GPR400

Warning, Safety & Maintenance

It is imperative that you retain this Owner’s Manual and be

followthestepsinsequence.Donotskipahead.

havetodisassemblecomponentsandthatyou

mayhavedamagedtheequipment.

m Assembleandoperatethe

GPR400onasolid,

levelsurface.Locatetheunitafewfeetfromthe

wallsorfurnituretoprovideeasyaccess.

Installation Requirements

Followtheseinstallationrequirementswhenassembling

the

GPR400:

Setupthe

GPR400onasolid,atsurface.Asmooth,

atsurfaceunderthemachinehelpskeepitlevel.A

levelmachinehasfewermalfunctions.

Provideamplespacearoundthemachine.Open

spacearoundthemachineallowsforeasieraccess.

Insertallboltsinthesamedirection.Foraesthetic

purposes,insertallboltsinthesamedirectionunless

specied(intextorillustrations)todootherwise.

Leaveroomforadjustments.Tightenfastenerssuchas

bolts,nuts,andscrewssotheunitisstable,butleave

roomforadjustments.Donotfullytightenfasteners

untilinstructedintheassemblystepstodoso.

Fill out and mail the warranty card.

theillustrationsonly,importantsafetynotesandother

tipsareincludedinthetext.

Somepiecesmayhaveextraholesthatyouwillnotuse.

Useonlythoseholesindicatedintheinstructionsand

illustrations.

NOTE: Withsomanyassembledparts,proper

 alignmentandadjustmentiscritical.While

 tighteningthenutsandbolts,besuretoleave

 roomforadjustments.

Finger tighten all hardware in this step. DO NOT wrench tighten until instructed.

Some components may be pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto

bolts, they must be wrench tightened to fully go on.

16 - (#3) M16 Regular O.D. Washer

8 - (#5) M16 Nylon Lock Nut

NOTE #1:

Please refer to the drawing for the correct bolt hole locations.

8 - (#1) M16x110mm Hex Head Bolt

16 - (#3) M16 Regular O.D. Washer

8 - (#5) M16 Nylon Lock Nut

It is recommedated to install the equipment with at least two persons.
