you should use and maintain your hearing aid in

Installation Instructions
Choose earplugs of the right size (there are many different
sizes of earplugs in the box, you should choose the most
suitable one when you use it, so that your ears are more
comfortable and can better eliminate noise).Connect the
earplugs to the earphones.

Operating Instructions
【 1 】 Take out the OTC Hearing aid and choose the Dome
that suits you from the 3 different sizes of earplugs provided,
【 2 】 Buckle the connecting port of the machine and the
earplugs
【 3 】 Insert the earplugs into the inner ring Slowly push the
OTC Hearing Aid with earplugs into the ear hole until it is
close to the ear canal and feels comfortable
【 4 】Turn the power On/off switch to ON for start the OTC
Hearing Aid
● When you turn on the hearing aid, digital display will
light up and display the battery level

【 5 】 Rotate the volume control key to adjust the volume
for your hearing loss level
●Rotate the volume control up to decrease the volume

【 6 】 Press the M button once every time to adjust hearing
mode
● Total 3 modes for adjustment, that suit for different
environment.
● Short press the M button on the OTC Hearing aid to
select the mode. There are four modes to choosed ("normal
mode", "outdoor mode", "noise reduction mode"). Each time
you select, the hearing aid will make the voice prompt.

【 7 】 Please use an adapter with at least 5V1A out
put, connect the type-c cable, and insert it into the
TYPE-C socket on your hearing aid. At this time, the
number on the display will light up and flash. When
the number reaches 100%, it means the hearing aid
is fully charged.
● The hearing aid usually takes 1.5 hours to
charge to complete

Precautions,Warnings And
Suggestive Instructions
【 1 】Before fitting OTC Hearing Aid, you should go through
professional inspections and hearing tests,and use them under
the guidance of doctors or professional OTC Hearing Aid
【 2 】Moisture-proof, shock-proof and high-temperature proof.
【 3 】Do not immerse the OTC Hearing Aid in any liquid.
Remove the OTC Hearing Aid and put it in the charging case
before swimming and washing your hair and bath,after swimming
or bathing, wait until the ear canal is dry before putting on the
OTC Hearing Aid.
【 4 】After the OTC Hearing Aid is removed at night, it should be
charged, avoiding high light, high temperature, and high humidity.
【 5 】The outer surface of the OTC Hearing Aid should be kept
clean, and the earwax in the earplugs should be cleaned frequently.
【 6 】The functions should be used correctty, try to handle
with care and avoid excessive force and excessive force.
【 7 】OTC Hearing Aid should be sent to the fitting center or
dealer for maintenance and inspection regularly to ensure that
the OTC Hearing Aid are in good condition.
【 8 】This product should not be used for a long time at
excessive volume to prevent damage to hearing. If you find
discomfort, please stop using it.

【 9 】 If the OTC Hearing Aid is not used for a long time,the
battery power may be discharged below the working voltage
by the internal resistance of the battery. If the OTC Hearing
Aid cannot be turned on,please make sure that it is fully
charged before trying to turn it on.

Suggestive Instructions
【 10 】If you hear a whistling sound in the ear, please check
whether the size of the earplug (silicone sleeve) fits the user's
ear canal and plug it tightly to prevent air leakage.
【 11 】It is not suitable to fall or collide, which may cause
damage to internal components..
【 12 】It should not be opened without authorization.

【 13 】OTC Hearing Aid should avoid electromagnetic
radiation, and do not use them in high-frequency thermal
therapy or radiotherapy and strong magnetic fields.
【 14 】 Never use it in a potentially explosive environment
or in a dangerous state.
【 15 】 OTC Hearing Aid cannot be treated as ordinary
municipal garbage. Because OTC Hearing Aid have built-in

Product Maintenance
【 1 】 Please charge the OTC Hearing Aid in time when it is
left unused, so that there is enough power for use.
【 2 】 Use a clean soft cloth to clean the OTC Hearing Aid
housing.
【 3 】 Please clean and disinfect earplugs with pure warm
water.

Troubleshooting
【 1 】 Please confirm that the OTC Hearing Aid can be
turned on
【 2 】 Adjust the volume repeatedly to confirm whether the
OTC Hearing Aid has sound.
【 3 】 The above two steps are silent, please make sure that
it is fully charged before power on, and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Please follow the steps below to confirm the exclusion:
【 4 】 If there is no sound in the above three steps, it can be
judged that the OTC Hearing Aid is not working properly or
malfunctions. Please contact your local dealer or send it back
to our company.
(The digital display will light up and goes out after 3S,indicating that
it is turned on).

care; prevent sun, rain or mechanical collision, keep dry.
【 2 】 Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a
cool and dry place,and the environment should meet the
following conditions:.
【 3 】 Handle with care to avoid collision or strong impact.

(b) Relative humidity: ≤80%;
