GENERAL SAFETY GUIDELINES
Read the user manual before operating any appliance or equipment.
1. Check the voltage available at your home and ensure that it matches
with the voltage mentioned on your appliance, before switching it on.
2. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been given correct
and necessary instructions.
3. If the power cord is damaged, please get it replaced at a service centre or
by a person who is designated by the manufacturer or a qualified person,
in order to avoid electric shock.
4. Always keep the unit on a dry and flat surface.
5. Never touch any appliance or equipment with wet or damp hands.
6. While plugging or unplugging a power cord, hold it by the plug; never pull
the cord.
7. Do not connect the equipment to an extension cord or a multiple socket
adaptor. Always connect the unit to the main socket; this is to prevent short
circuits and sparks, which can shorten the life of the unit and potentially
pose a risk to life.
8. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or a work surface
as a sharp edge can damage the cable over a period of time.
9. Do not let it get tangled or come into contact with a hot surface.
10. Do not attempt to repair the unit in case of any malfunction, always
take it to an authorised service centre.
11. Do not use any attachments other than the ones supplied by or specified by
the manufacturer.
12. Never leave the unit unattended while in operation especially when children
are around.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
14. The equipment is for household use only, do not use it for commercial
purposes.
15. All appliances and equipment are designed for indoor use. Do not use
them outdoors unless specifically mentioned in the instruction manual.
16. Always unplug the unit from the power source during lightning and
thunderstorms, or when the unit is not going to be used for a long period
of time.

17. To avoid risk of electric shocks, do not immerse the equipment in water or
use it in damp conditions.
18. The unit should be cleaned with a damp cloth and immediately wiped dry.
Do not use detergents or chemical cleaning agents to clean the unit.
19. Always clean cooking appliances soon aer use, this will prevent food
from sticking to the unit and the possible bacterial growth.
20. WARNING: If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid

power and release steam for 3 minutes before storing the product.
25. If you cut off power during steam release, residual heat may cause the
product to continue releasing steam for a period of time. The product will stop
releasing steam immediately once you turn off the steam knob.
26. Save these instructions.
Ensure that the appliance is switched off before removing it from its stand.
The blender is only to be used with the stand provided.
Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
Appliance normally cleaned aer use and not to be immersed in water for
cleaning.
Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is le unattended and before
assembling.

BEFORE FIRST USE
To ensure the first cup of coffee tastes excellent, you should rinse the coffee maker with
warm water as follows:
1. Open the water tank cover and fill water into the water tank. Ensure that the
water level does not exceed the 'MAX' mark in the water tank.
Then replace the water tank cover.
Note: the appliance is supplied with a detachable water tank for easy cleaning.
You can fill the water tank with water first, and then attach the water tank into the
appliance.
2. Set the steel mesh into the metal funnel (with no coffee in the steel mesh).
Ensure that the tube on the funnel aligns with the groove in the appliance.
Then, insert the funnel into the appliance from the 'INSERT' position and fix
them firmly into the coffee maker by turning it anticlockwise until it reaches the
'LOCK' position.
3. Place a jug on the removable cup shelf. Ensure that the steam control knob is in
the OFF position.
4. Connect the appliance to the power source, then press the power button.
The power indicator should illuminate. The indicators for the 1-cup coffee
button, 2-cup coffee button, and steam button should be off. The machine will
begin preheating. Once the power indicator is solidly on, the preheating is
completed.
5. Press the coffee button. The unit will pump water, pouring it into the cup, and
then clean them thoroughly. Now, the appliance is ready for making coffee.
Note: There may be noise when pumping water for the first time. It is normal
for the appliance to release the air inside. Aer about 20 seconds, the noise
will disappear.

USING YOUR COFFEE MAKER
PREHEATING
To make a cup of good hot espresso coffee, we recommend preheating the appliance
before making coffee, including the metal funnel, steel mesh, and cup. This ensures that
the coffee flavor is not influenced by cold parts.
1. Open the water tank cover and fill water into the water tank. Ensure that the
water level does not exceed the 'MAX' mark in the water tank. Then replace the
water tank cover.
2. Set the steel mesh into the metal funnel (with no coffee in the steel mesh).
Ensure that the tube on the funnel aligns with the groove in the appliance. Then,
insert the funnel into the appliance from the 'INSERT' position and fix them firmly
into the coffee maker by turning it anticlockwise until it reaches the 'LOCK'
position.
3. Place an espresso cup on the removable cup shelf.
4. Then connect appliance to power supply. Make sure steam control knob is on the
OFF position.
5. Press the power button. The power indicator will illuminate. The indicators for the
1-cup coffee button, 2-cup coffee button, and steam button shouldbe off. The
machine will begin preheating. Once the power indicator is solidly on,
preheating is complete. Press the coffeebutton to start the machine pumping
water. When water begins to flow out, press the coffee button again to stop
pumping water immediately. The purpose of this step is to pump water from the
water tank into the boiler.
6. When the power indicator is solidly on, preheating is complete.
MAKE ESPRESSO
1. Remove the funnel by turning it clockwise. Add ground coffee into the steel mesh
using the measuring spoon. A spoonful of ground coffee powder can make about
a cup of top-grade coffee. Then, press the ground coffee powder tightly with the
tamper.
2. Set the steel mesh into the metal funnel . Ensure that the tube on the funnel
aligns with the groove in the appliance. Then, insert the funnel into the appliance
from the 'INSERT' position and fix them firmly into the coffee maker by turning it
anticlockwise until it reaches the 'LOCK' position.
3. Place a cup on the removable cup shelf.
4. Aer preheating is complete, press the 1-cup or 2-cup coffee button. The product
will start brewing. The working time for 1-cup coffee is 15 seconds, and for 2-cup
coffee, it is 30 seconds.

MAKE HOT WATER
When the preheating is finished, the power indicator lights up solidly. Then, press the
coffee switch, and the water pump starts to pump water. Turn the knob to ' '
position, and then hot water will flow out of the steam pipe. To stop dispensing hot wa-
ter, press the coffee switch again. Hot water can be used for warming cups, making tea,
or cooling down the appliance.
Please refer to the operation described in the section 'Make ESPRESSO' when
adjustments to the working time for making hot water are needed.
MAKE CAPPUCCINO/FROTHED MILK
You get a cup of cappuccino when you top a cup of espresso with frothed milk.
Method:
1. Prepare espresso first with a container big enough according to the part “MAKE
ESPRESSO COFFEE”. Make sure that the steam control knob is at the “o”
position.
2. Press the steam switch selector. The indicators of steam will blink. Wait until the
power indicator is solidly on, indicating that preheating is completed.
5. If you want to get the amount of coffee you like, press and hold the 1-cup button for
3 seconds. The 1-cup button will flash, indicating that it has entered setting mode.
Press the 1-cup button again to start dispensing coffee. When the desired amount
is reached, press the 1-cup button to complete the setting, which will be
memorized by the unit. The working duration for 1-cup coffee can be set up to 45
seconds. If the working duration for 1-cup coffee is set, the working duration for
2-cup coffee will be automatically updated to twice that of the 1-cup coffee. The
working duration for 2-cup coffee can be set up to 90 seconds. If the working
duration for 2-cup coffee is set, the working duration for 1-cup coffee will be
automatically updated to half that of the 2-cup coffee.
WARNING: Do not leave the coffee maker unattended while making coffee, as
manual operation may sometimes be required.
6. Aer finishing making coffee, remove the metal funnel by turning it clockwise.
Then, pour out the coffee residue from the steel mesh, pressing it with the press
bar.
7. Let it cool down completely, then rinse under running water.

3. Fill a jug with about 100 ml of milk for each cappuccino to be prepared. You are
recommended to use whole milk at refrigerator temperature (not hot!).
Note: In choosing the size of the jug, it is recommended the diameter is not less
than 70±5mm, and bear in mind that the milk increases in volume by 2 times,
make sure the height of the jug is enough.
4. Turn the steam control knob slowly anticlockwise. Steam will come out from
the frothing device. Note: Never turn the steam control knob rapidly,
as the steam will accumulate rapidly in a short time, which may increase
the potential risk of explosion.
5. Insert the frothing device into the milk about two centimeters, froth milk by
moving the vessel round from up to down.
6. When the required purpose is reached, turn the steam control knob to the “o”
position.
Note: Clean the steam outlet with a wet sponge immediately aer steam stops
generating, but be careful not to get hurt!
7. Pour the frothed milk into the espresso prepared; now the cappuccino is ready.
Sweeten to taste and, if desired, sprinkle the froth with a little cocoa powder.
Press the power switch to cut the power source off. All indicators will be
extinguished.
WARNING: Aer finishing the “Steam” function, if the coffee indicator and
steam indicator blink fast, it means that the temperature of the appliance is too
high, and the appliance needs to be turned off and have a rest for more
than 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can activate the “Hot water”
function to cool down the appliance. The water pump will stop pumping water
automatically if the temperature is normal. The coffee will be burnt, and there
will be overflow at the funnel if the appliance brews coffee directly
without being cooled down.

AUTOMATIC POWER OFF FUNCTION
If there is no any operation within 25 minutes, the unit will power off automatically.
FACTORY RESET
1. Aer preheating is finished, hold and press the double cup coffee switch and
the steam switch simultaneously for 3 seconds. Their corresponding indicators
will blink 3 times, indicating that the factory reset is complete.
2. Press the power switch to turn off the power source. All indicators will be
extinguished. Press the power switch again to turn the power source on.
The factory reset is finished.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Cut off the power source and let the coffee maker cool down completely before
cleaning.
2. Clean the housing of the coffee maker oen with a moisture-proof sponge, and
clean the water tank, drip tray, and removable shelf regularly. Then, dry them.
Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanser. Never immerse the housing
in water for cleaning.
3. Detach the metal funnel by turning it clockwise, remove the coffee residue
inside, and then clean it with a cleanser. Finally, rinse it with clear water.
5. Clean all the attachments in water and dry them thoroughly.
CLEANING MINERAL DEPOSITS
1. To ensure your appliance operates eciently, the internal piping is clean, and
you achieve the peak flavor of coffee, it is suggested to clean the mineral depos
its every 2-3 months.
2. Fill the water tank with water and descaler to the MAX level (the proportion
of water to descaler is 4:1; for details, refer to the descaler instructions). Please
use a “household descaler”.
3. According to the preheating program, put the portafilter
(with no coffee powder inside) and jug in place.
4. Brew water as described in the section “PREHEATING”.
5. When preheating is finished, press the coffee button and make two cups of
coffee (about 2 oz).

6. Press the steam button. Wait until the indicator light of the steam button illu
minates solidly. Turn the steam knob anticlockwise for 2 minutes
(place a cup under the steam wand to collect the water), then turn it back to the
off position “ ” to stop making steam. Press the on/off button to turn off the unit.
Let the descaler sit in the unit for at least 15 minutes.
7. Restart the unit and repeat steps 4-6 at least 3 times.
8. Press the on/off button. When preheating is finished, press the coffee button to
brew until no descaler is le.
9. Fill the water tank with tap water to the MAX level, and repeat steps 4-6 three
times (it is not necessary to wait 15 minutes in step 6). Then, brew until no water
is le in the tank.
10. Repeat step 9 at least 3 times to ensure the piping is clean.
