1. Carefully remove the rigid hose + reel and
check to see that all of the above items are
supplied.
2. Inspect the product carefully to make sure
no breakage or damage occurred during
shipping. If you find damaged or missing
parts, DO NOT return the unit to the store.

NOTE: Do not discard the shipping carton
and packaging materials until you are ready
to use your flat hose reel. The packaging
is made of recyclable materials. Properly
dispose of these materials in accordance
with local regulations.
IMPORTANT! The equipment and packaging
materials are not toys. Do not let children play with
plastic bags, foils, or small parts. These items can
be swallowed and pose a suffocation risk!
Assembly
Tools Required: Screwdriver, drill, level,
measuring tape
Components Required: 2x plastic anchors with
screws
1. To assemble and wall mount your rigid hose
+ reel, first choose a suitable wall location
and mark two spots for drilling, ensuring they
are level for straight alignment.
2. Drill the holes and insert your plastic
anchors (not included).
3. Then, align the reel with the mounting holes
on the back and secure it in place using
screws (Fig. 1). Your hose reel is now ready
for use!
4. Attach the rewind knob to the front side of
the hose reel case (Fig. 2).
NOTE: The convenient clip on the reel keeps the
hose securely in place, making it easy to roll up or
pull out whenever you need it.
Operation
1. Attach the quick-connect adapter to the
water inlet hose end quick-connect (Fig. 3).

2. Then use this quick-connect adapter end to
twist and connect your hose to a water
source, i.e. garden faucet (Fig. 4).
3. Unlike other flat hoses, this hose can be
used without unwinding the entire reel.
Firmly hold onto the built-in handle and pull
to unwind to any length you desire (Fig. 5).
4. Attach any quick-connect accessories to
your hose as needed, such as the included
adjustable spray nozzle. Simply twist this
nozzle to adjust spray patterns (Fig. 6).
5. After use, recoil and store the water inlet
hose end back in its central bracket (Fig. 7).

6. Recoil the remainder of the hose using the
rewind knob.
Storage
CAUTION! Before storing your hose, it is
recommended to drain all water from it. This helps
prevent damage from freezing, reduces the risk
of mold, and ensures optimal performance when
using the hose next time.
1. Avoid stacking heavy objects on the hose
reel.
2. Do not leave the reel outdoors for extended
periods; store it in a cool place after use.
3. The reel can withstand temperatures from
14°F to 140°F (-10°C to +60°C).
4. The hose is not suitable for hot water.
5. The hose reel should not be connected to
potable water mains.
Maintenance
Since water expands when it freezes, completely
drain water from your sprinkler and hose to avoid
damage if temperature falls below 32º F (0º C).

CAUTION! Have servicing performed
by a qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety
of the product is maintained.

OUR WARRANTY:
All Season Power warrants new, genuine, powered and non-powered Products to be free from defects in material
or workmanship when used for ordinary household use for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the
Product to the original, end-user purchaser when purchased from All Season Power or from one of All Season
Power’s authorized sellers with proof of purchase. Because All Season Power is unable to control the quality of its
Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this Warranty does not cover Products
purchased from unauthorized sellers. If your Product does not work or there’s an issue with a specific part that is
covered by the terms of this Warranty, All Season Power will elect to either (1) send you a free replacement part,
(2) replace the Product with a new or comparable product at no charge, or (3) repair the Product. How cool is that!
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State
to State.

WHO CAN SEEK LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:
This Warranty is extended by All Season Power to the original purchaser and original owner of the Product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This Warranty does not apply if the Product has been used commercially or for non-household or rental
applications. This Warranty also does not apply if the Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller. This
Warranty also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance. Wearing parts like belts, augers,
chains and tines are not covered under this Warranty, and can be purchased at shopjoe.com/support or by
calling 1-866-225-9723.
