SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
Before operating the washing machine, remove all packaging from the
exterior and interior of the machine. If not removed, the packaging may
cause a heavy vibration or noise and can lead to the malfunction of the
machine and cause the warranty to be void.
• Your warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such
as fire, flooding, and other sources of damage.
• Please ensure that garments loaded into your washing machine are
free from foreign objects such as nails, needles, lighters and coins.
• Please do not throw away this user manual; keep it for future reference
and pass it on to the next owner.
• Do not install your machine outdoors, in a very moist area such as a
bathroom, on a carpet, or on a ground surface that would prevent the
ventilation of its base.
• The appliance is not intended for use by people (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or a lack of
experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Children should be kept away from the washing machine unless
continuously supervised. Children should not play with this appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children.

removed. Do not operate the machine if it appears damaged or if the
packaging has been opened.
• Only use your machine for laundry that is labelled as suitable for
washing by the manufacturer.
• In the event of a power cord malfunction, contact your nearest

• When installing, ensure that there is a gap of at least 5cm between
the washing machine and the wall.
• Only place the washing machine on a solid, level, flat surface.
• The necessary ambient temperature for the operation of your
washing machine is 15 - 25°C.
• Where the temperature is below 0°C, hoses may split or the
electrical cord may not operate correctly.
• It is recommended that for your first wash, you run a Wash Cycle
without laundry, and a small amount of suitable detergent.
• Unplug your washing machine and switch off the water supply if the
washing machine is left unused for a long time. We also recommend
leaving the lid open to prevent the buildup of humidity inside the
washing machine.
• Please unplug the electrical cord once the water is completely
drained.
• Some water may be left in your washing machine as a result of
quality checks during production. This will not affect the operation of
your washing machine.
• The packaging of the machine could be hazardous to children. Do
not allow children to play with the packaging or small parts of the
washing machine.
• Keep the packaging materials in a place where children cannot
reach them, or recycle them appropriately.
• In the event of a breakdown, unplug the machine from the mains
supply. Do not attempt to carry out any repairs. Always contact an

preferably has constant air circulation.
Read these warnings. Follow the advice given to protect yourself
and others from risks and fatal injuries.
RISK OF BURNS

RISK OF DEATH FROM ELECTRICAL CURRENT
• Do not connect your washing machine to the mains electricity supply
using an extension lead.
• Do not insert a damaged plug into an electrical socket.
• Never remove the plug from the socket by pulling the cord. Always
hold the plug.
• Never touch the power cord/plug with wet hands, as this could
cause a short circuit or an electric shock.
• Do not touch your washing machine if your hands or feet are wet.
• A damaged power cord or plug can cause a fire or give you an
electric shock. When damaged, it must be replaced, this should only
be done by qualified personnel.
RISK OF FLOODING
• Check the speed of the water flow before placing the drain hose in a sink.
• Take the necessary measures to prevent the hose from slipping.
• Water flow may dislodge the hose if it is not properly secured. Make
sure the plug in your sink does not block the plug hole.

4
• Store the water inlet and Drainpipe away after use.
• When required, clean the body of the washing machine with a soft
cloth dampened with clean, warm water. Do not use harsh chemicals
or rough, abrasive materials that will damage the surface of the
washing machine.
• Only use the washing machine for the specified purpose.

machine.

spill out.
• Children should not play with this appliance and should be

should be in an upright position hooked onto the side of the machine
as per the image on page 6.
• Remove all items from the pockets of the clothing being washed.
• Tie up long clothing items to prevent damage.
• You may pre-soak heavily stained items before washing.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• For the Wash and Rinse Cycle, please ensure that the Drainpipe is in
an upright position hooked onto the washing machine.
• Fill the tub with an appropriate amount of water. For the Wash/Rinse
cycle, ensure that the Spin Basket is removed.
• Add your laundry and adjust the water level as the laundry will soak
up some water.
• Add washing powder to the tub. CAUTION: Too much powder can
damage laundry.
• Close the Lid and set the Control Dial clockwise from the OFF
position to the required wash time.
• When the washing time is complete, simply lower the Drainpipe to
the correct position and allow the tub to drain.
• Once fully drained, place the Drainpipe back in the upright position
and add more water but no detergent, this will allow for the Rinse
Cycle. Then close the lid, and once again select the appropriate
rinse time by turning the Control Dial clockwise from the OFF
position.
• When the Rinse Cycle is complete, drain the tub again by placing
the Drainpipe in the lowered position. Then remove the laundry
from the machine, add the Spin Basket and add laundry to the Spin
Basket (Note that the Spin Basket takes a smaller load than the wash
tub, so please load accordingly). Turn the Control Dial anticlockwise
to the required Spin time. (Ensure that the Drainpipe is positioned
correctly as water will start to drain from the machine).
• When the Spin Cycle is complete, you may remove the laundry and
hang/lay out to dry according to the laundry label.
• When the machine is not in use, please set the Control Dial to the
OFF position.
