BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
• Carefully unpack the bella Rotating Waffle Maker and remove all packaging and materials.
• Clean and dry the Rotating Waffle Maker thoroughly (refer to Cleaning and Maintenance section for more
information).
CAUTION: Take care to prevent water from running into the waffle maker. Never immerse the Rotating Waffle
Maker in water or any other liquid.
• Set the appliance on a dry, clean, and flat surface.
USING YOUR WAFFLE MAKER
NOTE: Your bella Rotating Waffle Maker may emit a small amount of smoke and/or odor when you use it for the
first time. This is normal and harmless; however, we recommend that you do not eat the first waffle you make with the
Waffle Maker.
1. Rotate the waffle maker from the “locked” position and ensure the temperature knob is positioned on top.
2. Plug the unit into a 120V AC electrical outlet. The POWER light will turn on and the unit will beep once.
3. Preheat the Waffle Maker by turning the temperature knob to the desired level.
NOTE: If cooking at high temperatures, preheat the waffle iron on medium heat before increasing to high.
4. Prepare the ceramic nonstick plates by brushing them lightly with vegetable oil.
5. While the Rotating Waffle Maker is preheating, prepare your waffle batter.
6. Once the “READY” light illuminates and the unit beeps 3 times, adjust the temperature control knob as needed.
7. Your bella Rotating Waffle Maker is designed with an overflow channel to help keep your counter tops clean.
Use the included batter cup to portion out ¾ cup of batter. Adjust as necessary depending on the consistency
of your batter.
8. Open the Waffle Maker and add your batter to the heated plate. Ensure it is spread evenly from the centre out.
BellaD_RotatingWaffleMaker_IM_V3_R0.indd 5BellaD_RotatingWaffleMaker_IM_V3_R0.indd 5 2026-04-16 12:05 PM2026-04-16 12:05 PM

9. Close the waffle maker and rotate. The “READY” light turn off while the waffle cooks.
10. Once the waffle is done, the “READY” light will turn on and the unit will beep 3 times. Rotate the waffle maker
back to the original position and open.
11. Remove the waffle using a silicone or wooden utensil.
NOTE: Use only nylon, plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils with care to avoid scratching the non-stick
surface. Never cut food on the cooking plates.
TIPS FOR PERFECTLY BAKED WAFFLES
• To prevent tough waffles, do not overmix your waffle batter. Stir only until large lumps of dry ingredients are broken
apart.
• The amount of batter needed to make a perfect waffle will depend on the recipe and consistency of the batter.
Using the same ladle or measuring cup will allow you to find the proper quantity to produce a round waffle without it
overflowing.
• The temperature knob allows you to choose exactly how crisp you want your waffle. The higher the setting, the darker
and crispier your waffle will be.
• Do not open the waffle maker during the first minute of cooking.
• Support softer waffles with a spatula when removing to prevent breaking.
• To retain crispness while cooking a large batch, place waffles on a wire rack in an oven at 200-250° F. Waffles will
remain fresh in the oven for around 20 minutes.
• Waffles can be frozen and reheated. When freezing, ensure waffle is completely cooled and place a piece of wax
paper between each waffle. Reheat as needed in a toaster or toaster oven.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not attemptto repair it yourself.
Any servicing other than cleaning must be performed by a qualified appliance repair technician. The Rotating Waffle
Maker does not disassemble for cleaning.
1. Always turn off the appliance, unplug it, and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2. Remove excess oil and crumbs. Wash the waffle plates with a soft cloth dipped in warm, soapy water. Rinse,
then dry thoroughly.
NOTE: NEVER SUBMERGE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR PLACE IT IN THE DISHWASHER.
3. For best results and preserve the ceramic non-stick coating longer, use nylon, plastic, wooden or rubber
utensils.
4. Use a soft cloth on the heating plates. NEVER USE ABRASIVE SCOURING PADS OR STEEL WOOL.
5. If there is hardened batter on the plates, pour a little oil and let it sit for about 5-7minutes. You can then wipe
clean with a paper towel. Remove stubborn stains with a plastic mesh puff or pad. For best results, use only
products with directions stating that it is safe for cleaning non-stick cooking surfaces. Do not use steel wool or
coarse scouring pads.

HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF CERAMIC NON-STICK SURFACE
• To avoid scratching the ceramic non-stick surface, do not stack objects on the waffle maker or cooking plates.
• The waffle cooking plates should be cleaned and conditioned before each heating.
• To condition, brush cooking plates with a clean, soft pastry brush or cloth. Lightly coat the cooking surfaces
with solid vegetable shortening or vegetable oil, heat on low for 1-2 minutes. After a time, if waffles show signs
of sticking, recondition as needed.
• Use medium to low heat for best cooking results. Very high temperatures can cause discoloration and shorten
the life span of any non-stick surface. If higher temperatures are necessary, preheat on medium heat for a few
minutes.
• Use only nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils with care to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Never cut food
on the waffle plates.
STEPS FOR STAIN REMOVAL AND PROPER CARE OF YOUR CERAMIC NON-STICK COATING
• Sprinkle baking soda on stains and moisten with a small amount of water. It should be a paste-like consistency.
• Let stand for a few minutes, not more than an hour
• Rub with a soft damp cloth or lightly scrub with a plastic scouring pad. Do not use scouring pads or steel wool.
NOTE: Do not rub vigorously when using a plastic cleaning pad and NEVER use a metal scouring pad as this may
damage the non-stick coating.
• Repeat the cycle if necessary The performance and non-stick property of the ceramic non-stick coating will not
be affected due to stains.
STORING INSTRUCTIONS
• Unplug and allow to cool completely. Clean and dry thoroughly.
• Close and rotate Waffle Maker into the locked position.
• Wrap cable around the storage pins in the base of the waffle maker and insert plug into the plug lock.

NOTA: Su waera puede emitir un poco de humo u olor cuando se usa por primera vez. Esto es normal e inofensivo;

No

No use estropajos
