GB Safety instructions
Read the instruction manual carefully before using this
device, especially the safety instructions, and keep the
instruction manual for future use. Should you give this
device to another person, it is vital that you also pass on
these instructions for use.
Using the device
• Make sure the cold and hot switch

at the back is in OFF state, and then insert the plug
of the power cord into the socket of the unit.
Use of car engine power supply:
• After starting the car engine, connect and plug the DC power cord

into the DC 12 V
power socket

of the fridge and the socket of car cigarette lighter.
Use of household power supply:
• Connect and plug the AC power cord

into the AC 220-240V power socket

fridge and the home socket.
• Turn the cold and hot switch

to “COLD” to activate the cooling function. The cooling
indicator

will light up in green.
• Turn the cold and hot switch

to “HOT” to activate the heating function. The heating
indicator

will light up in red.
LED light function:
• Touch the LED light button

to light up LED makeup mirror.
• Tap again to adjust the light brightness:
1st tap: strong light
2nd tap: medium light
3rd tap: low light
4th tap: turn off the light
Target temperature
• Thetemperatureinsidethefridgewillnotimmediatelyreachthetargetwhenitrststarts.
Typically, it takes about 2 hours to achieve the desired temperature.
• The minimum temperature of the fridge may vary based on the room temperature. When
the room temperature is 25°C, the fridge can cool down to approximately 5-10°C or hot
to 40-50°C.
•Whenswitchingbetweenhotandcold,rstsetthecoldandhotswitch

to “OFF” in
the middle to stop the cooling or heating function, and wait at least 15 minutes before
switching to either cooling or heating mode. If you do not stop and switch directly, the
refrigeration system of the fridge may be damaged due to drastic changes in temperature.
• To keep the contents in the fridge fresh, please avoid opening the door frequently and do
not leave it open for extended periods.
• When using the heating function, the interior of the fridge will become hot. Please be
cautious of hot surfaces when opening the front door to retrieve a tin can for warm
beverages (such as coffee). Keep in mind that the cans or other items stored may be hot.
• For the cooling function, it is recommended to use it in a room temperature of 25°C or
below.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
• If there is frosting, unplug the power cord from the AC or DC outlet and then remove all
items from the fridge. Open the door and allow the frost to melt, then wipe it down with a
towel.
• IMPORTANT: Do not spray with liquids or submerge in water.
• Avoidusingammableliquids,chemicals,abrasivecreams,steelwool,orscouringpads.
• Wipe with a damp cloth using lukewarm water and mild detergent.
• Wipe again to remove detergent residue and dry thoroughly before use.
• Keep the switch and power inlet socket dry. Ensure the socket is dry before plugging in.
• If vents are dusty, use a vacuum cleaner with a non-rotating brush attachment to clean.
Troubleshooting
If the fridge is not powering on, please take the following steps:
• Ensure that the power cord is properly connected to the power socket.
• Verify that the cold and hot switch

is turned on.
• Check that the AC/DC power cord is connected correctly.
• Inspect the cigarette lighter to make sure it is functioning, and check for any improper
connections or contamination when using the car power supply with the DC power cord.
• Clean the cigarette lighter base with a non-metallic brush if necessary when using the car
power supply with the DC power cord.
Disposal
This product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste.
All users are obliged to hand in all electrical or electronic devices, regardless of whether
or not they contain toxic substances, at a municipal or commercial collection point so that
they can be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner. Consult your local
authority or your supplier for information about disposal.

Warranty and repair terms
Please contact your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under the warranty. If you
have to return the unit, please enclose a copy of your receipt and state what the defect is.
The following warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty period for medisana products is one year from date of purchase. In case of
a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales receipt or
invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty
period.
3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the
replacement parts.
4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
a. All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of the
user instructions.
b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised third
parties.
c. Damage which has arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or
during transport to the service centre.
d. Accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit are excluded even if
the damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Ensure children and babies do not play with plastic bags or any packaging materials.
• Never use in a car powered by 24V, or in a home powered by anything other than 220-
240V. It will cause malfunction and fire.
• The product should not be transported or loaded with corrosive articles, and should not
be wiped with corrosive solvent.
• Do not block the ventilation and heat dissipation port at the back when using at ordinary
times.
• This product shall be operated in strict accordance with the instructions. Please do not
disassemble the internal parts without permission.
• Under heating mode, the machine can control the temperature in the fridge to about
45–65°C. Please pay attention to the high temperature to avoid burns.
• When switching between hot and cold modes, please ensure the device is set to “OFF”
for 15 minutes before switching to the other mode.
• Keep at least 10cm clearance around the sides, back, front and top of the product. Avoid
placing or exposing the product in areas prone to rain or near heat sources, such as
electric heaters, LPG furnaces, heat pipes, or direct sunlight.
• Do not locate multiple portable socket outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of the
appliance.
• Ensure that the appliance does not get wet (water splashes, etc.). Do not use the appliance
with wet hands.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids, or use it near sinks, baths, or
showers.
• If there is water in the fridge, clean regularly to ensure it is dry.
• This product is not a refrigerator, and cannot store frozen fresh meat.
About the power supply
• When positioning the appliance, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged.
• If the power cord is damaged, do not touch it by hand to avoid danger.
• When using the product, pay attention to the correct voltage (the applicable voltage of the
product is clearly marked on the product label).
• Position the power supply lead correctly to avoid it being walked on or pinched by items
placed on or against it.
• When using the product in the car, be sure to turn on the engine, and if the engine is
turned off, unplug the DC power cord.
• Unplug the power cord from the AC outlet or DC cigarette lighter outlet when the product
is not in use for a long time.
Before using the unit
• Check the device carefully for damage before each use. Do not operate a defective
device.
• Do not use the device if any damage is visible, if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped or if it has become wet. To avoid hazards, send the unit to the service centre for
repair.
