INTENDED USE WARNING! The product is for outdoor use only.
DO NOT use indoors. This product should NOT be used in motor
homes, tents, sheds or any similar locations where ventilation is
limited. Use only in an uncovered, well ventilated area. Position
on a suitable heat-resistant surface such as a concrete patio slab.
This product is not intended as a climbing structure and it is not a
toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the product. Keep children and pets away from the product
at all times when cooling.Flammable materials and heat-sensitive
items should be kept away from the product during use and when
cooling. Keep loose tting clothing away and long hair tied back.
Do not overload the product.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: The product should only be lit by safe means such
as relighters complying with EN1860-3. Pay close attention to all
warnings and instructions provided with any lighting equipment/
fuels. Always keep a re extinguisher, garden hose, or bucket of
sand nearby to smother the re if necessary.
WARNING! DANGER OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISIONING.
Do not light this product or let it smoulder or cool down in
conned spaces. Do not use under awnings, parasols or gazebos.
Never handle charcoal after lighting. Always use the Poker
provided.Always use the Mesh Guard when a re is lit.
WARNING! The BBQ will become extremely hot during use
and cannot be moved. To avoid injury, be aware that the resting
surface directly underneath the BBQ will become very hot during
operation and will remain hot for some time afterwards. Keep feet,
other limbs and all property/items well away from this area.
To avoid burns, do not touch metal parts of the product until it
has completely cooled. Handles will become very hot and unsafe
to touch during use, unless you are wearing rated protective
gear (pot holders, thermal proof mittens, hot pad etc). Standard
household oven gloves will NOT oer sucient protection and
should not be used. Hot embers may be emitted during use.
Never leave a burning re unattended.Extinguish immediately after
use. Do not splash water over a re to extinguish as the resulting
smoke can cause eye/respiratory irritation. Carefully douse using
a suitable extinguishing medium, keeping sucient distance for
safety. The product may appear cool but may still be retaining
dangerous heat. Exercise extreme caution when handling.
Ensure the coals have completely burnt before removing the ash.
Do not dump ashes where they could start a re. Always dispose
of ashes in a proper receptacle.
The product should only be moved and stored when it has
completely cooled and all ammable materials have been
extinguished and disposed of safely.
Store away ONLY when the product is completely extinguished
and cool. This may take some time after use.
BEFORE FIRST USE Follow each step of the assembly as
outlined by the steps in this Instruction Manual.
Assemble close to the products intended position.
Locate the product in a suitable area where it will not create an
obstruction. Locate away from sources of combustion.
GENERAL SAFETY The assembly pack contains small parts
which can pose a choking hazard to children and pets. Place on
solid and even ground.
Only use in an upright stable position.
Do not overload the product as this may result in damage to the
product or personal injury.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Do not clean the product with any
abrasive cloths or chemicals. Solvents or detergents can cause
damage to the surface.
Periodically check and re-tighten ttings where necessary. Re-
tighten all ttings after rst week following assembly.
To clean, sponge down with warm water, a soft cloth and mild
detergent. Ensure you have all the pieces listed. If you are missing

UTILISATION PRÉVUE
ATTENTION ! Ce produit est réservé à un usage en extérieur. NE
PAS utiliser en intérieur. Ce produit ne devrait PAS être utilisé dans
les camping-cars, les tentes, les hangars ou autres emplacements
similaires où la ventilation est limitée. Utilisez uniquement dans
un endroit non couvert et bien ventilé. Placez sur une surface
résistante à la chaleur, par exemple une dalle de terrasse en
béton. Ce produit ne doit pas être utilisé comme une échelle et ce
n’est pas un jouet. Les enfants devraient toujours être supervisés
pour s’assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec le produit. Conservez les
enfants et les animaux de compagnie éloignés du produit, à tout
moment, en cours de refroidissement. Les matériaux inammables
et les objets sensibles à la chaleur devraient être tenus éloignés

le tisonnier fourni. Utilisez toujours la grill de protection lorsqu’un
feu est allumé.
ATTENTION! Le produit deviendra très chaud en cours
d’utilisation et ne peut pas être déplacé. Pour éviter toute
blessure, sachez que la surface se trouvant directement
sous le produit deviendra extrêmement chaude en cours de
fonctionnement et restera chaude pendant un long moment après
coup. Conservez vos pieds, vos membres et tout autre objet/
propriété loin de cette zone.
Pour éviter les brûlures, ne touchez pas les parties métalliques
du produit avant qu’il n’ait totalement refroidi. Les poignées
deviendront très chaudes et dangereuses au toucher pendant
l’utilisation, sauf si vous portez des équipements de protection
cotés (porte-pot, maniques thermiques, coussinet, etc.) Les
maniques de cuisine normales n’orent PAS de protection
susante et ne doivent pas être utilisées. Des braises pour être
émises en cours d’utilisation. Ne laissez jamais un feu allumé
sans surveillance. Éteignez immédiatement après utilisation.
N’éclaboussez pas un feu d’eau pour l’éteindre puisque la fumée
consécutive peut entraîner des irritations des yeux ou respiratoires.
Éteignez avec précaution à l’aide d’un moyen d’extinction
approprié en conservant une distance de sécurité susante. Le
produit pourrait sembler froid, mais avoir conservé une chaleur
dangereuse. Faites extrêmement attention lors du maniement.
Vériez que les charbons ont complètement brûlé avant de retirer
les cendres.

Per evitare ustioni, non toccare le parti metalliche del prodotto no
al rareddamento completo. I manici diventeranno molto caldi e
non sicuri da toccare durante l’uso, a meno che non si indossino
delle protezioni (presine, guantoni a prova termica, manopole,
ecc.). I guantoni da forno standard NON orono una protezione

SAFE USE PRACTICES
Extreme care must be used. The oven produces intense heat
that can increase the risk of accidents.
When using this oven basic practices must be followed,
including but not limited to the following:
Do not repair or replace any part of the oven unless speci-
cally recommended in this manual. All other service
should be referred to a qualied technician.
Children MUST NOT be left unsupervised or
unattended in an area where the oven is being
used. Do not allow children to sit, stand or play
around the oven at any time.
IMPORTANT Do not heat unopened food
containers as a buildup of pressure may cause
the containers to burst. When lighting the burner,
always pay close attention to what you are doing.
IMPORTANT When using the oven, do not touch
the outer casing, stone baking board or immediate
surroundings as these areas become extremely hot
and could cause burns.
Never let clothing or other ammables come in contact with
or too close to any burner or hot surface until it has cooled.
The fabric may ignite, causing serious personal injury.
For personal safety, wear appropriate apparel.
Loose ttinggarments or sleeves should never be worn
while using the oven.
NOTE Some synthetic fabrics are highly ammable and
should not be worn while cooking.
Do not use the oven to cook extremely fatty meats or other
products which increase are-up.
Keep the area around the oven free of combustibles, includ-
ing liquids, garbage, and steam, such as gasoline
or charcoal lighter uid. Do not obstruct the ow of combus-
tion and ventilation air.
Never use the oven in extremely windy conditions.
The temperature under the oven is high. Do not place the
oven on a table with ammable table cloths,
plastic or any other inammable materials.
The recommendation of the use of protective gloves when
handling particularly hot components.
To connect gas cylinder:
The cylinder valve MUST be in the OFF position.
The burner valve MUST be in the OFF position.
Inspect the valve connections, port and regulator assembly.
Remove debris and inspect the hose for damage.
When connecting the regulator assembly to the valve, use
your hand to tighten the nut clockwise until it stops. Use of a
wrench could damage the quick coupling nut and result in a
hazardous situation.
Open the cylinder valve fully by turning the valve
counterclockwise.
Before lighting the oven, use a soap and water solution to
check all connections for leaks.
If a leak is found, turn the cylinder valve OFF, and refer to
LEAK TESTING section.
LEAK TESTING
Although the gas connections of the appliance are leak
tested prior packing and shipment, a complete test must be
performed at the rst use.
Before each use, check all the gas connections for leak
testing using the procedure listed below.
If the smell of gas is detected at anytime, you should
immediately stop using and check the entire system for leaks.
Make sure all packing material has been removed from the
appliance.
Make a solution of one part liquid detergent and one part
water. You will need a spray bottle, brush or rag to apply the
solution to the ttings.
TO TEST
Turn the burner valve OFF
Turn the Gas Cylinder Valve on counterclockwise to open the
valve.
Apply the soap solution to all gas ttings. Soap bubbles would
appear where a leak is present.
If a leak is present, immediately turn the gas supply OFF and
tighten leaky ttings.
Turn the gas back ON and recheck.
Should the gas continue to leak from any of the ttings, turn
the gas supply OFF and contact customer
service.
CONNECTING GAS CYLINDER
To connect gas cylinder:
The cylinder valve MUST be in the OFF position.
The burner valve MUST be in the OFF position.
Inspect the valve connections, port and regulator assembly.
Remove debris and inspect the hose for damage.
When connecting the regulator assembly to the valve, use
your hand to tighten the nut clockwise until it stops. Use of a
wrench could damage the quick coupling nut and result in a
hazardous situation.
Open the cylinder valve fully by turning the valve

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE OVEN
Each burner is rated at 4.65KW. To begin:
Make sure the oven has been leak tested and properly placed.
Remove any remaining packing material.
Light the burner using the LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
adjacant.
LIGHTING INSTRUCTION TO LIGHT THE BURNER
Make sure the control knob is in OFF position, and then turn
the liquid propane cylinder valve
ON by slowly turning counterclockwise.
Push in and slowly turn the control knob anticlockwise until
you hear a click and the burner
ignites.
If burner doesn’t light, turn the knob OFF, wait 5 minutes and
repeat the lighting.
TO LIGHT WITH A MATCH
If burner will not light after several attempts using the control
knob, he burner may be lit with a match.
If you have already attempted to light the burner using the
control knob, wait 5 minutes for any gas to dissipate.
Insert a match into the matchstick holder, ignite the match and
insert through the oven opening to the burner.
Push and turn the control knob to HI slowly, the burner should
ignite immediately.
If the burner does not light within seconds, turn the control
knob OFF and wait 5 minutes and try
again.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Store out of direct sunlight and indoors where possible and
when storing for extended periods of time.
The appliance should not be exposed to harsh weather
conditions such as snow, heavy rain and strong winds.
Ensure the appliance has cooled completely before moving
The outer shell of P200F may fade over time and through use.
This will not aect performance.
STONE BAKING BOARD
DO NOT use the stone over an open ame
Avoid extreme temperature change to the stone. DO NOT
place frozen foods on a hot stone
The stone is fragile and can break if bumped or dropped
The stone is very hot during use and stays hot for a long time
after use.
DO NOT cool the stone with water when the stone is hot
After cleaning the stone with water, please dry the stone
before use. This can be done in a conventional oven at 60°C
(140°F) for 2 hours.
If burner doesn’t light, turn the knob OFF, wait 5 minutes and
repeat the lighting.
