followthestepsinsequence.Donotskipahead.

Ifyouskipahead,youmaylearnlaterthatyou

havetodisassemblecomponentsandthatyou

mayhavedamagedtheequipment.

m Assembleandoperatethe SPRDHRonasolid,level

surface.Locatetheunitafewfeetfromthewalls

orfurnituretoprovideeasyaccess.

TheSPRDHR isdesignedforyourenjoyment.By

followingtheseprecautionsandusingcommonsense,

youwillhavemanysafeandpleasurablehoursof

healthfulexercisewithyourBody-SolidDOUBLE HALF

Installation Requirements

Followtheseinstallationrequirementswhenassembling

theSPRDHR:SetuptheSPRDHRonasolid,atsur-

face.Asmooth,atsurfaceunderthemachinehelps

keepitlevel.Alevelmachinehasfewermalfunctions.

Provideamplespacearoundthemachine.Open

spacearoundthemachineallowsforeasieraccess.

Insertallboltsinthesamedirection.Foraesthetic

purposes,insertallboltsinthesamedirectionunless

specied(intextorillustrations)todootherwise.

Leaveroomforadjustments.Tightenfastenerssuchas

bolts,nuts,andscrewssotheunitisstable,butleave

roomforadjustments.Donotfullytightenfasteners

untilinstructedintheassemblystepstodoso.

Fill out and mail the warranty card.

WhileyoumaybeabletoassembletheSPRDHRusing

theillustrationsonly,importantsafetynotesandother

tipsareincludedinthetext.

Somepiecesmayhaveextraholesthatyouwillnotuse.

Useonlythoseholesindicatedintheinstructionsand

illustrations.

NOTE: Withsomanyassembledparts,proper

 alignmentandadjustmentiscritical.While

 tighteningthenutsandbolts,besuretoleave

 roomforadjustments.

Some components may be pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto

bolts, they must be wrench tighten to fully go on.

- Back Base Frame is from Half Rack (SPRHALF).

- 4pcs of Hex Head Bolts, 8pcs of Washers and 4 pcs of Nylon Lock Nuts

are from the Half Rack (SPRHALF).
