and has not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory
authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of
any disease or medical condition.
NxRing Services are intended for informational and general
wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for profes-
sional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult
a qualied physician or healthcare provider before making any
changes to your health, sleep, or activity routines based on
NxRing data or guidance. Do not disregard or delay seeking
professional medical advice because of anything you read or
receive from NxRing Services.

The information and guidance provided by NxRing Services
may be less accurate if your physiological responses dier
signicantly from population averages due to an underlying
medical condition or natural variation. If you are unsure wheth-
er NxRing is suitable for your health circumstances, consult your
physician before use.
Do not use NxRing if you have a pacemaker, implantable car-
dioverter-debrillator (ICD), neurostimulator, cochlear implant,
or any other active implanted electronic medical device. The
NxRing device emits Bluetooth radio frequency (RF) energy
and contains optical sensors that may interfere with the oper-
ation of implanted electronic devices, potentially causing injury
or death. Consult your physician and the manufacturer of your
implanted device before use.
NxRing data — including but not limited to heart rate, sleep
metrics, activity data, body temperature, and any derived
scores or recommendations — are estimates based on sensor
readings and statistical models. They are not clinically validat-
ed measurements and may not reect your true physiological
state.

If you choose to modify your sleep, activity, diet, or other health
behaviors based on NxRing Services, you do so at your own risk
and accept personal responsibility for any outcomes. NexCura
and NxRing are not responsible for any harm, injury, or health
outcome that results from actions taken in reliance on NxRing
data or guidance. This disclaimer does not limit any statutory
rights you may have under applicable law.
If you experience unexpected, persistent, or worsening pain,
fatigue, dizziness, or discomfort following any changes made in
response to NxRing guidance, stop those activities immediately
and consult a physician before continuing.
If you experience redness, itching, swelling, rash, or skin irrita-
tion on or around your nger while wearing NxRing, remove
the device immediately. Clean and dry the ring and your nger
thoroughly. Do not resume wearing until symptoms have fully
resolved.
If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours after removing the
device, consult a dermatologist. If you have a known allergy
to titanium, polycarbonate resin, or any adhesive or coating
material, consult your physician before use.
Take care to prevent the NxRing from catching on clothing,
equipment, machinery, or other objects during physical activity

or manual work. Remove the ring before activities where snag-
ging poses a risk of injury.
AGE RESTRICTION
NxRing is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
Keep all packaging components, including sizing rings, away
from young children as they present a choking hazard.
NxRing is not an emergency response device. If you or some-
one nearby is experiencing a medical emergency — including
chest pain, diiculty breathing, loss of consciousness, or signs
of stroke — call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on
NxRing data or alerts in an emergency situation.

Use, Care and Maintenance
USE
Finger size naturally varies throughout the day depending on
temperature, hydration, activity level, and time of day. In most
cases the ring can be removed with a gentle twisting motion. If
the ring becomes diicult to remove:
Wet your nger with cold water and a small amount of gentle
soap, then slowly twist and slide the ring toward your ngertip.
Elevate your hand above heart level for one to two minutes to
reduce blood ow to the nger, then aempt removal again.
If swelling is present, apply a cold compress to the nger for
several minutes before aempting removal.
As a last resort before seeking help, thread a length of dental
oss or thin string under the ring, wrap it snugly around the
nger from the ring toward the ngertip, then unwind from the
ring end — this compresses the nger and guides the ring o.
If you are unable to remove the ring and experience pain,
numbness, discoloration, or loss of sensation, seek emergency
medical aention immediately.
Do not wear NxRing on a nger that is swollen, injured, or has
compromised circulation. If your nger swells while wearing the
ring, aempt the steps above promptly — do not wait.

CLEANING
Clean the ring regularly using a soft cloth dampened with mild
soap and lukewarm water.
Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, which can irritate
the skin and degrade sensor accuracy.
Dry completely with a soft cloth before wearing or placing on
the charger.
Do not use alcohol, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, abrasive clean-
ers, or ultrasonic cleaning equipment on the ring.
Do not submerge the charging dock in water — the charger is
not water resistant.
WATER RESISTANCE
NxRing carries an IP68 water resistance rating, tested in
accordance with IEC 60529. It may be worn during showers,
baths, swimming, and snorkeling under the following condi-
tions:
Water temperature must not exceed 52°C (125°F). Do not wear
in hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms where water or air tem-
perature exceeds this limit.
The ring is not rated for high-velocity water sports such as cli
diving, water skiing, or jet skiing, where sudden high-pressure
water contact may exceed the rated limits.

Water resistance is not a permanent condition. The ring's
seals may degrade over time with normal wear. Have the ring
inspected if you notice any change in performance after water
exposure.
The charging dock is not water resistant and is for indoor use
only. Do not use or store the charger in humid environments
such as bathrooms or near sinks.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SCRATCH RISK
Avoid wearing NxRing during:
Strength training, weightlifting, or any activity involving grip-
ping heavy bars or equipment — impact and pressure forces
can damage the ring or injure your nger
Work involving heavy tools (shovels, hammers, wrenches),
heavy metal, stone, or ceramic materials
Any activity where the ring could snag on equipment, machin-
ery, clothing, or other objects — snagging during movement
poses a risk of nger injury.
SCRATCH AND CONTACT RISK
NxRing's outer surface is ceramic and stainless steel, which is
harder than most common metals.

Be aware that:
The ring may be scratched by contact with harder materials
such as diamonds, hardened steel, or industrial ceramics
The ring may scratch softer materials it comes into close
contact with, including gold, silver, and aluminum jewelry, and
phone cases or covers made of soft metals or coated ceramics
Avoid wearing NxRing directly adjacent to other rings or metal
jewelry to minimize mutual scratching.
Baery Safety
⚠ WARNING — Read carefully. Failure to follow these instruc-
tions may result in serious injury.
NxRing contains a customized lithium polymer baery, with a
14.5mAh-21.5mAh capacity. Lithium baeries can cause re,
burns, and serious injury if misused.
Do not puncture, crush, bend, or disassemble the ring or its
internal baery under any circumstances.
Do not expose the ring to open ame or temperatures above
60°C (140°F). Excessive heat can cause the baery to swell,
leak, or ignite.
Do not charge the ring using any accessory other than the sup-
plied NxRing charger. Use of third-party chargers may cause
overcharging, overheating, or baery failure.
Baery short-circuit risk: NxRing, like all metallic rings, can act
as a conductor. If the positive (cathode) and negative (anode)
terminals of any external baery — such as a car baery, pow-
er tool baery, or large-format baery pack — simultaneously
contact the ring while it is on your nger, a dangerous short
circuit may occur, causing burns or electric shock.

Remove NxRing before handling baeries or working with bat-
tery-powered machinery.
If the ring becomes unusually hot during use or charging, re-
move it from your nger or charger immediately and allow it to
cool in a safe, open area away from ammable materials. Do
not resume use — contact NxRing support.
If the ring shows signs of physical damage, swelling, unusual
odor, or discoloration, discontinue use immediately and contact
support before charging.
Charging outside this range can degrade baery performance
and safety.
CHILDREN AND CHOKING HAZARD
⚠ KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.
The ring, sizing accessories, and charging components are
small parts that present a choking hazard. The ring contains a
lithium baery: if swallowed, a lithium baery can cause serious
internal chemical burns within two hours of ingestion. If a child
or pet swallows the ring or any component, seek emergency
medical aention immediately — do not wait for symptoms to
appear.

HEAT AND ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE
Do not leave the ring or charger in a parked vehicle, in direct
sunlight, or in any enclosed space where temperatures may
exceed 60°C (140°F).
Do not store the ring below -10°C (14°F).
Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures may perma-
nently degrade baery capacity and sensor accuracy.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
Do not dispose of NxRing or its charger in general household
waste. Both contain materials subject to local electronic waste
(e-waste) regulations.
Ring (with internal baery): Dispose of in accordance with
applicable local laws governing lithium baery and electronic
device disposal. Special handling may be required in your juris-
diction.
Charger: Treat as an electronic device. Follow local legislation
for electronics recycling.
Before disposing of the ring, perform a factory reset to erase
your personal data. Instructions are available at the
genaihealth.care website

LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

the parent company of NxRing ("we," "us," or "our"), whose

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
GenAI Healthcare, Inc. warrants to the original end-user pur-
chaser that the NxRing device (the "Product") will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and
service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of
original retail purchase (the "Warranty Period").
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during
normal use of the Product. It covers the ring hardware and its
internal components, including the baery, where failure is due
to a defect in materials or workmanship and not caused by
normal wear or user actions.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the
original purchaser. Proof of purchase (original receipt or order
conrmation showing purchase date and retailer) is required to
make a warranty claim.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL - RETURN POLICY
If your NxRing arrives physically damaged or non-functional at
the time of delivery, you are entitled to a full replacement or full
refund at your election, subject to the following conditions:
You must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date by con-
tacting contact[email protected]e with your order number
and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging.
GenAI Healthcare will cover all return shipping costs for valid
damaged-on-arrival claims.
Once the returned unit is received and inspected, we will ship a
replacement unit or issue a full refund within 10 business days.
This DOA policy is separate from and in addition to your rights
under the Limited Warranty below.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or defects
arising from:
(a) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, discol-
oration, and degradation of external coatings resulting from
regular use;
(b) Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized
modication, or alteration of the Product;
(c) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the
permied conditions described in the NxRing User Manual,
including but not limited to exposure to temperatures, liquids,
pressures, or environments beyond the Product's rated specifI-

cations;
(d) Damage caused by use of charging accessories, cables, or
power adapters not supplied or authorized by GenAI Health-
care;
(e) Cosmetic damage that does not aect the functional oper-
ation of the Product;
(f) Damage caused by service, repair, or modication per-
formed by any party other than GenAI Healthcare or an
authorized NxRing service provider;
(g) Theft or loss of the Product;
(h) Baery capacity degradation resulting from normal use
over time, unless the baery fails to hold any usable charge
within the Warranty Period due to a manufacturing defect.
Post-Purchase Physical Damage: This warranty does not cover
any physical damage to the Product that occurs after the
Product has been received by the purchaser in working con-
dition, including cracking, bending, crushing, or any damage
caused by the purchaser's use, handling, or storage. Physical
damage sustained after delivery is the purchaser's responsibil-
ity and is not eligible for free repair or replacement under this
warranty.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To submit a warranty claim during the Warranty Period:
Contact NxRing Warranty Support at www.NexCura.ai/NxRing
Provide your proof of purchase, the Product's serial number
(found in the NxRing app under Prole > My Ring), and a de-
scription of the defect.
GenAI Healthcare will evaluate your claim and, if valid, provide
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return
shipping instructions.
Ship the Product to the address provided. You are responsible
for return shipping costs for non-DOA warranty claims. GenAI
Healthcare will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or
repaired unit back to you.
GenAI Healthcare will aim to process valid warranty claims
within 15 business days of receiving the returned Product.
REMEDY
If a valid warranty claim is accepted, GenAI Healthcare will, at
its sole discretion, either:
Repair the defective Product; or
Replace the Product with a new or factory-recertied unit of

equal or greater functionality.
Replacement products and components may be new or fac-
tory-recertied. A replaced or repaired Product will be war-
ranted for the longer of (a) 90 days from the date of repair
or replacement, or (b) the remainder of the original Warranty
Period.
This repair or replacement remedy is your sole and exclusive
remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty, except as
otherwise required by applicable law. If the repair or replace-
ment remedy fails of its essential purpose — meaning GenAI
Healthcare is unable to deliver a conforming Product within a
reasonable time after a valid claim — you may be entitled to a
refund of the original purchase price.
DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WAR-
RANTY MADE BY GENAI HEALTHCARE WITH RESPECT TO
THE NXRING PRODUCT. NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY IS
GIVEN.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WAR-
RANTIES — INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MER-
CHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
— ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD

LAW, GENAI HEALTHCARE AND ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES,
AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE,
LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS — ARISING FROM
USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, HOWEVER
CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF
GENAI HEALTHCARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSI-
BILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. GENAI HEALTHCARE'S TOTAL
CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING
UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR
THE PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING
THE CLAIM.

faith eorts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes arising under
this warranty may be submied to the American Arbitration
Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or you
may pursue your claim in small claims court if it falls within the
applicable jurisdictional limits.

This Limited Warranty gives you specic legal rights. You may
also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in
this warranty is intended to limit any rights you may have under
applicable state consumer protection laws, including but not

Act (California), the Massachuses Consumer Protection Act,
or other applicable state statutes.
GenAI Healthcare, Inc. reserves the right to update this war-
ranty policy at any time. The warranty terms in eect at the
time of purchase apply to your Product.

NxRing has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure
requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure
condition without restriction. Any changes or modications not
expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
