Product Features
1. Wide-frequency Acoustic Tuning: Extended frequency response of 320Hz – 20kHz provides
clear and natural midrange vocals, high recognition voice prompts, and detailed high-frequency
reproduction for smooth, delicate audio playback in quiet home environments.
2. Excellent Dimensional Compatibility: Standard 110 × 50 × 25mm slim profile fits easily into
limited internal spaces such as massage chair armrests, smart mirror frames and smart
nightstand cabinets, enabling flexible installation.
3. Stable & Durable Construction: Sealed sound cavity structure effectively prevents dust and
foreign matter intrusion, protecting internal components. It ensures reliable long-term operation
in smart home systems with strong anti-interference performance against vibration during device
operation.
4. High Universal Compatibility: Standard impedance of 4 Ω ± 20% supports DC 12V power
systems and is compatible with most smart home main controllers and amplifier modules. It can
be directly connected without circuit modification, supporting mass production and reducing
assembly and debugging costs.

Installation & Operation Instructions
Preparation
1. Ensure the installation space is at least 110mm × 50mm × 25mm to allow full embedding
without squeezing or jamming.
2. Clean dust and debris from the mounting area to maintain a clean environment and avoid
sound quality degradation caused by foreign objects.
3. Verify the device provides a DC 12V power output with correct polarity and prepare required
mounting hardware.
Installation Steps
1. Place the speaker into the mounting position with the sound-emitting surface facing the device’
s sound outlet for proper audio transmission.
2. Secure the speaker using screws or clips to avoid noise from vibration during operation.
Tighten evenly and avoid excessive pressure on the speaker cavity.
3. Connect power with correct polarity: Red wire to DC 12V positive (+), Black wire to negative (-).
Reverse connection is prohibited. Insulate connections properly to prevent short circuits.
4. After confirming correct installation and wiring, close the device housing.
Usage Notes
1. Use only with DC 12V power sources. Do not connect to other voltages to avoid burning the
speaker unit.
2. Do not exceed peak power of 5W to prevent damage from prolonged overload.
3. Keep away from heat-generating or high-vibration components, moisture and water sources to
avoid cavity dampness and circuit short circuits.
4. Prevent sharp objects from hitting or piercing the sound-emitting surface and cavity to avoid
diaphragm damage, distortion or buzzing.
5. During initial use, gradually increase volume from low level to confirm normal sound output
before setting to desired level.
Care & Maintenance
1. No special daily maintenance is required. Regularly clean dust from the sound outlet to ensure
unobstructed audio transmission.
2. Do not use water, alcohol or corrosive liquids to clean the speaker. Use a dry soft cloth for
surface cleaning.
3. When stored for long periods, keep in a dry, ventilated area away from high temperatures,
direct sunlight and humidity to extend service life.
4. For abnormal sound, no sound or noise, first check wiring connections and polarity. Do not
disassemble the speaker cavity.

Troubleshooting
Symptom Possible Cause Solution
No sound Loose connection / reversed polarity / non-DC12V power / power failure Reconnect
wires, verify Red+/Black-, check power voltage and supply
Low or muffled sound Blocked sound outlet / poor sealing Clean sound outlet, readjust mounting
position
Distortion or buzzing Physical pressure / diaphragm damage / over-power operation Check
installation clearance, reduce volume, replace speaker if needed
Unstable sound Poor contact / moisture inside cavity Inspect wiring, dry cavity, check device
circuit
