IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE
USE.
General Warnings
• This appliance may only be used by children aged
8 years and older and by persons with physical,
sensory or mental impairments or lack of experience
and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been
instructed on the safe use of the appliance and
understand the potential hazards.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
unsupervised children.
• If the charging cable is damaged, have it replaced
in aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. It is forbidden to use the
appliance with the charging cable damaged.
This appliance is suitable for cleaning under
running water.
Warning:
Before cleaning, make sure the machine is
switched off and disconnected from the power
supply.

Additional Important Safety Instructions forUse of the Appliance
• Before connecting the appliance to apower socket, check that the nameplate rated voltage matches the voltage of the power socket.
• Use the appliance only withthe supplied charging cable. To avoid adangerous situation, do not use other types of charging cable.
• Keep the charging cable dry.
• Do not place the power cord over sharp objects. Make sure that it does not hang over the edge of atable or touch ahot surface.
• Do not wind the charging cable around the handle of the appliance.
• Do not connect or disconnect the charging cable with wet or damp hands.
• Store, charge anduse the appliance at an ambient temperature of 15°C to 35°C. Do not charge the appliance for longer than necessary to
fully charge it. After charging, disconnect it from the power source.
• Do not expose the appliance to temperatures above 50°C. Otherwise damage to the built-in battery may occur.
• The appliance is equipped with abuilt-in battery with along service life, which can only be removed by aprofessional service. Never
attempt to remove it from the appliance by yourself.
Caution:
Never disassemble the appliance in order to remove the battery. Do not short-circuit the appliance or throw it into afire. There is
arisk of leakage of toxic substances, fire or explosion if improperly handled.
• Do not charge, use, store or leave the appliance in abathroom or any place where it could fall into abathtub, wash basin or any other
container filled withwater.
• If the appliance falls into water, underno circumstances should you touch it, but immediately disconnect the power adapter from the
socket. Never use an appliance or power adapter that has been submerged in water. Take it to an authorised service centre for inspection.
• This shaver is designed fordomestic use only and is used forshaving andtrimming beards or facial hair. The shaver is not intended for
commercial purposes or fortrimming animal fur.
• We do not recommend using the shaver on parts of the face with open or cut wounds, burns, blisters, etc.
• Forhygiene reasons, the shaver head should only be used by one person.
• Use the shaver in accordance with the instructions in this manual.
• Use only the original accessories supplied with this shaver.
• The shaver andits power adapter must only be used indoors. Do not use it outdoors.
• Avoid using the shaver inrooms where aerosol dispensers are used or where oxygen is administered.
• Do not expose the shaver to the outdoor environment, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, excessive humidity or excessive dust.
• Do not place the shaver near heaters, open fires or other sources of heat.
Warning:
Keep the shaver dry.
• Before using it, always check that the shaving head is not damaged. Never use ashaver with adamaged shaving head.
• The shaver may heat up when used or recharged. This is completely normal.
• Keep the shaver at asafe distance from your eyes.
• Always turn off the shaver and disconnect it from the power socket if you will not be using it, will be leaving it unsupervised, before
cleaning, maintenance or storing it. Store the shaver andits power adapter inadry environment.
• Keep the shaver clean. Perform the cleaning and maintenance following the instructions in the Cleaning and Maintenance section.
• Do not perform any maintenance on the shaver other than cleaning its individual components as described in the Cleaning and
Maintenance section.
• Never use ashaver or power adapter that is damaged in any way.
• Do not use the shaver if it has fallen on the floor, if it was submerged in water, if it is not functioning properly or if it is damaged in any other
way.
• To avoid ahazardous situation arising, do not repair or modify the shaver or its accessories yourself. Contact an authorised service centre
for all repairs. By interfering with the product, you risk losing the legal right to defective performance or warranty for quality.

INTENDED USE
• The electric shaver is designed exclusively for shaving beards
and trimming sideburns, moustaches or smaller hairs. The
electric shaver is not intended for cutting artificial hair or animal
hair.

CHARGING
• The electric shaver is equipped with abuilt-in battery that allows
it to be used without the power cord.
• Allow the shaver battery to fully charge first without turning it on
before first use or after along period of non-use.
• Insert USB-C connector of the charging cable into the socket on
the bottom of the shaver and the free connector of the charging
cable into the mains adapter (not included in the package;
recommended values 5 V/2 A).
• The electric razor will start charging when connected to apower
source. The display will show the charging percentage as
anumerical value. When a100% appears, the shaver is fully
charged. Disconnect the charging cable from the shaver and from
the charging source.
• The charging time differs dependingon the current charge level
of the battery. If the battery is completely flat, it may take up to
1.5 hours to charge.
• When the battery level falls below 20%, anumerical value will
be flashing on the display as acharge warning. When the battery
level falls below 10%, anumerical value on the display will be
flashing fast. Allow the electric shaver to charge.
• If the value 0% is flashing, the shaver switches into low voltage
protection mode and cannot be switched on. It is necessary to
charge it before next use.
Caution:
Do not leave the electric shaver connected
to themains for longer than it takes to fully
charge it.
Note:
The shaver can be used while it is charging.

DIRECT DRIVE TECHNOLOGY
• If the battery of the electric razor is discharged or if it discharges
during operation, the electric razor can be connected to the power
supply andcontinue to use it. This is made possible thanks to
the DIRECT DRIVE technology that the electric razor is equipped
with. Thus, it is not necessary to wait for aminimum battery
charge.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EXTENDING
BATTERY LIFE
• To keep the built-in battery working for as long as possible,
charge, use andstore the electric shaver at an ambient
temperature of 15–35°C inadry environment. Lower or higher
temperatures adversely affect the life of the battery.
• Do not wait until the battery is completely discharged. It is better
to recharge the battery before it is fully discharged.
• If you do not use the electric shaver for along time, charge the
battery at least once every 6 months.

OPERATION
Switching the shaver on and off
• Turn the shaver on by pressing the On/Off switch. The shaver
turns on in the last speed setting. The display will show current
battery level and the indicator light comes on.
• Turn the shaver off by pressing the On/Off switch.
Speed setting
• After turning the shaver on, press and hold the On/off switch for
3seconds and the shaver switches to the next speed.
• The shaver is equipped with 3 speeds: low, medium and high. No
indicator appears on the display for low and medium speed but
for high speed

Dry Shaving
• Hold the electric shaver at aright angle to the surface of the skin
and in short circular movements sweep the shaving head over
the skin of the face in the opposite direction to the growth of the
beard. Apply adequate pressure to the skin. Do not push too hard.

• The shaver is equipped with alight indicator showing the
pressure exerted on the shaving head. If the pressure is right, the
light is blue. If the pressure is too high, the light turns red.
• In more difficult to reach places, such as on the chin, stretch the
skin with your free hand. This will give you abetter shaving result.
• The electric razor has two speed modes. Press the on/off switch
for 1 second to switch. When the mode is switched successfully,
abeep will sound.
Note:
Your skin andbeard may take up to three weeks to get
used to the new way of shaving. Duringthis time it is
recommended to use the electric shaver daily.
• When you have finished shaving, clean the electric shaver
according to the instructions in the Cleaning and Maintenance
section.
Wet Shaving
• You can also use the shaver on awet face with ashaving foam or
gel for more comfortable shaving.
• Apply alittle water to your skin, then apply shaving cream or gel.
• Rinse the shaving head under running water so it glides smoothly
over the skin.
• Turn the shaver on and move the shaving head over the skin in
circular motion to catch all hairs growing in different directions.
Make sure that the entire shaving head is in full contact with the
skin. Apply alittle pressure for smooth and comfortable shaving.
• Rinse the shaving head regularly so it keeps moving smoothly
over the skin.
• Dry your face after shaving.
• After each shaving, turn the shaver off and clean it.
Note:
Do not forget to rinse all shaving foam or gel from the
shaver.
Travel Lock
• The travel lock protects against accidental switching on of the
electric razor, e.g. during its transport.
• When the shaver is switched off, to activate the travel lock, press
andhold the On/Off switch until the lock indicator is lit on the
display
. On/Off switch does not respond to normal press.
• To deactivate the travel lock, press andhold the on/off switch
again. The lock indicator
will turn off. Now the electric razor is
ready for use again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• For hygiene reasons, clean the electric shaver after each use.
Regular cleaning is also important to keep the electric shaver
working properly andextends the life of the shaving cutters.
• Turn the electric shaver off before cleaning it. Never clean the
electric shaver when it is plugged into the power supply to
recharge.
• Do not use hard-bristled brushes, abrasive cleaners, thinners, etc.
Otherwise the surface to be cleaned may be damaged.
Cleaning the Shaver Body
• The shaver body can be cleaned using aclean dry wiping cloth.
Inthe event of heavy soiling, you can use aslightly damp cloth.
Clean the surface then properly wipe dry.
Shaving Head Cleaning Indicator
• If the motor current exceeds 1.8 A, the indicator flashes
5times continuously to remind you that cleaning is needed.
• The
indicator will be lit constantly during cleaning of the
shaver. It will turn off after cleaning is done or after it is turned off
manually.
• Clean the shaving head according to the instructions below.
• After cleaning, the
indicator lights up on the display signalling
that the shaver needs to be left to dry. The indicator switches off
after approximately 40 minutes.
Cleaning the Shaving Head (Fig. C)
• Brush off any remaining beard or hair from the shaving head,
including the shaving cutters.
• Pull upwards to remove the shaving cutters from the shaver head.
Using abrush, remove dirt and beard residue from the shaving
head attachment area.
• Insert the shaving head back into the holder.
Cleaning with Water (Fig. D)
• Rinse the shaver head under running water.
• If needed, the shaving cutters can be removed from the shaver
head and washed separately under running water.
• Dry the shaving head with afine cloth or allow it to dry naturally.
Do not use paper towels or coarse cloths for drying, because they
could damage the shaving blades.
Warning:
Never immerse the electric razor body in water.
