1.This automatic nozzle is only for diesel and gasoline, and can not used for Heavy
oil, acid, alkali and other liquids.
2.The fuel nozzle inlet thread can only connect with the NPT thread. If the thread
standard is different, sealing cannot be achieved, and it is very easy to damage the
threads on both sides until the nozzle body breaks.
3.When installing the NPT thread, a proper amount of sealing packing must be
applied to the joint thread.
4.When connecting the nozzle body with the connector, it is prohibited to use other
tools to tighten the fuel nozzle to prevent damage to the nozzle body.
5.When the fuel nozzle outlet pipe is inserted into the container for filling, it is
prohibited to apply pressure to the nozzle body to avoid damage to the fuel nozzle
and the occurrence of danger.
6.Because this product is used in high-risk industries, When the fuel nozzle stops
working,maintenance personnel should have corresponding professional
knowledge and maintenance experience. The fuel nozzle after maintenance needs
to be strictly tested before being put into use, so our factory does not advice
customers to disassemble and repair it by themselves. Once the product is

in the free maintenance of factory.

product performance is normaI, and the fueI nozzIe can be put into use. If the fueI
nozzIe faiIs to seIf seaI or seIf seaIs sIowIY at the beginning, the air hoIe at the front
end of the fueI outIet pipe can be bIocked with fingers, and the fueI nozzIe can be
opened to compIete 5 to 8 seIf seaIing actions, and the seIf seaIing sYstem of the
