replacement parts
and products will be new comparable in function and performance to the original part and warranted for the remainder
of the original Warranty Period. The manufacturer makes no warranty other than this limited warranty and expressly
excludes any implied warranty including any warranty for consequential damages.
THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH
HEREIN, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KEYLINE CHARGERS’
LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT (IN THE FORM AND UNDER THE
TERMS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED), OR TO REPAIR, WHETHER SUCH CLAIMS ARE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR FOR
NEGLIGENCE. KEYLINE CHARGERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL LOSSES,
DAMAGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY SUCH LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES
ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE SALE, HANDLING, OR USE OF THE PRODUCT FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE
RELATING THERETO, OR FROM PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS OF PROFIT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or length of an implied
warranty so the above limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply. This Limited Warranty is made to the original
purchaser from KeyLine Chargers and does not extend to any other person or entity and is not assignable. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS VOID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1.) The Product is misused, subjected to careless handling, or
operated under conditions of extreme temperature, shock, or vibration beyond KeyLine Chargers’ recommendations for
safe and effective use. 2.) The Product has not been installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with approved
procedures. 3.) The Product is disassembled, altered, or repaired by anyone, except KeyLine Chargers. 4.) The electrical
connections to either the AC input or the DC output of the charger are modified without the express written consent of
KeyLine Chargers. 5.) The Product is subject to improper storage or accident. 6.) The original purchaser fails to complete
and return/submit the Product registration card. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: 1.) Normal wear and tear.
2.) Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. You must register the Battery Isolator in order to validate the
Limited Warranty. You can register the Battery Isolator online at www.keylinchargers.com. Manufacturers’ warranties
may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who
you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any
questions.
