operation instructions
1. Installation
1.1 You should make the tube clear through compressing the air before
installation
1.2 The production should be Vertical in situation and make the water cup and
oil cup down. But the handles of regulator in the AF.AR.AL can be down or
up.
1.3 Please note the flowing direction of compressing air. The direction of
arrowhead on the model of series of AC2000-AC5000 is the flowing direction
of compressing air. The and of “IN” the model of series of AC2010-AC5010
gets into the air and the other gets out the air.(The end of AF or AW gets into
the air and the end of AL gets out the air .)
2. Environment
2.1 Avoiding the vertical shining.
2.2 The material of water cup oil cup and oil window is polycarbonate. so they
should be avoided touching with following: thinner carbon tetrachloride
chloroform ethyl acetate nitric acid sulfuric acid aniline kerosene and other
organic solvents.
3. Operation
3.1 Drainer
3.1.1 The drainer on the AC2000 and AC2010 is nor Automatic and should be
drained periodically. You should drain water one most per team. You can push
up the pole of drained on the and of AF or AW when you drains. It is over. you
can relax the pole and it will be recovered into the old place with the making
of spring and the outport of drainer will be closed.
3.1.2 The drainer of AC3000-AC5000 and AC3010-AC5010 are both
Automatic . It can drain automatically when the air stopped. You should drain
periodically if the products work continuous and long time and drain water one
most per team. You can push up the nut with pattern on the end of AF or AW. It
is over. you can relax the nut and it will be recovered into the old place with
the making of air pressure. and the outport of drainer will be closed.
3.2 Regulate pressure
3.2.1 You should check the supply pressure before you regulator the pressure
the supply pressure should be more by regulation pressure .
3.2.2 You can pull out the handle when you wonder to regulate compress.
when you rotate the handle with clock wise. the pressure will be up. If you
rotate the handle against clock wise. the pressure will be down.
3.2.3 When the regulator is over. you can push the handle to the old place and
the handle will be locked to avoid changing the regulated pressure.
3.3 It’s used for recommended oil in AL: turbine oil class1 ISO VG32 . spindle
oil is forbidden. the oil should be kept between the up end and down end and
please note supplying the oil in time.
3.3.1 AC2000 and AC2010 can not be supplemented oil. on the condition of
not stopping the air. If you wonder to add oil. At first you should make the
inner pressure clear. then you can open the nut on the AL and add oil into thee
mouth of oil cup. If the pressure is clear. It is over. please close the nut again.
3.3.2 AC3000-AC5000 and AC3010-AC5010 can be supplemented oil on the
condition of not stopping the air. If you wonder to add oil. you should open the
nut on the AL and add oil into the mouth of oil cup. it is over. please close the
nut again.
3.4 Adjust the volume of oil.
When you adjust the volume of oil. You can rotate the pole with direction
of “+”. it means the volume of oil will be more. If you rotate the pole with
direction of “-” . the volume of oil will be less up to zero. But AL2000 dose
not have “+”and “-”. when you rotate with clockwise. the volume of oil will be
more. when you rotate against clockwise the volume of oil will be less up to
zero.
3.5 When you dismantle the water cup oil cup and shell. At first you should
make the pressure clear.
3.5.1 AC2000 and AC2010 do not have metal shell the join of water cup. oil
cup and modal are made by screw. when you wonder to dismantle the water
cup you can rotate the cup against clockwise one more.
3.5.2 AC3000-AC5000 and AC3010-AC5010 have metal shell At first you
should push up the shell hardworking then grasp the shell firmly and press the
bolt with big toe. the same time you should rotate the shell to 45

left or right. it
means the “‖” on the model and “‖”on the shell will be right. this time you
can pull down the shell hardworking. so the cup and shell will be dismantled.
4. Preservation
You should clear the cup and filter periodically, when you clear cup. please
use middle clear dose and please make filter dry before you use it.
