you give this device to another person, it is vital that you also pass on these
instructions for use.
• Only use the appliance for the purpose for which it is intended in accordance with the instructions for
use. Any misuse will invalidate the warranty.
• The unit is not intended for commercial purposes or the medical sector.
for power supply
• Only charge the unit‘s battery using the USB charging cable supplied. Never leave the unit unattended
when it is connected to the mains (for charging) or in operation.
• Never charge the device in a ammable environment (e.g. ammable objects, gasoline, ammable
gases, paint, etc.)
• Only connect the unit for charging so that the cable and power connector are freely accessible.
• The built-in batteries are not intended for replacement or removal by the end user. If problems occur
with the power supply, contact the customer service.
• This device must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage (SELV) corresponding to the marking on
the appliance.
• To disconnect the unit from the mains, always pull the plug out of the power connection. Do not pull
on the cable!

• Check the massager carefully for damage before each use. Do not operate a defective appliance.
• Do not use the appliance if any damage is visible on the appliance, if it is not working properly, if it has
been dropped or if it has become wet. To avoid hazards, send the unit to the service centre for repair.
when operating the unit
• Do not use the unit when you are sleeping or in bed.
• Do not use the appliance before falling asleep. The massage has a stimulating effect.
• Never use the appliance when driving a vehicle or operating machinery.
• Too long / too frequent use can cause overheating. Always allow the appliance to cool down before
using it again.
• Never place or use the appliance directly next to an electric heater or other heat sources.
• Do not use the appliance on sensitive areas of the body, such as the head, face, spine, shins, backs
of feet or hands, etc.
•
This appliance should not massage the skin surface directly to avoid damage to the skin. The massage
part should be covered with clean, dry clothes or a clean, dry towel. It should be pressed and moved
gently. The massage time on the same spot should not exceed 60 seconds.
•
Avoid contact of the appliance with pointed or sharp objects.
•
Do not cover the appliance when it is switched on. Do not use the appliance under blankets or pillows.
There is a risk of re, electric shock and injury.
•
Make sure that ngers or other parts of the body never come between the massage head
holder and the massage heads or directly onto the massage head when switching on. Risk of
injury!
•
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

However, if liquid enters the appliance, switch it off immediately and disconnect the power supply if it
was connected. Wait until the unit is completely dry.

Always switch off the appliance after use.
• Never block the ventilation slots of the device.
• The device supports heating and cooling. People who are insensitive to heat and/or cold should
therefore be very careful when using the device or consult their doctor before use.

• The unit is maintenance-free. You may only carry out cleaning work on the unit yourself. In the event
of malfunctions or damage, do not repair the unit yourself, as this will invalidate any warranty claims.
Consult your specialist dealer and have repairs carried out only by authorised service centres in order
to avoid hazards.
• Only use accessories intended for the unit and supplied by the manufacturer.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
Intended
The device is used for thermal self-massage on various parts of the body, e.g. shoulder, calf, buttock or
chest muscles to activate muscles and promote muscle regeneration and stimulate blood circulation.
The device is not intended for medical-therapeutic use. It is not suitable for clinics, massage practices,
wellness studios, etc. The massage device is not a medical device and is not intended for the treatment
of pain. In case of doubt or uncertainty, consult your doctor before use.

The scope of delivery includes:

Packaging is recyclable or can be returned to the raw material cycle. Please dispose of packaging
material that is no longer required properly. If you notice any transport damage when unpacking,
please contact your dealer immediately.
Using the unit - Charging the battery
1. Use a 5V mains adapter with an output current of 2A. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the
adapter and to the USB-C port

2. The charge status LEDs on the display

indicate the charging process. When the battery is fully
charged, the LEDs light up constantly. The device cannot be used during the charging process.
Charge the battery for approx. 4 hours during the rst charging process. You can recharge the battery
at any time. With a fully charged battery, the device can be used for up to 3 hours (depending on the
selected level and pressure applied).
3. If the remaining charge is below 20%, the battery should be recharged as soon as possible.
Operation
• Insert one of the massage heads rmly into the holder on the device. To

There are 3 Hot & Cold intensities (Hot: 35°C/40°C/45°C - Cold: 20°C/15°C/10°C), which are shown
accordingly on the display

• Heat promotes the relaxing and pain-relieving effect by dilating the blood vessels and strengthening
the blood circulation.
• Cold causes the blood vessels to constrict and the skin to contract. Wrinkles quickly become less
visible and inammatory processes are inhibited.
The appliance switches off automatically after approx. 10 minutes unless it is switched off
manually beforehand.
Troubleshooting
• Device cannot be switched on or cannot be charged
Only use the appliance in rooms with the appropriate operating temperature (0 to 40°C). Failure to
do so may result in functional impairments. If the device has been outside the permitted environment,
place it in the correct environment for approx. 2 hours without further use and try charging or switching
it on again.
Also check whether the battery is sufciently charged before switching the device on again.
• Device does not work or does not work normally, battery charge level at 0
Always charge the battery in good time (with approx. 20% charge remaining). Otherwise, the
electronics may switch off the protection.
• Massage head falls off
Check whether the head has been attached correctly, see chapter “Operation”. Some force may be
required - if it has been attached correctly, it will not come loose during use.
• Device suddenly switches off
The appliance switches off automatically after approx. 10 minutes. If you want to continue using the
device, switch it on again. However, the massage head may also be blocked. If the device cannot be
switched on again, remove the massage head and check whether it can be attached correctly.
Cleaning and care, storage
• Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that the appliance is switched off. Allow the appliance to
cool down.
• Only clean the massager with a slightly damp sponge. Never use brushes, harsh cleaning agents,
petrol, thinner or alcohol. Rub the massager dry with a clean, soft cloth. Do not dry on a radiator or
with a hair dryer.
• Never expose the device to direct sunlight or temperatures above 40°C.
• Only use the device again when it is completely dry.
• Store the appliance and all individual parts in a safe, clean, cool and dry, well-ventilated place. Secure
it against falling and shocks.

This product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste. All users are obliged to
hand in all electrical or electronic devices, regardless of whether or not they contain toxic

Warranty and repair terms
Your statutory warranty rights are not restricted by our guarantee below. Please contact your dealer or
the service centre in case of a claim under the warranty. If you have to return the unit, please enclose a
copy of your receipt and state what the defect is.
The following warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty period for medisana products is 3 years from date of purchase. In case of a warranty
claim, the date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales receipt or invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty period.
3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the replacement
parts.
4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
a. All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of the user instructions.
b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised third parties.
c. Damage which has arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or during
transport to the service centre.
d. Accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit are excluded even if the damage
to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.

使用本機裝置-

故障排除

•設備必須完全乾燥後，方可重新啟用。
•請將電器設備及所有單一零件妥善存放於安全、潔淨、涼爽乾燥且通風良好的環境中。請確實將其
固定好，以防墜落及震動。
預期用途
適用於身體各部位的熱療自我按摩，包括肩膀、小腿、臀部或胸肌，以活化肌肉、促進肌肉恢復，並
刺激血液循環。該設備不宜用於醫學治療的用途。該設備不適宜用於診所、按摩培訓、健康工作室等
