About Installation
Do not install or use this appliance in the bathroom, laundry area, or places that might come

The base must be properly assembled before using the tower fan.

About Power and Electricity
Do not operate the tower fan with a damaged cord or plug.
Do not bend, tug, or compress the power cord to prevent damaging the cord. Damaged cord
should be replaced by a qualied electrician.
Do not run the power cord under any carpeting nor covering it with throw rug or pillows.
Do not use the tower fan with any solid-state speed control device.
Ensure that the power voltage corresponds to that stamped on the rating plate.
Always disconnect the tower fan from power supply when leaving it unused for a long time or
before cleaning.
Arrange the power cord away from high trac area to prevent tripping over.

About Operation
Encountering Troubles
About Handling and Maintenance
Do not disconnect the tower fan from power supply before shutting o the fan. This might
create a spark and potentially cause a re.
Do not climb onto or place object on the tower fan.
Do not insert your ngers or any objects into the power fan.
Do not obstruct the air inlet and outlet.
Do not operate the tower fan with wet hands.
Do not operate the tower fan near ammables and combustibles.
Only operate / use the tower fan as instructed in this booklet. These instruction are not
intended to cover every possible condition and situation. As with any household appliance,
common sense and caution are therefore always recommended for usage and maintenance.
In the case of the tower fan emitting smoke, burning smell, or making unusual noise, shut down
the fan and disconnect it from the power supply immediately. Contact a qualied technician for
inspection and repair.
Do not ush the tower fan with water.
Do not use replacement parts that have not been recommended by the manufacturer, including
homemade, 3D printed or other aftermarket parts.
Repairs should be carried out by a professional or qualied technician only. Incorrect repair
could expose the user to potential electric shock or other kinds of hazard.
Before cleaning the fan, it must be shut down and disconnect from power supply for at least 5
minutes.

Assembly Instruction
Assemble the Base
Align and assemble the base plates.
Arrange the power cord through the center
opening and clip underneath the base.
Unscrew the retainer cap from the bottom of the fan.
Screw the retainer cap back to the tower fan.
Do not pinch the power cord between the base
and the retainer cap.

About Fused Safety Plug
1. Insert the power plug into a wall power socket.
1. Unplug the power plug from power supply.
2. Slide open the fuse over.
3. Remove the old fuse.
4. Insert a new 2.5 amp 125 volt fuse.
5. Close the cover and reconnect the power plug to power supply.
This tower fan is equipped with a fused safety plug to protect against overload. In the case of an overload, the fuse
wire would melt and disconnect power to the tower fan. A triggered fuse must be replaced before using the tower fan
again.

Remote Control (Using for the first time)
1. Hold the remote control with buttons facing downwards.
2. Remove the battery tray from the remote control by pulling the tray while pushing in the locking tab.
3. Place a CR2025 coin battery into the battery compartment according to the correct polarity.
4. Reinstall the battery tray into the remote control.
1. The remote control comes with a pre-installed battery.
2. Before using the remote control for the rst time, pull and remove the insulating strip from the remote control
Positive pole of the battery should be facing

Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to
local regulations and keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in
household trash or incinerate.
Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.
Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
Compatible battery type: CR2025, Voltage: 3V.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above manufacturer’s
specied temperature rating or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to
venting, leakage or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
Ensure the batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).
Do not mix old and new batteries, dierent brands, or types of batteries, such as
alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable batteries.
Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not
used for an extended period of time according to local regulations.
Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment
does not close securely stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep
them away from children.
Do not ingest battery, Chemical Burn Hazard.
This product contains a coin or button cell battery. If the coin or button cell
battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can
lead to death.
Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery does not close
securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If you think
batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body,
seek immediate medical attention.

Operation Instruction
Normal Mode
Tower fan operates at a xed fan speed.
Auto Mode
Tower fan automatically adjust fan
speed according to its detected
ambient temperature.
Natural Mode
Tower fan operate in alternating fan
speed, mimicking natural wind.
Sleep Mode
Tower fan automatically decrease fan
speed every 30 mins. The tower fan will
also automatically turn on mute function.
Press to turn on the tower fan.
Press and to adjust fan speed. There are 12 levels of fan speed.
Press to oscillate the tower fan and change airow direction.
Set a timer to automatically turn OFF the tower fan.
Press when the tower fan is ON.
Continue pressing to set the desired turn o time between 0 - 24 hours.
Leave the setting for 10 seconds to conrm the setting.
Press again to cancel the timer setting.
The tower fan display will automatically turn o after not touching for 30 seconds.
In sleep mode, the display will automatically turn o after not touching for 5 seconds.
Press on the remote control once to force the display to be ON, press again to force the display to be o.
Press to select operation mode.

Press on the remote control once to mute the buzzer.
Press on the remote control again to unmute the buzzer.
Alternatively, press and hold on the control panel for 3 seconds to mute / unmute the buzzer.
Child lock function will disable all input from the control panel until unlocked.
Press and hold and for 3 seconds to activate child lock.
“LC” will be displayed on the display.
Press and hold and for 3 seconds again to deactivate child lock.
Wi-Fi reset function allows you to clear all existing app pairing and pair the tower fan to your mobile devices app again.
Press and hold for 5 seconds to enable Wi-Fi reset.
NOTE: Wi-Fi function is only available for TF01S model.
When the tower fan is ON
Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset the tower fan to factory default setting.

Wi-Fi Set Up (Only available for TF01S)
Operation Instruction
Other than the control panel and remote control, you can control your tower fan via Della+ app.
1. Search “Della+” on Apple app store or Google Play, or scan the QR code below to download the application.
2. Register an account in the app.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add and pair your Della tower fan to the app and complete the Wi-Fi set up.

The Della+ application is free, however, data charges may apply when downloading or using the application.
Della+ can be altered without notice for quality improvement and also be deleted depending on the
circumstances of manufacturing rms.

Care and Maintenance
Before cleaning the tower fan, you must shut down the unit and disconnect it from the power supply for at
least 5 minutes.
Never ush the tower fan with water.

Remove dust and debris on the air inlet and outlet.

Remove the screw holding the vent, then pull up
and out the air inlet vent from the tower fan.
Remove the air deector from the inside of the
tower fan.
Brush o dust or debrit from the fan blade. Remove the fan blade from the tower fan.

Planning to Not Operate the Tower Fan for a Long Period
Using the Tower Fan after a Long Idle Period
Regularly check and remove any obstacles from the air inlet and outlet.
Disconnect the power supply of the tower fan.
Clean the fan tower.
Store the tower fan in a dry indoor location.
Clean the fan tower.
Remove any obstacles from the air inlet and outlet.
Connect the tower fan to power supply and start using.

Troubleshooting
Before consulting repair or warranty, please check the following troubleshooting guide.
In the case of an persistent problem, contact a qualified technician for diagnosis and repair.
When encountering presisting problem, stop operation and disconnect the tower fan from power supply.
Do not attempt to repair or modify the fan by yourslef. Incorrect work may result in electric shock, or injury.

Warranty
DELLA distributor (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defect in materials or
workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows: All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase. If a
part fails due to defect during the applicable warranty period, Company will provide a new or remanufactured part, at
Company’s option, to replace the failed defective part at no charge for the part. This limited warranty is subject to all
provisions, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed below.
The standard warranty period is one (1) year for the entire unit and all parts, with no registration required.
The extended warranty peroid for Window ACs, Portable ACs, and Tower Fans is an additional 6-months peroid.
In order to qualify for the free extended warranty the unit must be:
1. Registered within one hundred (100) days of purchase.
2. Must be with the original owner.
3. In the same address of residence that you entered with your registration.
Some parts may need to be returned to Della. The limited lifetime warranty covers only parts that need to be

4. Failure due to faulty installation or repairs, damage, misapplication, abuse, improper servicing, lack of or in-
sufficient maintenance, unauthorized alteration or improper operation.
5. Failure to start due to voltage conditions, improper wiring, blown fuses, open circuit breakers, or damages due
to the inadequacy or interruption of electrical service.
6. Failure or damage due to floods, winds, fires, lightning, accidents, corrosive environments (rust or residue etc.) or
other conditions beyond the control of the Company.
7. Damages due to chemicals (volatile organic compounds, sulfur, acids, etc.) or particulates.
8. Failure or damage of coils, piping or other parts due to corrosion, when installed in corrosive environments or
within one (1) mile of seacoast.
9. Parts not supplied or designated by Company, or damages resulting from their use.
10. Products installed outside the 48 contiguous United States, except the District of Columbia and Hawaii, and
Canada.
11. Electricity or fuel costs or increases in electricity or fuel costs from any reason whatsoever, including additional
or unusual use of supplemental electric heat.
12. Any cost to replace, refill or dispose of refrigerant, including the cost of refrigerant.
13. Shipping damage or damage as a result of transporting the unit.
14. Accessories such as condensate pumps, line sets and so forth are not covered.
15. Any special, indirect or consequential property or commercial damage of any nature whatsoever. Some states
do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
16. Consumable components, such as air filters, are not covered under parts warranty.
