Méthode de gonflage :

Opblaasmethode:
1. Verwijder eerst de "gele luchtplug" aan de onderkant van de bal.
2. Steek het luchtmondstuk van "op de opblaaspomp stappen" in het luchtgat van

Metodo di inflazione:
