the use or misuse of OMT products. In no event shall OMT’s liability exceed the value of

part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, including

• DO NOT charge the included battery, as it is not rechargeable.
• ALWAYS check that the controller cable is undamaged BEFORE each use. If it is
damaged, this device should be scrapped or serviced by the manufacturer. Failure to
do so may lead to electric shock and personal injury.
• DO NOT load an object that weighs over the capacity onto the platform.
• DO NOT modify this device’s internal circuitry.
• DO NOT disassemble the controller or pull on its cable.
• ALWAYS keep the controller cable away from water, heat, sharp edges, and moving
parts.
• DO NOT get any electrical components wet or operate this device with wet hands.
• DO NOT rinse ANY part of this device.
• If ANY electrical component accidentally becomes wet, leave this device disconnected
from power UNTIL it has COMPLETELY dried. If ANY malfunction occurs,
discontinue use UNTIL it is serviced by trained technicians.
• Perform repair or maintenance ONLY after removing the battery from the device.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as dust masks or goggles,
as required by the working environment.
• DO NOT use expired or damaged batteries. Replace batteries as needed.
• Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations.
• DO NOT lose the wireless controller.
• This product is NOT waterproof. DO NOT expose it to water or liquids during use.
• When a container is first placed on the scale, liquid movement may cause the reading
to fluctuate. ALWAYS wait until the refrigerant stabilizes and the reading becomes
steady before proceeding.
• Remove the battery when the device is not in use.
• DO NOT place objects on the device when it is idle.
• DO NOT use abrasive or corrosive cleaners on any part of the device.
• Servicing must be performed by qualified technicians only.
• Replace parts only with identical, manufacturer-approved components. Contact
customer service if assistance is required.

• If the battery level is low, turn off the refrigerant scale and replace it with a new 9V battery.
• DO NOT pull, twist, or bend the power cable excessively to prevent damage.
• DO NOT install the battery with the polarity reversed.
• Remove any dust or debris from the scale platform between uses to ensure accurate
operation.
• Perform periodic inspection and maintenance to prevent damage to components.
• If the refrigerant scale is not going to be used for an extended period, remove the battery
from the controller and store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out
of reach of children.
Disposal
Electrical products should not be disposed of with household products. In the
EU and UK, according to the European Directive 2012/19/EU for the disposal
of electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in national laws,
used electrical products must be collected separately and disposed of at the
