Thanks to its high-performance features you can compress loud and boost
low signals without degrading the original sound.
A compressor limits the dynamic range of a signal. This means that
signal peaks will be attenuated and the level dierences between
loudest and softest playing are reduced. This results in a more
powerful tone.
1. Controls
(1) The ATTACK TIME control determines how fast the compressor
responds to input signal peaks.
(2) The LEVEL control adjusts the output level.
(3) The SUSTAIN control determines the amount of compression.
(4) The ON/BATT LED illuminates when the eect is activated. It also
serves as a battery level indicator.
(5) Use the footswitch to activate/deactivate the eect.
(6) Use this ¼" TS IN connector to plug in the instrument cable.
(7) The ¼" TS OUT connector sends the signal to your amp.
Use the DC IN connection to plug in a 9 V power supply (not included).
The BATTERY COMPARTMENT is located underneath the pedal cover.
To install or replace the 9 V battery (not included), press the hinges with
a ballpoint pen and remove the pedal cover. Be careful not to scratch
the unit.

◊ ◊ The CL9 has no on/o switch. As soon as you insert the plug
into the in connector, the CL9 is on. When not in use, remove
the plug from the in connector. This extends the life of
the battery.
The SERIAL NUMBER is located at the underside.

de efectos ha sido diseñado para proporcionarte una compresión
supersuave y un sustain muy largo. Sus excepcionales características
te permiten comprimir señales fuertes y aumentar señales débiles sin

Un compresor restringe el rango dinámico de una señal, es decir, reduce
la diferencia entre señales con un nivel muy alto y señales con un nivel

1. Controles
(1) Con el control ATTACK TIME determinas cuán rápido responde el
compresor a picos de señal.

COMPRESSOR/LIMITER CL9 Behringer, une pédale d’eet ultime qui
produit des compressions super douces et prolonge le sustain de ton
instrument. Grâce à ses hautes performances, le CL9 te permet de
compresser les signaux dont le niveau global est élevé et de renforcer les
signaux dont le niveau global est faible sans dénaturer l’identité sonore
du signal original.
Un compresseur réduit la dynamique des signaux audio en atténuant
leurs crêtes, autrement dit il amoindrit la diérence de niveau entre les
passages joués faiblement et fortement. Le résultat est un signal à la
puissance subjective accrue.
1. Commandes et Connexions
(1) Le potentiomètre ATTACK TIME détermine la vitesse à laquelle le
compresseur réagit aux crêtes du signal.
(2) La commande LEVEL dénit le niveau de sortie.
(3) Le bouton SUSTAIN règle l’intensité de la compression.
(4) La LED ON/BATT reste allumée tant que l’eet est actif. Elle sert
également de témoin d’état de la pile.
(5) Appuie sur le commutateur pour activer ou désactiver l’eet.
(6) Branche le câble de ton instrument dans l’entrée IN sur
jack asymétrique.
(7) Raccorde la sortie OUT sur jack asymétrique à l’entrée de
ton ampli.
Utilise le connecteur DC IN pour brancher un bloc d’alimentation
secteur 9 V (non inclus).
Le COMPARTIMENT PILE est situé sous le capot de la pédale.
Pourinstaller ou remplacer la pile 9 V (non incluse), appuie sur les axes
de la charnière avec un stylo-bille et retire le capot de la pédale en
veillant à ne pas la rayer.
◊ ◊ Le CL9 ne possède pas de commutateur marche/arrêt.
C’est pourquoi il fonctionne dès que tu insères un jack
dans son entrée IN. Tant que tu n’utilises pas ton CL9,

Dieses ultimative Eektpedal ist speziell entwickelt, um druckvolle
Kompression und endloses Sustain zu erzeugen. Dank zahlreicher
Features ist es Dir möglich, laute Signale zu komprimieren und leise
Signale hervorzuheben, ohne die Klangqualität des Originalsignals
zu beeinträchtigen.
Ein Kompressor reduziert den Dynamikumfang eines Signals.
Lautstärkespitzen werden abgesenkt, wodurch der Unterschied
zwischen den lautesten und leisesten Passagen eines Signals verringert
wird. Auf diese Weise erlangt man einen wesentlich fetteren und
druckvolleren Klang.
1. Bedienungselemente
(1) Mit dem ATTACK TIME-Regler bestimmst Du, wie schnell der
Kompressor auf das Eingangssignal reagiert.
(2) Der LEVEL-Regler bestimmt die Ausgangslautstärke.
(3) Der SUSTAIN-Regler bestimmt die Intensität der Kompression.
(4) Die ON/BATT-LED leuchtet, sobald der Eekt aktiviert ist.
Zusätzlich kannst Du den Batteriezustand überprüfen.
(5) Der Fußschalter dient zum Aktivieren/Deaktivieren des Eekts.
(6) Die 6,3-mm IN-Monoklinkenbuchse dient zum Anschluss
des Instruments.
(7) Die 6,3-mm OUT-Monoklinkenbuchse leitet das Signal an Deinen
Verstärker weiter.
Der DC IN-Anschluss rechts am Gerät dient zum Anschluss eines 9 V
Adapters (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Das BATTERIEFACH bendet sich unter dem Fußschalter.
UmdieBatterie (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) einzubauen oder
auszutauschen, drücke die Gelenke vorsichtig zusammen und entferne
das Pedal. Achte darauf, das Gerät nicht zu zerkratzen.
◊ ◊ Der CL9 hat keinen On/O-Schalter. Der CL9 ist
betriebsbereit, sobald ein Kabel in der IN-Buchse steckt.
Ziehe den Stecker aus der IN-Buchse, wenn der CL9 nicht
in Gebrauch ist. So verlängerst Du die Lebensdauer
der Batterie.

van de Behringer COMPRESSOR / LIMITER CL9. Dit ultieme eectpedaal
is speciaal ontworpen om supergladde compressie en verlengde
sustain te bereiken. Dankzij de krachtige functies kunt u luide signalen
comprimeren en lage signalen versterken zonder het originele geluid
te verslechteren.
Een compressor beperkt het dynamische bereik van een signaal.
Ditbetekent dat signaalpieken worden verzwakt en de niveauverschillen

Pas op dat u geen krassen op het apparaat maakt.

in de in-connector steekt, staat de CL9 aan. Verwijder
de stekker uit de in-connector wanneer deze niet wordt
gebruikt. Dit verlengt de levensduur van de batterij.

COMPRESSOR / LIMITER CL9. Denna ultimata eektpedal är speciellt

1. Kontroller
(1) ATTACK TIME-kontrollen avgör hur snabbt kompressorn svarar på

COMPRESSOR / LIMITER CL9. Ten wyjątkowy pedał efektów został
