1. SAFETY
9 Familiarise yourself with the applications and limitations, as well as any potential hazards, of the kit.
9 Keep this product in good working order and condition. (take immediate action to repair or replace damaged parts).
9 Use approved parts only (unapproved parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty).
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9 Keep work area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials.
9 Ensure the work area has adequate lighting.
8 DO NOT use the kit to perform a task for which it is not designed.
8 DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the kit.
8 DO NOT use whilst under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or intoxicating medication.
9 After use, clean equipment and store in a cool, dry, childproof area.
9 Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
9 Always read and comply with the warnings on the brake uid container.
9 Wear eye protection and keep skin contact to a minimum. If brake uid enters eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical
advice. If swallowed seek medical advice immediately.
WARNING! Brake uid is ammable - keep away from sources of ignition, including hot surfaces e.g. exhaust manifold.
WARNING! Brake uid will damage paintwork. Any spillage should be ushed with water immediately.
9 After use, clean equipment and store in a cool, dry, childproof area.
2. INTRODUCTION
Easy-to-use, one-person operation using standard workshop air supply. Large 2L capacity bottle, ideal for bleeding or full replacement of
the brake fluid in the brake system. Does not require specialised brake reservoir caps. Extraction pipe included, enabling easy brake
fluid extraction directly from the master cylinder avoiding any spills. Designed for most brake bleed nipples and ABS systems on cars,
vans and motorcycles.

4. OPERATIONoperation
4.1. BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE.
8 DO NOT touch the vehicle’s brake pedal whilst bleeding the brakes.
Refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions for brake bleeding and wheel sequence before proceeding. If no specific instructions from
the vehicle manufacturer exist, follow the instructions detailed below.
WARNING! Familiarise yourself with the hazards of brake uid - read manufacturer’s instructions on the container.
4.2. Remove the cap from the master cylinder. (See fig.1)
4.3. Connect the unit to air supply.
4.4. Attach the hose to the brake nipple on the wheel and open by turning it slightly. (See fig.2)
4.5. Squeeze the black trigger. This should then bleed the brake fluid from the vehicle. As old brake fluid level start dropping, add new brake
fluid to the master cylinder reservoir. (See fig.3)
4.6. Check and re-fill the reservoir with brake fluid if the level becomes low, then continue to bleed the system.
4.7. Continue to bleed the system and top up the reservoir until there are no air bubbles visible in the clear tube. (See fig.4)
4.8. Close the brake nipple and detach the hose. (See fig.2)
4.9. Clear excess brake fluid from the hose by depressing the trigger.
4.10. Repeat the process at each wheel.
4.11. Tighten the brake nipple when this new fluid is visible in the tube.
4.12. This is to be done at every wheel on the vehicle.
4.13. Always ensure the master cylinder cap is replaced at the end of the process.
WARNING: When brake bleeding and/or fluid changing is complete, test action of brake pedal to ensure that the brakes are working
before driving the vehicle.
4.14. FLUID EXTRACTION
4.15. Change brake bleeding nipple at the end of the hose with suction tube.
4.16. Can be used to extract engine oil, transmission oil, coolants, diesel, water, brake fluid.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,
taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product
becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
